Last week I had made a complaint about 76 Ignite staff member for not exchanging my expired product. The manager responded by training their staff in these customer service situations. This is my favorite gas station to go to because not only does it have a F'real milkshake machine, it also has a Wetzle's Pretzels! They also have thrifty ice cream and a dippin dots cooler(I hope they restock soon!)! I love coming to this gas station even though I have closer ones by me because of the unique things that they have inside. I've never reviewed a gas station before but I had to write this because I just geniunely love coming here. read more

Bad customer service I had to wait over 15 minutes when there is 2 people behind the counter, I want to get ice cream already waited for my turn that wasn't enough he was concerned the line was getting longer made me wait more time because the other guy disappeared. so theres this white guy that works at night and every time i go on the weekend hes on his phone sitting down near the hot chocolate machine and no acknowledgment or anything when i or customers walk in. Also im a germophobic to an extent but this guys makes me want to go home and shower he coughs and does NOT cover his mouth at ALL and i dnt know if hes on some kind of substance because he looks paranoid all the time. The time i went to go put gas a nice lady help me out she needed help and he was no where to be found. He came out the restroom looking a bit off . I think drug test should be enforced! Ive also seen him sitting down outside on his phone i hope its on his break while customers are inside and he doesnt seem to care or hes is just plain lazy. read more

My wife and I went into this gas station on Aug 9th to grab some Thrifty Ice Cream. While there we decided to purchase a car wash for my wife's car. We debated if we should just get the unlimited monthly membership or not. We opted for the single wash, and we would see how well it did get it if they did a good job. We pulled around and got in line. The attendant spraying the cars off as you enter was rude and definitely did not like his job. He got irritated because I didnt know if I was supposed to enter my code and immediately follow the car in front of me right in. We entered the car wash and were moving along, eating our ice cream when suddenly the passenger side mirror was pushed backwards. Followed by it being completely snapped off. We exited the car wash and drove around to the front, and I went inside. The young man at the counter, who was extremely helpful, professional and exhibited real empathy. He said that there was no manager on duty, nobody really in charge. He informed me that Francis, the Car Wash Manager would be in the next morning after 7:00 am. I returned the next morning at 8:00 am and asked for Francis. He came out of the back, and I shared with him the details of the previous night. He first claimed to have no knowledge of the event then proceeded to tell me that he had already viewed the cameras and checked the equipment and it was functioning properly and nobody else had any damage to their vehicles so it was my vehicle that was defective thus they were not liable for damage. He was smug, arrogant and spoke to me like I was a child. He then stated further that they have a sign posted that they are not liable for any damage to vehicles. So because there is a sign posted, they are not responsible for any damages. At which point he became very agitated and refused to answer any more of my questions. I asked for his supervisor's name and number, and he told me there was nobody. After some back and forth, he finally gave me the name Kevin, but refused to give me his number. Finally after some more attitude he gave me an email address that appears to be bogus. His attitude was extremely bad. He was rude and never once did he even show any care for his customer. The 19 year old kid working the night before showed more customer service and just decent human kindness than Francis, who is supposed to be a manager. With people like Francis running this business we will see how well it does. I guess I am going to have to file a claim in Small Claims Court since this business has no regard for thier customers and the damage their equipment did to my wife's brand new car. read more

Best 76! Car wash, propane replacement, and the usual goods. BUT They have Thrifty's ice cream w/ a cone or cup in addition to pints! AND They also have a Wetzels Pretzels! We stopped for gas and left w/ pecan praline, rocky road, and mocha almond fudge ice cream before heading to the beach. Great customer service and cleanliness. I love Norco, so Support local! This is the best gas station in Norco. The car wash is great,the vacuums are powerfull and there are micro fiber towels on hand.The store is always clean including the restrooms and the workers are always friendly Knowledgeable and helpful!. The assistant manager (Taylor) knows that place like the back of her hand,Over the past year that I've been going there I've seen her do everything from running the cash register to operating the car wash to stocking the shelves to replacing the receipt paper at the gas pumps, In fact I am a car wash member there... One time the car in front of me (a 2022 BMW X7 ) got stuck in the car wash because the costumer could not figure out how to put the vehicle in nutral witch is required by the wash,and the customer was googling how to put it in neutral and the assistant manager came out disabled the wash,disengaged the mechanism that pulls you through by you tire... And the customer drove thru the tunnel with no damage to her vehicle, I was very impressed!. I received the worst service a business can offer from this Gas Station. On July 20, 2023 I paid for fuel and a carwash, but when I tried to get the carwash I paid for the carwash was coned-off (out of service). I went inside the station to get a refund for the carwash and was I was denied. I asked to speak to the owner and was again denied. I asked the attendant to return my money and was denied again. I was given nothing but disrespect the time I was there. I was told by the attended to come back another time to get a carwash and my receipt was only good for two (2) weeks. I came back on July 27, 2023 to get the carwash I paid for and the carwash was still down. Keep in mined, I live approximately 35 mile away. I went inside to again try to reason to the attended to refund my money because the carwash was still down, he just threatened to call the police. This gas station appear to offer a service then fail to honor that service clearly defrauding the public. They do not display any signs or indications that the carwash is down. So every customer who pays for a carwash and the station fails to deliver is being defrauded and the gas station i illegally stealing hundreds if not thousands of dollars from its customers. read more

Car wash force/brushes pulled the emblem off the grill of my car. I noticed as I was drying. Went to the attendant on duty. He found inside wash (of course broken) and said there's nothing he can do. No responsibility at all. Disappointed. Do not go here, if their machine causes damage - they do not care. read more
