Don't shop here they don't honor their own deals. This is the second time this has happened to me. This time they had a posted deal offering two ghost energy drinks for $5.00 and when I tried to purchase them the guy behind the counter said he couldn't do anything lower than $6.62, like he was haggling with me n let's make a deal. Even if there was a CRV charge of $.10 per can my total with tax shouldn't be anymore than $5.60. So he was charging me a whole $1.02 more. So hats false advertising. Last time this happened they tried to tell me them the deal was over and Ben thought the expiration fate on the sign wasn't for another week. Liars and cheats! I will never go here again. Did a 7-Eleven Now app pick-up order for a large frozen pep pizza at this 7-Eleven store on 10/6 at 6:58PM. Temporary forgot about it because of the little ones and when I remembered at 10PM, it says my Pizza was already picked up an hour ago! I haven't even left the house. Called the store and spoke to the clerk and he says to come tomorrow 10/7. I came by in the morning and they told me to call customer service for a refund. I dont know if this store accidentally gave my order to someone else, stole my order, or cancelled the order due to the Promo price - $1.99 for a large Pizza but this is the kind of shady, dishonest experience I was worried about given 7-Eleven's image as basically a liquor store. 7-Now team made things right but I'm not coming back to this location anymore. I. Am. LIVID. I have NEVER received such horrible customer service. EVER. I frequent this 7/11 at least three times a week. They know and recognize me. I went there last night, 8/7 and got milk which expiration date was 8/10, along with a couple of snacks. I never get the receipt because I never need it. Fast forward to this morning, 8/8, I drink the milk and it's so sour I almost throw up. I call 7/11 and try to explain the situation to the man who answered. He sounded annoyed and said "what??". I repeat myself and he said "If the milk expired, you can bring it back in". I express gratitude and he says "Bring in the receipt". I tell him I don't have the receipt, but I come in all of the time to get milk. He repeats "You need to bring the receipt" and then proceeds to HANG UP ON ME!!!!! Appalled, I try to call back. It rings and rings until I get voicemail. I call again and he answers. I ask to speak to his manager and he says he's not there, but to call back in an hour. I tell him he shouldn't have hung up on me and asked for his name. He said "I don't know" and HUNG UP ON ME AGAIN!!!!! Because I go here so often, I think I know who it is. This is unacceptable and not only will I be calling back for the manager, but I will be contacting corporate. Update: The manager ended up letting me exchange it BUT kept making excuses about the rude employee... "He probably couldn't understand you". Bulls***. When I walked in, it WAS the guy I thought it was and he's made small talk with me several times in perfect English. My my little sister has expressed that the workers have been rude to her, although I never really experienced it until today. I will now be avoiding this location. Beware on cash changes!!! They will short change you. Give them a $20 but the change was based on a $10 and when confronting the cashier he instigated and insisted it's a 10. Not worth the hassle to argue over such pity cash but this 7-11 have lost its fundamental integrity and my trust as a neighborhood business. Went in last night to look for a battery adapter for my phone. An Indian gentleman helped me. He was very nice and patient. I wanted to make sure the cord worked and charged my phone. Never have I been treated so rudely in any business I've ever been to, it was loud inside the store and I was having a hard time understanding the gentleman handling my transaction due to his heavy accent. All I wanted to do was reload my Chime debit card, but I had forgotten that when adding money to my account I have to subtract the service fee before telling the cashier the amount of the deposit, so when it came out to nearly $5 extra I asked them to please cancel the transaction and allow me to start over so I could take into consideration the service fee, both cashiers acted as if I was asking them for the codes to all their locks. When I said I would just go somewhere else, the cashier with the 2 lazy eyes rudely told me to "take my money and leave."
