Quick service with reasonable prices. Staff make recommendations on what needs to be done buy aren't pushy.

Been coming here for over 10 years. Bama and the guys help to keep my vehicles in top condition.

Quick service.. In and out.. Friendly and helpful workers ........ I will definitely be back with all my vehicles....

The guys in the service bay are great. Top notch, and not pushy. They will recommend additional service you should consider, but they will not oversell. But it's a lube and oil and there are plenty around. What used to separate these guys was the extras. Friendly caahier is now gpne. They have. A person there now, I think her name is Sunny, no smile, no hello, just seems annoyed that you are there. They used to give you a complimentary drink while your car was serviced-that's gone now as well. I pass several closer shops to go here. We've been going there for years. I think it's time for a change. read more

Unocal 76 Expresslube Baines - Just another bit of service that is gone. - Gas Stations Near Me - Riverside, California

Every single time I come here I am greeted with the most friendly attitude and best customer service. I was worried I wouldn't make it home because I felt like one of my tires had low air and Donny helped me right away even though it was at the end of the day. I came here a few months after I moved to Riverside, and I was greeted with the same friendliness and excellent customer service. Whether it's for a pack of gum, to fill up, oil, change, or check the air in my tires I will continue to be a customer here. Thank you ! read more

the oil change shop may or may not be decent, but going into the convenience store to get gas or food etc. the customer service is always an unpleasant vibe. The smell inside this store always smells of rotting sewage. The older heavier man who wears the mask that works the register always has the most weirdest arrogant attitude. He reminds me of an entitled and unhappy person. read more

Broke my tire sensor and did not want to pay for the damage ,expected me to pay them for the oil change after they broke my sensor and gave me a flat tire ,told me to change it to the spare on my own very rude and racist, I asked for help to change my flat tire they caused and they refused ,I told them I was not paying for the oil change and he proceeded to say "WELCOME TO AMERICA" read more

STAY ABSOLUTELY CLEAR OF THIS PLACE! I had never been there before and will definitely not be going back! All I needed was a simple oil change. After it was complete ( if they even did it) , the service tech came out and told me I needed new windshield wipers. I told him that the ones that I have had recently been replaced and were working just fine. He told me they were "turning up on the ends". I knew that my four month old blades were working absolutely fine when I used them the day before. He then tried to sell me gas additive and license plate bulbs. I declined them not trusting him at all. As I drove away, I noticed that the rubber on my windshield wiper was now flopping around in the breeze. It had obviously been ripped !! The blades were fine before I went in and damaged after I left. Is business that slow that you have to rip people off??!!! I'm absolutely disgusted. read more

Unocal 76 Expresslube Baines - Damaged blade - Gas Stations Near Me - Riverside, California

I've been coming here for years for oil changes (and occasional other minor car needs I can't do myself). It was recommended by my grandmother who has been coming here for many more years, who came here because my grandfather came here too. My fiancé now comes here as well. The lead technician, Bama (sorry if I spelled this incorrectly!) knows me (and my family) by sight. I have never had a negative experience here, and have never had bad things go wrong with my car after going here. On the rare occasion, they'll forget to fill the windshield wiper fluid--but that's a courtesy, and honestly I can do it myself. Do they try to upsell me on things? Of course, but I just nod and smile and tell them no thanks--it's their job and they mean well. It's not uncommon--every oil change place does it. I can't believe some of the negative reviews on here stating sabotage after one visit. After all the years my family and I have gone here across generations, and never an issue, it's unlikely to be purposeful and more likely to be human error on one side or another. This group does an amazing job, a clean job, and they do it with a smile. The people at the register are always friendly and helpful, and deserve a shout out too. Keep up the good work! read more

They , couldn't even twist on a oil filter without it leaking. Argued with me rather than fix it . Bought a filter at auto z & replaced it myself. read more

This place is rock solid. I've heard a million horror stories about all the 'quick-EZ-jiffy' lube places and would NEVER take my care there. The other thing that I like about this particular shop, is that while standing in the waiting area I can actually watch them changing the oil and doing all work. I had a friend of mine that had his oil changed at one of the chain 'quick lube' places that had forgot to refill his engine with oil after the service. These guys are pro. I doubt anyone has ever had a problem like that here. This is the ONLY place I would have the oil changed in any of my vehicles read more

Literally my first yelp review ever aha. Look The search has stopped, you've found your mechanic!!! SERIOUSLY THEE BEST CAR SERVICE I've ever Experienced They go over and beyond for their customers ! Bamas energy towards me felt as if I was apart of the ExpressLube family Genuinely a Beautiful Exchange Marc, Bradley and Brian do a Fantastic Job. Had my Car running better than ever THANKKK YOU EXPRESS LUBE, I'll be Back read more

I absolutely love this place! If you are ever in need of getting your oil changed, make sure to come here first! The crew is always so welcoming and provide the best customer service. I have had better customer service here than I have at any other establishment, whether it be a restaurant, a store, etc! They treat you like family and if you come more than twice, they make it a point to remember you. Anyways, the overall vibe here is genuine and you could tell that they love what they do. I'm usually in and out of there in 15 minutes or so. They check everything on your car and even vacuum it out for you - which is awesome! You do get a free drink while waiting and they have a nice little patio area with chairs and tables to relax at too. I used to avoid car places like the plague but I actually look forward to getting my oil changed every time now. If any of the crew is reading this - Thankyou for all that you do & for your great attitudes! read more

Been coming here for years and it felt like a local, friendly place. They no longer give free drinks with the oil change, little thing, I know. The mechanics are great but friendliness inside is gone. The owner told me people will come anyway with or without the drink. I'm not so sure, there is plenty of competition. read more

Went here yesterday for an oil change & tranmission flush and left with a loud ass noise when I turned my A/C on (which worked perfectly fine before I went there) !! I spent over $120 just to leave with yet another issue that I'm going to have to pay to repair. Definitely will not be returning & will never recommend this place to anyone!!! read more

I will only get my oil changed by these guys. . Great service, great sense of humor and free coffee or soda while you wait. They impress me because they Some times recommend items your car needs that they don't offer. For example they suggested I get a new air filter once and they don't sell those. So there are looking out for you not just there profit. read more

At first I was skeptical because the price was higher than I wanted to pay but I have to say that the overall value is excellent. The guys were very friendly, they lubed every zerk fitting on my truck, and even degreased the side and bottom of my engine. And most importantly... ... ...All the free diet coke you can drink. Sold! read more

I usually go to another oil change business. But recently moved and found this place. Great service, suggested some service items. Place was very clean, staff very professional, interior of the car vacumed and all glass cleaned. Ill be back! read more

The first time I came in, it was just because I saw their sign and needed an oil change. But my experience was so great, that now, this is the only place I'll take my car. I have my hubby bring his car here as well. The service is always pretty quick. And you get a free beverage, so you can sip on coffee or soda while you wait, which is usually 15-30 minutes. I'm always greeted promptly and they work quickly. I've been really happy with the service and the quality of work. Occasionally, when my car needs an extra service or a new cabin filter, they offer it to me and the prices are fair, but there's no hard selling. If you say no, it's a no. I've been to OTHER places where you go in for a $30 oil change and you end up paying $150 due to added services, which is why I don't go there anymore. Here, when they do suggest things (usually once per year) I usually just have them replace it because I'm happy with the price, and usually my filter looked pretty gnarly anyway. :-) If you want a quick oil change at a good price, I'd check these guys out. They're great. read more

I took my car to get an oil change no oil leakage for 3 years they gave me this list of all this stuff that they said needed to be done like filters flushes etc why does my car have a leak and smoking took it back today they can't find where its leaking from they did put a quart in but really I will never go back there again trying to save a dollar not worth it read more

Probably the best service and quality you can get from a non make specialized shop or dealer. I will come here again for my oil changes when I don't have time to do them myself. You also get free drinks while you wait and they vacuum out your car. read more

First time here based on yelp reviews. Very satisfied. They were thourough and friendly. I appreciate the free drink while we waited as it was 91*. The price of the oil change plus the recommended wiper change was still better than the last place I went to and they were great too. I love that I found a place closer that exceeded my expectations. read more

I'm a huge fan of these guys. They pay attention to detail, suggest things that can help but never make you feel pressured or like they're just trying to make a buck. Free soda while you wait, though you won't wait very long. I seriously wish they did more than oil changes because I'd love to bring my car to them for everything. Friendly and reliable, as a single girl who is new to Riverside I can say I trust them 100%. read more

This used to be the best place in Riverside to get an oil change, but no longer. The last 3 times that I went in for an oil change on my Jeep, they replaced the same oil plug twice and it still leaks from the oil plug. They disconnected one of my turn signal bulbs and said they never touched it. I am extremely disappointed in them. read more

Part 2. I came back to try these guys out again cause they did so well last time. Still did a great job but this time they tried to upsell. Just beware of what they are selling you. I was sold a new air filter which was ok because I had needed on anyways and their filter was much cheaper than autozone. read more

Here is the update on my complaint. I just received this response from the manager of this location. This just goes to show what type of business this is and what kind of people they employ. Dear Ms. consumer We are very sorry to hear of what has happened to your vehicle, but we do take offence in regards to your statement "I have been taken advantage of". First and foremost, our employee at your request and as a courtesy, tried to help start up your car by jumping it when it would not start and was stuck. We did not solicit your business or ask for any payment or compensation. It was merely a courteous act to assist you. How would anyone consider that to be taken advantage of ? In regards to your vehicle, obviously there was something wrong that it had stopped working and would not start, prior to the employee trying to assist you. The employee is adamant that he connected the cables correctly. It seems that whatever was the problem before our employee tried to jump the vehicle, continued to disable your vehicle. Also, we would like to point out that as you mentioned, it was Sears who had over filled the oil in your vehicle when you had your oil changed, that does not show competency and their opinion cannot be relied on. Again, we are very sorry about what has happened to your vehicle, but we do not believe that any of the problems of your vehicle was caused by our employee's simple courtesy act. Thank you for your understanding, Jesus Ceja- Manager MY RESPONSE TO HIM: Jesus Ceja Thanks for getting back to me. I appreciate you taking time out to read my complaint concern. I understand how important it is to protect your employees. And I also understand the lengths one employee would go to protect their job. However two people witnessed him sparking my battery when he connected the cables improperly. It was not just me that saw sparks come off the battery. My husband was there also. I am not telling a lie. I'm offended my how I'm being blown off here as a liar. Yes the whole oil thing was Sears problem. And yes I did need a new battery. BUT how in the world did the main fuse of my car blow out? It was because someone jumped my car incorrectly. I have documentation to prove that was the cause. So do you still want to call me a liar? The reason I feel taken advantage of is the fact that your company in denying any and all wrong doing here. You have denied the fact that Brandon jumped my car improperly causing sparks to fly off the battery. Which blown the main fuse of my car! But its okay for you to react this way. I understand. Word of mouth is the largest form of advertisement. I'm a business law major and know how to deal with businesses such as yours. I think this is sick! Oh and not to forget to mention, your employee Mike was bad mouthing a friend of ours that works in the area. He was coming to pick me up and give me a ride to my sons daycare and Mike was saying some offensives things about him to my husband. I cannot understand why you would want people like this working for you. Regards read more
