Stopped by here to order my usual bagel #11 no egg no mustard... got to my office and my bagel was darker than usual and rather tough. Return to the restaurant and noticed all of the jalapeño cheddar bagels were the same super darker than usual and darker than every bagel in the display case. Ok I was super hungry the day I went here and it was my first time. I promise to get better photos next time because I do want to go back here. I came in and asked the cashier what was most popular and he suggested the # 3 and 9. I was fresh off a stomach bug so I went with the #9, no tomatoes on a cheese bagel. It was delicious. The people here don't know how to run an establishment, besides the food being super over-priced. I accidentally dropped my drink, and while i offered to pick it up, the lady told me she would. As I was cleaning myself off, she kept pressuring me to leave it alone. I was not touching it but she continued to overwhelm me by not allowing me to clean myself off. and then asked me if i wanted to purchase another one. While I acknowledge this was my fault, it was an accident and I feel most establishments while honor this and replace it since i did not get to enjoy any of it. I did let her know that most restaurants would help out in this situation but in her words responded "well it's your fault". I left that place feeling embarrassed and completely overwhelmed by the situation. I think they need to learn how to better handle situations like these. I will not be returning. read more
