Yes it was cheaper, however they would fill it before because insurance wouldn't cover it. Now insurance covered it but its 2 hours after it was supposed to be done. This is only one example of the problems that my wife and I have had. Yes it is understaffed but they can't even figure what is covered or even how to lie their way out of it.
