I have been a member of soapy suds, I think since it almost opened. I'm not sure if they've changed ownership or what happened. But the last two visits with today being the worst I have ever seen. Both on the car wash side and the gas station side. Vacuum is not working second time in a month. Didn't pre-spray my car, and it was dirty from the last big windstorm, no receipt at the gas pump, went in and they basically ignore you unless you're speaking Spanish. I asked the guy for receipt. The pump wasn't working. His machine was out of paper so he couldn't give me a receipt so he's sitting there trying to change paper in the manager is just down there visiting talking to somebody else and after about three minutes he finally asked the manager. Can you get him a receipt? My machine is not working. He just handed me the receipt. No hey we're sorry or anything. I think I might be moving up the street to get my car washed and changing to a different gas station. read more

Being on time , car wash is very late . Arrived and was greeted and asked if it was open cashier says yes then I proceeded to the car wash where the 2 gentlemen were not ready at all . They said it'll be about 5min . We all know what that turns into . read more

I love this car wash. It's your typical quick, drive through car wash, but it's well maintained and I don't leave with soap all over my car like I have at others. The vacuums are good, and I've even had an employee walking around offering samples of pretzels when I was vacuuming my car one day.... I also love the equestrian theme for Horsetown USA! read more

Three stars for the nice attendant who let me go back through to try to get it clean a second time. The car wash does a great job for the LEFT side of the car. Not sure if it's the equipment but right side does not get cleaned well. I purchased the $20 wash (premium) and as you can see the left side (photo 1 and 2) nice and spot free, (photo 3,4,5) not so clean. If both side were the same I'd give this place a 5 star all things considered. I might try the one near Costco next time. read more

I'm pretty impressed that there's always an attendant here to help. Not sure if that continues on beyond opening of this new car wash. It's only been open a few months. They come out to help you enter your code as you have to enter a purchase if you bought it at the pump, I don't think that's easily noted from the screen. Employer also guide you on the tracks and seem to spray off the back your car as you enter. My first run through with my Optima it knocked my mirror back, which I was a little irritated at. But overall for the cost in the savings at the pump, you save $.20 a gallon when you select car wash. Overall I will keep coming back it seems like a really quick and easy way to get your car washed. And for the six dollar car wash with a full fill up really it works out to be about three dollars. You can't beat that. My only recommendation would be fold in your mirrors read more

This car wash is great! Staff is super friendly and helpful!!! Lawrence was very nice when assisting with getting the car wash going thank you! read more

Ron- you just admitted that your machine damaged my car- ie. the blower section. It came out in a different condition than it went in and your machine was the reason. I literally sent Sanny a photo of the vehicle THE DAY it was purchased with the same exact roof rails. Sanny accused me of tampering with my own vehicle, like I would tamper with my $50,000 car over a $10 car wash, that's really reaching. Glad to know you are a Land Rover technician/expert and gas station employee and can make an expert assessment on the manufacturing of my vehicle. Not one ounce of accountability or apology from the business or anyone involved. You have failed to address the multiple other reviews in which your car wash damaged other vehicles. read more

Stop in to fuel up, and car wash. Touch screen never works well ans every time the attendant has to come over to help like your some ignorant person that can't press buttons. Today the screen was greasy like it was cleaned with tire shine! The screen display is easy to read, it doesn't respond to touch well. It may be from being in a truck or taller vehicle where you are above it. The attendant acts like there isn't a problem with it. read more

Broke a piece of my front bumper on my Ram. I was usually always against using these automated car washes but I decided to give this one a try since it's a new Carwash near my house and sure enough a trim piece around my front bumper on my Ram Rebel got ripped off and broke that tabs right off . read more

Beautiful new station and car wash. I love that there are discounts when purchasing gas and a car wash. The station is kept clean, well lit, and the attendants are helpful and friendly. For a quick clean, this car wash does a great job, we take all of our cars here. Also the free towels and vacuum(strong suction) are a great added bonus! read more

Love this car wash! The attendants are always helpful. I have checked out most around Norco and this is the best wash for your money!

Nice having an attendant come help you if needed they also have free towels to use by the vacuums only thing I don't like is all the water left on our car afterwards car is clean but I have to dry it quite a bit read more

This is my FAVORITE car wash!! There is an attendant on duty, the wash & dry is very quick while doing a great job!! Then if there is a little bit of water left, they provide clean towels to use. My vehicle has some rubber that needs to be replaced and I was worried about further damage happening-but I'm so happy to say there is never any damage at all! The vacuum is FREE and very strong! The entire station is very lit up and clean! I feel safe going there at all times (can not say that about other places I used). Their prices are great and even better with a monthly pass! read more

The only drive through car wash I'll go to. Their vacuum machines have great suction and their drive through wash really does get the dirt off your car. Only wish the dryer worked better at during the whole vehicle. read more

CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN. My wife will not appreciate this but I must confess that I am a gas station connoisseur. This new spot in Norco is the best in town, the pretzels are always hot and fresh when I come through and they have the friendliest staff that I've ever encountered at a gas station and the bathrooms are the cleanest bathrooms you'll find at any gas station and I'll challenge anyone to that. The lady behind the counter even helped me and my kids pick which flavors we wanted and helped us dispense the drinks, wow! Now my kids always want to stop by when we drive by! Also, I tried the car wash for the first time and I couldn't believe how well of a job it did, now I have the monthly subscription and get my car washed weekly and sometimes twice each week and it keeps my black car looking sharp which is hard to do. I have recommended Soapy Saddles to multiple friends and now several of them have purchased the car wash subscription also, it's very convenient, does a great job at a great value! read more

This is a fantastic carwash! Keeping my car looking nice is important to me and Soapy Saddles does a great sparkly clean job. I appreciate the Thrifty's ice cream inside as well so coming here is a treat for my car & a treat for me! I've had the pleasure of meeting the owner. He's a really kind, down to earth guy and you can tell he takes pride in making sure everyone has the best experience possible here. read more

I've paid $5 for car washes twice as good as this. After leaving the car wash their were skids and marks from the wipers all over my car. My car isn't even remotely cleaner than it was before, and I got the $18 wash. What a waste of money. My car looks exactly the same and it's frankly just as dusty. read more

I love Soapy Saddles. Best car wash!! I frequently wash my car here . The attendant that is on duty is super helpful. The wash and dry is very quick but does a great job. I have a monthly pass here and it's definitely worth it. The vacuum works very well. Overall I am super impressed. Highly recommend Soapy Saddles !! read more

My husband and I road trip quite often and see a lot of gas stations. This one is clean, has wonderful service, and my kids like going inside for their yummy food which not all gas stations have. My car wash was great and dried really well. We love Soapy Saddles and we will be back soon! Also we got to meet the owner Ron and we were extremely impressed with his kindness and the time he took to get to know us during our quick stop. Everything here gets a 5 star rating from us! read more

Car wash force/brushes pulled the emblem off the grill of my car. I noticed as I was drying. Went to the attendant on duty. He found inside wash (of course broken) and said there's nothing he can do. No responsibility at all. Disappointed. Do not go here, if their machine causes damage - they do not care. read more

The staff is always friendly and very helpful. The place is always clean, which means a lot to me given most gas stations are pretty dirty.Gotta try the pretzels, they are amazing and addictive! Car wash is quick and very efficient. nicest gas station in town by far. read more

I took my brand new GMC truck in for its first fill up and wanted to try a car wash to see if it looked good enough for a monthly plan. My wife picked the top of the line wash at $18.00 and then noticed this little sign stating the car was closed. Normal hours are 7:00am to 9:00pm and this was around 6:00pm My wife went into the store and was told the car wash was broken and that they will not refund the $18.00. I had to call my 76 card company and they are starting an investigation that could take up to 90 days. I am almost ready to turn in my 76 card that I have been using in my business for 41+ years. Very sloppy business practice !!! One would think in these modern times that if the car wash is broken you should make the computer unable to charge for a car wash. What would happen if I was just passing through Norco and never coming back; I would just forfeit the $ 18.00??? Like I said- very sloppy business practice. read more
