there customer service here is the absolute worst I've ever seen, I'm a local and regular customer because I live extremely close I have been buying gas ,and cigarettes here for over a year now, nobody has ever carded or asked me for my ID. I'm 43 years old, now out of the blue after they sold me 400 or more packs of cigarettes they want to card me I almost started I'll laughing thinking it must be a joke the same 2 females had sold me 2 packs of cigarettes the day before, I just finished work and didn't have my wallet or purse handy as I do not take it on the field to my job because of a security issue, now I have to leave without my usual thing bought this is utterly ridiculous they have carded me in the past and know my age, I find there lack of customer service extremely disturbing and now I would rather drive a couple miles out of my way then return to this phony, lack of consideration and people skills establishment. Apparently manners and kindness is a thing of the past at this place!! Don't waste your time and money here if you could help it! This station is near the freeway and an alternative to Costco gas down the street. However many pumps are broken or simply just not working. I counted 5 complete pumps (not just one handle on them) out of order of the 12 on site. read more

The gas station is conveniently located near the freeway so you can get off and on quickly after fueling. Gas prices were fair for the area and a few cents cheaper than most stations. There is a convenience store in the middle of the station ran by circle K. It has your basic snack items but it doesn't have all the stuff a normal circle k would have. A couple pumps were broken or malfunctioning but others worked fine. Overall this place was fine to gas up your car and go. If your looking for a long drive pit stop, perhaps a bigger station would be better. Parking and lanes are kinda tight for bigger trucks. read more

I signed up for mobile rewards and I've had people scan the number from my phone because I don't have the physical card. There's one cashier, Marlin, who scanned it once for me and has ever since claimed that she doesn't know how. She makes me manually type in my 16 digit number for the card and insists that it's easier for the customer that way. Im so annoyed that she refuses to TRY to use her scanner to scan the digital card. Marlin absolutely refuses to helps me. This has happened twice, even after speaking with the assistant manager. Today, Marlin assigned my purchase to the wrong pump and cancelled my transaction making me wait in line 3 times - 1. my original purchase 2. Waited in line for her to ask me to move my car to a different pump 3. and then I had to come back in to pay. ....3 times I waited in line to deal with this girl who has no issue proclaiming that she doesn't know how to do anything. Wow! I was approached by a worker while pumping my gas and demanded that I come inside to pay for the $17 I pumped. Puzzled I looked at him and told him I had inserted my card and did not know what he was taking about. He berated me saying I had pumped someone else's gas and needed to come inside to pay. This was all in an extremely aggressive tone. Apparently HE had punched in the wrong number when a cash customer came inside and he didn't want to take accountability on his end. Well it was 103 degrees and I had a sleeping toddler in my car. I was not about to pull her out and go inside to deal with something that was clearly his fault. His first recommendation was that the cash customer would watch my sleeping toddler while I went inside to sort this out. I told him that was ludicrous and I was not going to leave my baby with a stranger. He got even more aggressive with me and demanded the $17 in cash!? I don't carry cash?? Ultimately it was decided that I would pull up behind the other customer and pay for their $17. Seriously the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Not that I expect much from a gas station but seriously to be confronted like that was unbelievable. Although this is a convenient station I will never return again. read more

I walk in respectfully with my mask on right every night for gas and snacks. Asian woman very professional and kind Dude with the facial hair real down to earth and cool Larger Hispanic woman not very polite. I asked for 35 bucks on the other side of 7 Which is 8 I ask her if that is the correct number to confirm. She says I don't know it is your responsibility to know. I understand that. Totally fine. And I'm the only car parked out there... she says "either go check or go some where else" Then she begins to make fun of my cloths due to the military camouflage hat and pants she goes off telling me I look like a punk and thinks I can do what ever I want because i look like I served this country First of all weather I severe it or not.. it does not matter. I told her it's just fashion. It's what I like to wear Then tells me I can't do what ever I want just because I'm wearing military cloths. I tell her again I just want gas on pump 8 $35 She must have been having a bad day or something I chose to be the adult and apologize and tell her I'm sorry please forgive me for upsetting you let me go check for you. I come bak and she tells me to go to the back of the line and wait after already waiting in line with 7 people. In front of me So I wait again with 5 people in front of me i get to the front and I realize she put all my stuff back right away. So I'm not going to lie I had a long and tiring day. I told her what is your problem !? She said do you want gas or not. I said I do ! But I don't know why you put my beverage and snack back ??? I go bak and get my beverage and snack again only to send me to the bak of the line again.... i don't know what I did to up set her so much. It was at that point she accused me for using foul language then tells me to shut up very aggressively.. and goes off talking about my mother and how much of a terrible boy I am shaming my mother??... She refused to move forward with the transaction. So I decide to stay in front of the register peacefully and tell her I'm too low on gas and I really need gas. I apologize to her again and asked her kindly multiple times to please just ring me up and let me carry on with my night. I told her you can either A call the police or B let me pay and I'll leave no problem. Obviously she chose A thankfully She refused to give me a bag I put my gas in and realized I forgot my two drinks I purchased at the counter due to all the arguing. I come bak to get it and she attacks me again saying I have to pay. I keep on showing her the receipt until finally one of the other employees steps in and apologizes on her behalf. It was just absolutely embarrassing and unfortunate to see someone so mean. I kept asking her why she is so mean. She kept telling me to shut up. I go home think about what had happened and just couldn't let it go. I come bak and apologize again and tell her that she is wrong my mom raised me the right way and asked her kindly to think about her actions. All of that was not necessary at all what so ever. I live right across the street from the the gas station. I'm sorry the one star is only because I go there every night and there is good people working there. My wife came here yesterday to fill up her car. The Caucasian gas station attendant was chain smoking cigarettes outside of the the cashier area. My wife tried putting $70 on the pump #6 with a $100 bill. He told her he has no change. No problem. She went to her car and found 3 $20's, 2 $5's, and 2 $1 bills. The cashier was outside once again chain smoking. She told him $72 on number 6. And showed him the money. While my wife was filling up the car, it stopped at $62. She told him you shorted me $10 on pump 6. He told her no, you gave me $62. So my wife told him to keep the $10. It's not worth calling the police over and wasting her time. Enjoy that $10 towards your drug and/or cigarette habit. We will not be coming to this gas station ever again. Also I don't think it's too safe having a chain smoking cashier next to the pumps all day. It's only a matter of time before the place has an accident due to his stupidity. Went to get gas this morning and paid through the pump. The screen either froze or the system was lagging because it wasn't working. So I ended up having to go inside to pay. The woman working, who refused to later give me her name and wasnt wearing a name badge, asked me did you pay outside? I told her yeah but it wasnt working so I'm paying here. She tells me well you already paid pump your gas I cant do anything from here. All with a attitude in her tone and body. I then again told her the pump wasnt working that I had hit cancel and pulling the pump handle out and set it back in to reset it and the screen still had the pin number prompt on it and I had already entered it. She still gives me attitude. So, I just went back outside to check the pump again, pressing cancel and bunch of times, still nothing. So I go back in and tell her seriously I'm now running late for work can you please help me, I cant just go to another pump my information is still on there I dont want anyone getting gas with my money. She has the nerve to tell me relax lady I told you there's nothing I can do from my end. So I told her you really cant come look and see what I'm talking about. She never helped just raised her voice at me and got upset when I snapped right back at her. She refused to give me her name, she works over night, blonde Hispanic lady. Every encounter I've had with this woman had been bad. Havent shopped here since the last encounter but I needed gas before work and this place was the closest. I'm really never coming here again. Worst gas station I have ever been to!! Owner actually accused me of underpaying for gas. Gave him a $50 and he comes out and says I only gave him $20 and he wants me to pay more. Told him no, I gave you a $50 not a $20. He tells me to shut up, SHUT UP, seriously?!?, and to pay the rest since he now is working for free since he payed my gas because it fuel pump went over $20. I again proceed to tell him I payed $50 and to not tell me to shut up and to stop being rude in front of my toddler. He rushes back to the cash register and then comes out and starts filming me with his phone. I am appalled by the owners behavior and shocked that he accused me of stealing.
