I Attached three pictures, two were showing how much the cash price is and one of them was my online receipt that shows that I paid in cash but for some reason I was charged the credit card price. I don't know the whole intentional or not but I would assume that the system should automatically recognize that I paid in cash inside but for some reason when I got home I realized I was being charged the credit card price which is an additional 10 cents. I get a lot of discounts at Shell because I have the application but I included the screenshot to show that I was basically charged an extra 10 cents per gallon for absolutely no reason. Not sure who this could happen by accident when I paid in cash. read more

Its always a pleasure and convenient to stop by for a cup of Tony's coffee, I've been coming here for over a year and my personal experience stopping by here either for coffee or gasoline has been awesome. Tony has good customer service and is always on patrol making his customers feel safe when they come in and when they leave. I highly recommend this place especially when Tony is there on the graveyard shift, come before 6:30 am for a quick stop, hope he is well recognized for his good customer service and security. + read more

Not quite as much in love as the other reviewers. Prices are higher than most other gas stations, service is ok, not stellar. I come here only to redeem the Ralphs fuel points, other than that I prefer Arco or other lower priced ones. Also the selection inside is not that great, fuel points make them A-OK though read more

After hours of driving my fiancé and I decided to get off the freeway and buy some snacks to stay awake. And all we got was mistreated by the clerk. Was asked to show an id to use a visa debit card After he made a big deal about it I went to get it. When I came back in with my id he was on the phone with the police I asked why was I being asked for an id he said I was going to be arrested and was scanning my id aggressively so I decided to record because I felt disrespected and discriminated against. At this point all I filmed was the location and this man yelled at me and said it was illegal after I corrected him he took out his phone and recorded me and said a bunch of things/threats. As we walked out he continued shouting. As we pumped gas he walked out the store twice saying things but at this point we paid him no attention. We drove away saddened and realized he never gave us our Red Bull's after kicking us out of the store so we went back for it. After walking in and asking for the Red Bull's he shouts ur going to jail and the cops are looking for u in front of everyone. I felt embarrassed. I do not recommend this place for good vibes. I have never met someone so rude and ignorant Didn't catch his name, but always see him there, so I figure he is the owner or manager. But he is straight up miserable and rude. My chip on my card does not work, and everywhere I go ( including this exact gas station in the past) has bypassed the chip and used swipe. He proceeded to tell me its not possible to do. I called him off on this lie, and said I've done it here and other places before and he proceeded to angrily and loudly say to me. I HEARD YOU THE FIRST TIME. BUT THEN!!! A screen popped up saying for me to type it in manually, and I went to get my card and he said what are you doing? I said its giving me the option of putting it in manually. Then he says no, turns the screen towards him and cancels that option for me. My go to gas station has now been put to the worst gas station. I have EVER been to. SHAME ON YOU read more

Don't get your car washed here!!! I went this morning and when I came out I had damage to the hood of my car. I just had a professional detail about 2 weeks ago & know for a fact the damage wasn't there. My car wasn't even very dirty but after the recent light rain I thought I'd get it cleaned up. The manager was ok, not very helpful but not rude. He put me in contact with the owner who was on a completely different plant. He told me my claims were impossible & called me a liar, over the phone of course... telephone tough guy. I asked him for a corporate number & he told me he owns it & reports to no one. I said, "you own every Shell Station?" He said no but still refused to give me a corporate number. I got it online & already filed a complaint with them. I know my car isn't perfect, but I also what was there & what wasn't. I don't want them to take responsibility for anything other than what was caused by them... This is a very clean, well-managed gas station, conveniently located right off of the 91 freeway. My fiancé has been coming here for years and has gotten to know the owner and staff. They're so nice and sincere that my fiancé makes it a point to purchase his lotto tickets here, even when he doesn't need gas. read more

This is the best gas station EVER! They saved the day! I needed oil in my car immediately-light flashing and beeping warning going off. I called 4 other stations in the area and they said they couldn't help me put it in the car. The Arco across the way said Call the Shell next to us. I called and although hesitant at 1st, they said come in and we will help you. Habib was so kind and helpful. I'm not from the area but visit once a week. I'm buying my gas from here when in town. Never write reviews for gas stations haha but this one is an exception. Came in to get gas for my truck and use the restroom. Bathroom is a bathroom nothing special. But the customer service is really great. Also if you fill up with Deisel you get a feee 32 oz fountain drink or medium coffee for free. Next time I'm in the area with my work truck, I'll be sure to fill up here again. Keep it up guys. read more

This afternoon a Coworker and I were filling up our vehicles. My coworker pulled into the pump in front of me and i was behind him. I finished filling up before my coworker so i walked up to him and started to talk while he was pumping gas. The pumps on the other side of us were empty and nor was there anyone behind me waiting. (I mention this, due to it is frustrating to me when people park at a pump and walk in to buy something without getting gas). As i started to talk with my coworker, a gentleman walks up to me and says to us, "thank you for coming but if your done would you please leave. I know we are not busy but i only have 4 pumps." I said to him that we are not quite done, (i stepped to the side and pointed to my coworker) and said my buddy is still pumping gas. He said, but you are not, will you please leave. I explained to him that I'm following my coworker to our destination and as soon as he is finished pumping gas we will leave. I pointed out to him the station isn't busy now and it would be a mere minute or two more. He raised his voice and told me to leave now! I chuckled to myself but decided to walk back to my vehicle to leave. As i walked back i reminded him that i am a customer who just put in $75 of gas and he did not have to worry that I'm not going to come back to this gas station. This infuriated him and he yelled, and i mean yelled at me, "oh your not coming back? Good, now F---k--g leave. He proceed to say he was going to call the police and walked inside yelling profanities. As my coworker was finishing up, the hostile man came out with his phone and started to take down my license plate and call the local PD. I explained to him that waiting for the PD to show would definitely be welcomed, in order to show them i did nothing wrong and i am a paying customer. It would be a waste of taxpayers money and my time, so i decided to leave. As i started to pull away, he said "don't leave pu--y!" I can tell he has done this before to others. This definitely was not the first time he's done this. I only imagine how he must treat the employees and other customers. I don't want to say he's like this due to his ethnicity and i will leave it at that. Customer service or lack there of and karma will take care of this person! I had no interaction with the staff inside the station and they may be very nice indeed, but the manager is a true piece of work. DO NOT GO TO THIS STATION!! read more

This gas station is my local go to spot on the way out of town. The staff and owners are always very friendly and professional. The gas prices are reasonable and even better they have diesel. The car wash is one of the best drive thru washes I've ever used at a gas station. Good enough to take a brand new black truck through it and not worry about scratches. I'd highly recommend going here over other places in the area. read more

the best gas station and car wash in town! I was in on my lunch for a car wash and I lost my ray ban sunglasses somewhere outside in the process. I stopped by after work and Habib said he would look for them and took my business card. the next morning I had a voicemail at my office that they found them. I drove directly over and picked them up, they were very gently wrapped in white paper with my name written on it and stapled at both ends. you couldn't ask for sweeter or more honest people! this is my gas station for good and I recommend it to all! thank you Corona Shell Team!!! read more

My husband has been coming to this gas station 2-3x per week and purchasing gas and using the car wash. Recently he went to the station to purchase gas. He used the 'pay at the pump' option and purchased gas and a car wash with his credit card. The screen suddenly went blank and asked for his to slide his card again. He did and proceeded with the transaction. The pump clicked, as if it was done filling the car and all of a sudden the receipt came out without him finishing the transaction, which he thought was weird. When he started his car up, he noticed that the fuel gage had not moved despite him putting $45 worth of gas in the car. He went in to talk to the manager (or owner, I'm not sure), some guy named Alex. Alex accused him of lying and told him there was nothing he could do about it. He was a complete d*ck. I was livid, mainly because my husband has frequented this station for so long and this "Alex" person knows who he is. Why on earth would he choose to lie to him?? We asked if he could be put on another pump or refunded and Alex said there wasn't anything he could do. He told us we needed to contact the county if we wanted the machines to be calibrated. It is not our responsibility to ensure that his pumps are calibrated. That was a ridiculous response. Then he proceeded to tell my husband to come back the following morning because he needed to close out the day, then he could compare the amount of $$ collected for the day with the amt of gas. My husband returned the next day and Alex said that he doesn't think my husband is telling the truth and he wasn't going to refund him or give him the gas he paid for. We filed an investigation with the credit card company and we'll be refunded the money, but this was a horrible way to treat any customer, especially a regular customer. There are 3 gas stations on this particular coroner and I HIGHLY recommend that you go to one of the other stations. This man is money hungry, rude and disgusting. It sickens me that he is making money by taking advantage of customers. He responds inappropriately to customer concerns and it's clear he couldn't care less about the people spending their money at his stations. Do not give him anymore business. read more
