I was a patron here frequently for many years, up until May 9th. I will never return here again do to the abusive manner in which the man at the counter treated me. My online order was processed and sent over at 1:51pm, however the store did not recieve it. No biggie, glitches happen. The customer service issue occurred with the person who called himself "Alex the Owner" scoffed and rolled his eyes at me and told me I probably sent my order to the wrong location when I walked in at 2:15pm to pick up my online order. After I showed him proof of purchase to "his" store, his reaction was to make me my order wrong. And when I mentioned he made it wrong he responded yelling "I made it for free you're complaining now what do you want a gift card too?"! LOL. As if his establishment did not receive the funds I had paid online?! I responded with "No fix your computer/pos system if you're the owner" and he was yelling "It's cheap China S!@#". I'll start with the good. The store is very clean and every time I've been there the service has been great. In fact, I think it's been a different high school student (or at least young person) every time, but service has always been good in my experience despite what other reviewers say. There's a little seating so that may have changed since some of the earlier reviewers. The downside is I just don't see what the big deal is about the place or franchise in general. Their smoothies and bowls are a bit pricey without a promotion (which is really the only reason I come here) although the app (via LevelUp) is pretty nice. They also have pure juices, but they seem too healthy for me to want to even try. Smoothies are tasty but nothing special, perhaps a bit too sweet since everything has sherbet or sweetened yogurt in it (yogurt ones have less sugar but lactose intolerant so...). The bowls are kind of small but at least they have pretty decent toppings (cocao nibs are a must). Jujubar across the street has a bigger menu and better prices...if only the gym weren't in this plaza! read more

The quality of this store has seemingly gone down since I last came here. I got a "smoothie" yesterday but it ended up being annoyingly gritty and I could barely drink it from the straw. I stopped drinking it and went back home and had to pull out my own blender just to make it better. I wouldn't be as miffed about this if I saw how busy the worker was but I was literally the only one in the store. She couldn't spend an extra minute or two blending it smoothly? I mean, if it comes out the blender hella chunky, don't you think it's gonna be hella chunky to drink? If I wanted to pull out my own blender and use it, I would've done that, but instead I spent $6-7 getting a bad smoothie--if I'm spending that much then I'd like it to be drinkable.
