Stopped by here to order my usual bagel #11 no egg no mustard... got to my office and my bagel was darker than usual and rather tough. Return to the restaurant and noticed all of the jalapeño cheddar bagels were the same super darker than usual and darker than every bagel in the display case. Ok I was super hungry the day I went here and it was my first time. I promise to get better photos next time because I do want to go back here. The people here don't know how to run an establishment, besides the food being super over-priced. I accidentally dropped my drink, and while i offered to pick it up, the lady told me she would. As I was cleaning myself off, she kept pressuring me to leave it alone. I was not touching it but she continued to overwhelm me by not allowing me to clean myself off. and then asked me if i wanted to purchase another one. While I acknowledge this was my fault, it was an accident and I feel most establishments while honor this and replace it since i did not get to enjoy any of it. I did let her know that most restaurants would help out in this situation but in her words responded "well it's your fault". I left that place feeling embarrassed and completely overwhelmed by the situation. I think they need to learn how to better handle situations like these. I will not be returning. read more

My little family and myself wanted to try something new over the weekend. We've passed this place a million times and finally stopped for lunch. My husband got the chicken salad on a bagel and I got the roast beef on the jalapeño bagel. Also got my son a chocolate chip muffin. I noticed that the price of their lox bagel and cream cheese was 8.79 and I know that Einstein bagel is 6.99. But the volume of business is the answer to that. First and probably last time coming here. Ordered the number two and added bacon and turkey to it. Was only served with bacon, they completely forgot I ordered turkey. When i went up to the lady to confirm that there were no slices of turkey, she told me the number two didnt come with it (obviously because its their vegetarian option). I ordered the asian coffee with boba, easy ice. Usually asian coffee has a very strong coffee flavor but i only tasted cream, hardly any coffee or condensed milk. Their boba was overcooked to the point where they werent boba balls but one huge glob of tasteless, soggy flour. She also made it with EXTRA ice. I was going to ask for a refund for the turkey but decided it could just be "tip" but she asked me if i wanted it on the side (why pay about $2-3 to have it on the side?). However, when i sat back down, i think she looked at my ticket and saw that i did order it because in whatever language they were speaking...it sounded like an, "ahhhh moment" she had. They have interesting bagel options, one being strawberry banana.
