During my visit this evening, I had a disappointing interaction with an older female staff member with short curly hair who was wearing a face mask at the pharmacy register inside the store. Unfortunately, I was unable to get her name because her badge was worn near the bottom of her shirt and not visible. Her demeanor was snappy and dismissive. When I mentioned I had a manufacturer's coupon, she responded condescendingly and questioned whether I knew it had to be registered, which it already was. After showing her, she abruptly directed me to drop-off. In contrast, Charles at drop-off was welcoming, respectful, and took the time to explain alternative options for the cost as the manufacturers coupon was unable to be used. Regardless of the time of day, with or without anyone before or after you in line, expect little to no hello, expect them to offer you help and then not provide it and send you on your way; it'll take so long that you won't even want the help by the time you get your prescription. The worst. No one knows what the hell is going on. I waited in line, then was told to go to the drop off window, then was told they were still working on it, like I was being impatient. I said, "they told me to come over here, they didn't say they were still working on it" so then I go to the front of the store to waste some time and buy an electrolyte, when I hear my name called, only my first name, so I thought I better go check and the lady from the drop off window was waving me over to the checkout like my meds were ready now. I waited in line again and then the young man at the register said, "they aren't ready." Then a pharmacist told him they were! I get home an everything is charged to insurance I don't have anymore. They never asked for my insurance. I thought the doctor who ordered the meds would have shared that info. I don't know how this all works, so now I have to go back to this place that I never want to use again. I can look behind the counter and see that they are overwhelmed and understaffed, but that is the not the customers fault. I remember walking through the parking lot and saying to myself, I will never go back here. Apparently the new Walmart Pharmacy is making their customers lives a lot easier. GO THERE. read more

This has been the most consistent pharmacy I've gone to in Eastvale, Ca. What I mean by this is that the employees are top notch courteous and professional. My scripts have been filled without any issue - filled quickly. If I have any questions I call, leave a message and the pharmacist call back fairly quickly! My,Good RX, says that my medication is $18.00 , they, told me that it was $38.00, the lady,said, yeah, I, have, seen that happen before, I don't know why it does that, I, said, that if you look, I , can walk next door to Albertsons and get it for $8.00 ? She, said,I, have seen that happen before, I, don't, know,why it does that? I, said, very Politely,Ma'am, I, understand that you have seen this before, and you don't know why it does that? So, just,refund my card, and, I, will just walk Next Door and buy, it for $30.00 Less at Albertsons! Again, she, tells me that she has seen this before, and she doesn't know why it does that! I,said, have you ever seen the Movie, the Wizard of Oz? She,said back to me Oz? I, said, yes, it has a Scarecrow in it with No Brains in its head! Be careful because if you are prescribed a medication that has been changed in dosage and is on an automatic refill, CVS will continue to auto refill the drug. And if you pick it up and pay the wrong medication dosage thinking it's what you should be on, there are no returns or refunds! Doesn't seem like a safe system that CVS has for refilling medications. Can become a huge safety issue!!!! read more

First of all, yes, you may have to wait a while in line. If you don't want to wait, there are faster pick up options on the app or you can try going in the middle of the day when most people are working. Usually little to no line. I've had it with this place. The customer service is beyond abysmal. I have never been there when there isn't a huge line to pick up your medication at the pharmacy, and forget about it if you need someone to help you find something in the store. I was trying to buy something that I really need which shows in stock on the website, but is not on the shelf. I asked three different people to help me, two of which required that I wait in line before talking to them, and all three of them just blew me off and said they didn't know. The last person didn't even look at the picture on my cell phone to find out what I was looking for. She just said sorry we can't help. Ridiculous. Do better CVS. read more

#1 thing how about have a cashier available? What happened to the rule of more than x amount in line add a backup cashier? The self checkouts do not work for pharmacy items. Otc meds need approval. Most of the time sale items are not correct and don't ring up. The only reason this place is open is because of prescription drug high prices paying the bills. read more

Okay, Ms. Liu who did my booster shot, was amazing. I'm a cry baby when it comes to needles and I hardly felt it. Mind you, I got the booster and the flu shot. That's both my arms and she did it so quickly and painless. Thank you so much!! The scheduling was very easy, since now that Kaiser has partnered up with CVS, we can use our insurance for our shots without having to visit a hospital. When you schedule and you fill out the info, input your kaiser member # as your insurance and when it asks you for prescription ID put none. I was late on my appt because I walked there and took the long way (hello 7 mile walk), and I was sweating bullets bc I was 30mins late but they were okay with it and I just waiting a bit. Wished they had more seating available but not a big deal. Definitely recommend getting your booster and flu shot here! read more

My husband got a notification that his prescription was ready but when we arrived we sat in line for 45 minutes only to be told that our prescription was lost. They also informed us that they were low on supply for our medication and could only supply with a partial prescription. This is the second time this month that I had to wait this long. Needless to say I will be switching pharmacies. CVS is ridiculous :( read more

It's 2023, and this pharmacy can literally not provide customers with much needed medication. I went to pick up my medication (which was ready to pick up). When I arrived, all of the pharmacy workers seemed to be in a panic because their "system was down". When I washed how long it would be, they said they don't know how long it will be. I don't live around the area but I know I will be visiting so I scheduled my booster shot (yupppp!!!) online. It was a very easy process with the time slot I preferred. It was very obvious it was short staffed so I don't blame them for the slower service. Myself also work in customer services so I understand how it's like and know everyone's trying their best to keep up with the schedule. I got an email from CVS to take a survey on my experience for the visit and this is what I wrote in the comment: [[I think all three members that worked at the Pharmacy on 11/4/2021 were excellent. The lady apologized for not being able to attend me immediately but was able to check me in to my vaccination appointment within 10minutes (I was early to my appointment as instructed). After checking in and waiting to be called, the member who was responsible for the drive-through saw me standing around and asked if I had a question. I feel like he didn't have much emotion in his voice (lol) but he was very polite to his customers. The pharmacist that gave me the vaccine was awesome. I was called exactly at 8pm (my appointment time). He immediately apologized for the wait for there were only 3 staffs working for the nightshift, with no complaints even though they still have 2 more hours to go! He knows how to crack a joke and the shot did not hurt at all! He joked it was his first time giving a shot! Of course it was followed by a jk. I think the pharmacy need to schedule more staffs for the night shift because more people started to line up as I was leaving after waiting for 15minutes after my vaccine. i went to go get candy and the majority of it has a sign that's posted (and yes i read the signs...i work in retail too) it said buy one get the second for $1. i grab two and head to the register where i tell the cashier, Nancy, that there's that deal and it's not ringing up properly. she proceeded to say "are you sure they are all mixed up over there." So they order again. And it's a never ending cycle. I have never received my medication on time. Today I again called to see if my medication came in and was immediately put on hold. This location (and probably others) is the worst. The pharmacy drive thru has two windows but one is only for prep pay which is NEVER used. You cannot even sign up for pre pay on the app so it's a waste of space! Instead they rather you sit in one line for an hour waiting for someone to even come to the window. Buyer beware!! They refused to help assist me with an online order I needed to cancel because it went to the wrong store. I contacted the online assistance. They told me to deal with the store my purchase went to, called that store they told me to go to the store I wanted it go to. I went into Eastvale asking for help, got an attitude from the supervisor. She seemed annoyed that she even had to listen to me. I've been an avid buyer at CVS for many years. Spending thousands of dollars of the years making purchases there. I will now be taking my business to Walgreens. On the CVS app I was told to scan in my new insurance card for my prescription. After scanning the card I received the same message that my insurance needs updating so I decided to call the pharmacy directly to update my insurance. Katrina answered my call and was extremely rude. I told her what the app was saying and she just bluntly kept saying I have to bring in the physical card. No explanation on why the app was telling me one thing and why she's saying I have to go in person. It even said i could update it by simply calling them...
