Not a bad location. It looks and feels cleaner than your average 7-Eleven. Parking can be a bit annoying depending on the time of day, since the plaza is often packed with university students. There are the three spots right in front, but you need to do a really tight turn, and the defunct parking ticket machine is in the way. Service is a little...interesting. This location is right in the corner of University Village. There are 3 spaces of 20 minute parking and it's a tight fit. Your best bet of getting parking is the free 2 hour parking as long as you make a $2 purchase at any store and get your ticket validated. Other than the nightmare parking situation, this location is really nice! There are always great in store deals and also deals on the 7/11 app! I usually purchase energy drinks here and there should be a 2 for $5 deal on at least one brand. Look out for deals on other drinks and snacks as well! The workers are polite and they keep the line moving smoothly. I haven't had a bad experience here yet and I will continue to come for the great deals! read more

I was looking for a 24hr liquor store; however, I found that they do not serve the following. -Beer -Wine & Spirits Yet, their description still assumes those words! Please, correct! This 7-Eleven is average quality. There's nothing that sets this 7-Eleven apart from other places. They don't have alcohol. There's nothing special about this place and their selection isn't really that great either. I would never want to go to this 7-Eleven because there are other convenience stores nearby that are better. I've been serviced by better employees at other 7-Elevens. They don't really care about their business because people will come in whether they are liked or not. Being a college student, I think this place is definitely a necessity-- especially during finals week. Okay so at first when I saw that a 7-Eleven was opening up here across from my apartment complex... I admit that I was hoping it wouldn't make the area even more ghetto. But turns out it is extremely convenient having a 7-Eleven here, especially since I'm used to seeing one on practically every block back home. Makes it easy to stop in for a bottled drink or cigarettes. Or nachos! Nicely located in the University Village, this place is great for when you need a quick snack or some supplies. Of course I come here for a slurpie now and then. Been open for several months now, and although told by a clerk that beer would come after a four month waiting period, beer has yet to materialize on their shelves. Lots of flavors of Arizona, which is nice. Fountain drinks are on the watery side, typical of 7-11s, though there is always stray red stuff spilled over the side, speckling the outside cups of the case. Waiting for beer here is like waiting for Godot. I'm getting impatient for the High Lifes to filter in. read more
