Had a little road trip to "Horsetown USA" also known as Norco, California but needed to fill up the gas tank before heading back to the city.... I often use Gas Buddy to check prices & this Arco was just under $5/gallon PLUS I redeemed my Marathon Rewards for a whopping $.25 off per gallon. Not bad! read more

WARNING!!! I just stopped by this location in Norco to use a $50 Arco gift card to put some fuel in my tank. When I had he clerk swipe the card, I attempted to fuel my vehicle. The pump to which I was assigned, malfunctioned and would not disperse fuel. I returned to the clerk, and advised them of the malfunction. I was informed that my gift card was depleted of money and no further fuel or credit back to the gift card would be provided. I lost $50 without receiving any fuel. The clerk was rude and dismissive. I was told to call the number on the gift card. BEWARE!!! DO NOT ATTEMPT TO USE GIFT CARDS AT THIS SHADY BUSINESS! read more

Charged me extra and didn't give me my full refund. I payed $40 in cash at first and went to fill my tank in one that didn't work. I told the worker and was told to move to another pump and give him my card. I was charged another $40 on my card. I went back in to ask for my $40 in cash back. The worker was about to give me my cash when the manager came in and yelled at him to only give me $30 cuz he "saw another woman use the pump that wasn't working charge $10". But I had 3 other people waiting in my car. One of them was telling other people to not use the pump that was out of order. on top of that there were multiple other pumps & patrons that had the same problem. Go somewhere else. read more

I would never normally review a gas station but I felt the need to put a little bit of information out there about this particular location. The gas prices are great. It is often the lowest in the area. Unfortunately, it is a crapshoot whether the electronic payment options will work when you're out by the pumps. And if the electronic options don't work you're forced to go inside to a less then customer service oriented work crew. Sometimes the person behind the counter speaks English, and sometimes they don't. Now, I'm all for diversity, but I also want to be fairly quick about my transactions in a convenient store. The gas prices get five stars. The convenient store crew gets 2 stars. The poorly maintained equipment gets only two stars. read more

This is one of the 24-hour gas stations in Norco. The prices are usually comparable to other gas station in the area which is important, because there's another station directly across the street. This ARCO is conveniently located less than a mile from the 15 fwy @ the 6th Street exit. The prices are great & the cashiers are always in good spirits. However, sometimes this place gets crowded so you may have to wait to get a pump. The convenience store is always fully stocked and carries 2 of my favorite snacks: Sour Cream & Cheddar Ruffles & BBQ flavored Sunflower Seeds. Yum! read more

They get points for cheap gas but that's it. The card machines never work. The employees are rude and not very customer oriented. Last time I went in there was on employee (unfortunately I don't remember his name) that I dealt with that was rude and couldn't figure out how to count back my change properly! My boyfriend has the same problem with this location quite a bit too! I think I would much rather pay a bit more for my gas for better service. read more

Cheapest gas in the area! Helps to have cash to save the debit card fee! Right off the 15, a quick on/off stop. The cashiers here are often friendly and they have a good stock of items in their connivence am/pm center. It might only get a 3.5 star just because it always has long lines, but can't fault it for having good gas prices. read more

RACIST!!!! I truly believe 0 stars should be a choice.....this establishments employees and sadly it's owners are a disgrace to the customer industry. Myself, my friend, and my boyfriend pulled up to this pathetic excuse of a gas station, my friend decided to take my dog out to see if she needed to go poddy, we had just finished a 5 HR drive with a bed full of our belongings (moving...ugh) so of course she figured she had to go! My boyfriend went and filled up the tank, I myself decided to wash the front and side windows. All in all we had been here at this point 13 minutes, this is when we are approached by employee of the month Mr. Jorge, he has a telephone to his ear. " The cameras only let you stay 40 minutes, go, you must go, he says. We all look at each other in bewilderment, " we've been here at the very most 15 minutes sir....purchasing gas as people do you're aware of this right?, You're a gas station...in case you forgot.." he interrupts me "go, no, you must go I on phone with owner your kind not allowed the trash white" I couldn't help but bust out in laughter, this little thing just called me white trash. I have never reviewed a gas station before. But tonight I was out walking my ADA registered service animal and the gentleman working wouldn't let the dog come into the establishment so I could buy a drink. I attempted to provide him the paperwork all digital on my phone but he would not accept it he said it had to be hard printed, so nothing was accepted. I attempted to show him my handler card and my ADA registry paperwork. He said that since I can hear and see I can't have a legitimate reason. Just dropped in yesterday, on my way to a truck show. The location is super convenient, right off of the I-15. I've always noticed that their prices are the best in that town. If you're hungry, their crew do a great job of keeping the shelves full and organized. If you're on your way to Vegas and need a RedBull, stop here. read more

Don't bother going here. They don't know how to use a coupon. The staff doesn't care about their customers.

I always go here they have the cheapest arco gas and nice people the ones I encounter are really sweet. I go late at night after my closing shifts and the guy that works at night is really protective and makes sure to stand outside and keep an eye out for you. He always has a smile on his face. I appreciate that always! The lines get really bad sometimes but you people what do you expect it's cheap gas in Norco sorry not sorry. read more

Do not go to this arco, their outside ATM machines NEVER work and when you ask why they rattle off "oh maybe it's your card", no, not acceptable when the card processes just fine. They purposely don't have their outside machines work so your forced to go inside and hope they can get you to buy convenient store crap. Refuse to go there ever again. read more

Giving this location the lowest possible rating because EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. I come in here, the guy closes his register at the worst possible time. I've even heard him say "why does everyone choose to come in at this time?" Well GENIUS...if business seems busy around a certain time then maybe you should consider closing your register at a DIFFERENT TIME!!! Do yourself a favor. Go to the ARCO on Main & Grand if you want gas for the same price. It may be out of your way but at least they don't make you wait 20 minutes until they're done closing their drawer and their price is always the same as Norco's location. read more
