The owner closes the car wash every summer. This is an inconvenience to the car wash subscription and I should not have to drive to other locations far away for a monthly plan I pay for. No other locations consistently have their car wash services shut down. The owner does not perform regular maintenance and keeps car wash closed on a regular basis. Something needs to be done or remove the entire car wash and stop charging monthly subscription for a service that is never offered. read more

That was August for me (busy, busy, busy), so I decided to get a quick car wash at Chevron to hold me over. Nope! Never again. I left with $10 less in my pocket, a dirt smeared car, and a scratch along my driver side door - the first scratch, ever. This Chevron machine offers two options: low touch, or no touch. I made the mistake of choosing low touch, and wouldn't recommend anyone do the same. Do not waste your money on their car wash. It is 100% touchless and leaves your car looking dirtier than it did when it went in. I paid $10 for the wash and when I got out and looked at my car it just basically spread the dirt around. The advertisement is that it's new laser more pinpoint cleaning. All this carwash does is spray water on your car spray some soap on your car rinse the water off then blows it off. At any Price it's a waste of water and a waste of money. read more

OK think about this first to pay and I register mountain buddy for a gallon of fuel second they do not put paper so that you can get a receipt at the pump because they want you to come in and purchase something inside. I had spoke to these people numerous times about getting paper on the machine the pump, because when you're in a hurry, you don't have time to go inside but these knuckleheads they don't give a crap. I love this gas station. It's quiet, clean, and has plenty of pumps. My only issue is that a lot of the pumps are either broken or the card readers are locked which can be frustrating after you've pulled up to 2 or 3 pumps not to be able to get gas. read more

In all the years I have been to gas stations never have I had such a great encounter today. I am sorry I didn't get the employees names but the guy and girl that is currently working were both very friendly and kind! I had my two kids with me and the guy ran to get the door for me. The cashier was friendly and kind as I was trying to pay for gas. When I finished putting gas I had to move the car to the entrance since I had my kids with me and before I got out of the car he brought me my change and said here you go so you didn't have to get out again with the kids. I told him thank you so much! That meant a lot and again thank you to both employees for being so helpful and kind! After my buddies got something at Taco Bell, I went here to use the restroom and get a Mountain Dew for the return trip back to NorCal. The restroom was reasonably clean, and odd as it may sound to mention this, they had what used to be full-sized toilet paper, probably the only place in the U.S.A. that does. When I paid for the 1.5 liter Mountain Dew, I also paid for the toilet paper apparently at something like $2.50. Then again, I've come to learn that Extra Mile stores are expensive. read more

Long story short, I went for a car wash and the blower working stronger than it should that night snapped a piece of plastic connected to my windshield and I made a report. The manager told me it would be fixed then after all was said and done they denied ever telling me that to the insurance claim adjuster and I was denied my car to be fixed from their car wash that caused it to have damage done to it. I don't get gas at this chevron often but it is convenient. I used to be in the oil industry so I know a bit more than the average bear when it comes to gasoline. The additives chevron puts in its gas are some of the best in the industry and that is a fact because we used to test all types of fuel in our labs. The last statement is true but that's not why I gave this location a 5 star review; the real reason is because of the management. The assistant manager Amanda helped my wife and I out with a charge dispute. I won't get into details but she was very professional and she was very kind. The manager followed up with us and was very kind as well. They resolved the issue and related to us as a customer. I can say for a fact they are doing a great job and we will be back. read more

The gas station has a fair amount of pumps and has a vacuum and air/water, but my review is mainly for the laserwash car wash system. I can't speak to how clean it can get your car because my car was fairly clean entering the car wash, but it did exit a bit cleaner than it entered, but still does not do a good job removing stains that are kind of caked onto the car. This trip, I came back from Big Bear so my the bottom of my car was pretty dirty from the snow/water/dirt/salt. This wash doesn't reach all the way to the bottom of my tires, so about half of my tires were still dirty and the bottom skirt of the car was still dirty. So just an FYI for those of you coming back from a mountain resort. I do have to say the brushless system is a pretty cool in concept though. read more

I've got to say, this place is pretty awesome, lol. I'm big on GOOD customer service. Which means greeting and helping out all of the customers that walk in. I decided to post a review for this place because the customer service is really great. I was a regular at this gas station before I moved South and everytime I'd walk in they would greet me and ask me how my day was going and I always really appreciated that about this place. Gas station is fine even the customer service to a certain point. My only issue is with a female employee who works the graveyard shift.
