But the fact that the driver took the picture of the 1 wrinkled up bag? They refunded but did not rush any items out to me or anything. it was 7-8am so they had time to replace. I was bummed. At the same time I thought I should have gotten something for the $100 mistake. Like a small Walmart gift card or something. All I got was a "the driver is going to get in trouble." So after that last poor experience I canceled. But I need delivery. I can't drive, so I got it again. And my first delivery at this store, I got 1 wrong item, 4 moldy potatoes, 1 expired frozen bag of chicken tenders and super wilted broccoli I'm just done. I guess I will have to start pinching pennies and paying extra for another delivery service. Ralph's gets good reviews. Instacart is expensive but you get what you pay for. Or maybe I will start walking to the store. Exercise is good for the aching joints.

Disappointing Experience at the Auto Center…read more My husband came in for a routine oil change as a walk-in customer. When he checked in, he was told the wait would be about 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Understanding that walk-ins may have to wait, he spent time shopping in the store and then patiently waited for his vehicle to be serviced. After the two-hour mark, he went back to ask for an update and was told it would be even longer before they could get to his vehicle. At no point was he proactively informed about the delay or given a realistic estimate of how much additional time he would be waiting. After waiting approximately 2 1/2 hours with no clear timeline, he finally left without getting the oil change done. We understand delays can happen, but better communication and more accurate wait times would have gone a long way. It's frustrating to set aside that much time based on the information provided, only to leave empty-handed. Unfortunately, this experience was a waste of time and left us very disappointed.

She is slow to do things, forgetful when asking to put money on a pump after literally just asking for it. A few times the lines where so long and slow that it took about 20min just to get some drinks and put cash on a pump. I'd advise people in a hurry to use the station across the street. There is a convenience store in the middle of the station ran by circle K. It has your basic snack items but it doesn't have all the stuff a normal circle k would have. A couple pumps were broken or malfunctioning but others worked fine. Overall this place was fine to gas up your car and go. If your looking for a long drive pit stop, perhaps a bigger station would be better. Parking and lanes are kinda tight for bigger trucks.
