This has been one of the worst pharmacy experiences I've ever had. The staff are consistently rude,…read moredismissive, and unprofessional. Almost every interaction feels uncomfortable because there is always an attitude, eye-rolling, or rude facial expressions when I ask simple questions or try to get help. As a customer, it honestly feels disrespectful and unnecessary. What upset me the most was seeing how my grandmother, who is in her 60s, was treated. She left crying after feeling yelled at by staff. No customer, especially an older person coming in for healthcare-related needs should leave feeling humiliated or afraid to ask questions. I understand pharmacies can be busy and stressful, but that does not excuse disrespectful behavior toward patients. I genuinely hope management or HR looks into how customers are being treated here because this has been an ongoing issue and the experience has been unacceptable.

Even if there was a CRV charge of $.10 per can my total with tax shouldn't be anymore than $5.60. So he was charging me a whole $1.02 more. So hats false advertising. Last time this happened they tried to tell me them the deal was over and Ben thought the expiration fate on the sign wasn't for another week. Liars and cheats! I will never go here again. I know it's not much to some people, but it's the principal and the accumulation of however many customers is what matters!!! If I could give less than 1 star I would!

When I got to the counter, I was told that only one of the two prescriptions was ready and that the second would be ready in about 15 minutes. I asked if I could wait and if they would call my name over the intercom when it was ready, and the employee said yes. I waited over 30 minutes and never heard my name called. I eventually went back up and asked another associate, who checked the computer and confirmed that the prescription was ready. However, I was then told I had to get back in the line of more than 10 people because going directly to the counter would be considered cutting. I ended up wasting over an hour here because I came in with the impression that both of my prescriptions were ready. The communication and organization were extremely poor.

This Circle K (4TH & Sierra) has been overcharging consumers for YEARS! If I had more time in my…read moreday, I would spend it picketing this place! 99 percent of the goods at this Circle K that are advertised as "buy on, get one" or "buy 2, get 1" or a sale similar to that. And, 99 percent of the time, the prices are higher and not on sale at all, and they do not inform you, EVER, while ringing u up. Luckily, I know this, and therefore, i often physically take the advertised sale price to them to show them that they are False Advertising. They always apologize but never fix it. Years ago, they would keep my couple cents of change without asking and just shut their register drawer. After nipping that in the bud, they still continue to false advertise sales. DON'T GO TO THIS CIRCLE K!!! They are not all created equal, and this one is a FRAUD!

When I came to check out at the register the guy scanned it but refused to honor it, I repeatedly told him that it's a coupon to be scanned from the app to use for the self-serve slurpee and food, and he still gave me the dirty look and said whatever he sees on the screen is what he can let us use. He kept throwing excuses at me and tantrums about it, saying that I was using my rewards points to get it instead of the coupons and scammed the hell out of it. Forced me to pay for it, even though the coupon said slurpee and self serve food item are free of charge. Now I have 2 points in my 7Rewards account all thanks to his nonsense (even though I didn't even pay for the refreshments and I had him cancel it) and refusal to redeem my coupon for t mobile Tuesdays carrier promos, which explains this ghetto location.
