My car was still moving so I had to hit my brakes so my car wouldn't hit the black car in front of me. How is it my fault that the car got stuck. And OF COURSE WHEN I CALLED THE NUMBER LISTED ON THE WEBSITE, they have the runaround message that all of the agents are busy helping other customers. I'm not really a fan of these types of car washes because they never fully clean your car and they can leave swirl marks in your paint. I was told this one is different but unfortunately that's not the case. With how many locations they have, you would think they'd figure out how to get the little yellow drops of bird poop off your car and not mess up your paint. Great spot for a car wash. Entry drive way is off of Madison not the entry by farmer boys. Pull up to the window and drive thru. Make sure to put your car in neutral as you exit the vacuums are to the right hand side. Self serve stations with microfiber towels available on the carts, trash cans and hoses on both sides of the parking space. Easy to get those trunk and backseat areas. I chose a wash that does not include tire shine because I know that my car will splatter the tire shine all along the side of my car. The tire shine at Go Car Wash will not wipe-up easily, and will not wash off my pants if I accidentally rub against my tire. This happened at Go Car Wash repeatedly eventhough I made a lot of effort to avoid tire shine. When I finally complained, with the thought of what they can do to fix the problem, they rejected my efforts, and with 3 ridiculous statements. 1. There was no evidence of that residue (eventhough it was exteme as I showed it to the manager) 2. There was no tire shine because I did not pay for it (I showed the manager my black greasy finger after a slight touch) 3. It's too late because I left the property and then came back (That is how I show them the splattery mess. I will now cancel my expensive package on my other car, and take all business somewhere else. read more

Used to like this wash but had to cancel my membership after an experience I had the other day. A tall employee told me he couldn't accept my truck because there were items in the truck bed, even though I've gone through multiple times like that at this and other locations in Rialto and San Bernardino with no issue. I don't know if he's new or just doesn't know how to do his job. He told me I could either empty it or he could open the gate so I could leave because he wasn't allowed to send it through. Came for the first time paid 16 dollars for the second wash and the car came out completely soaked. Windshield and hood covered in water. Went back in line and told the guy it's not working my cars soaked he said it's 21 dollars to get a super dry. In other words they don't bother drying your car unless you buy the highest wash. At this car wash on Madison there is a girl with blonde short hair, she is very rude since day one that she started working here because I have been coming here for two years. When I went into the car wash, she shook her head the entire time I was trying to put my tires on the rails to line it up. I looked at her and she shook her head no as if I did something wrong. This was the 2nd time going to this wash. The first time was good but this time the tires were skipped. I had to manually wipe dirt off the rims and I went home and put my own tire spray. I think someone has to make sure there is ongoing maintenance so we get what is advertised. I will update as I go during the promotional period I subscribed to. read more

I don't know what goes on here, but today I took my car down here and the water in the car wash left it dirtier than before I went through. No towels to dry car, the water just smeared when I got home. Had to wash it in the driveway. If your car wash doesn't work don't open it. One of the vacuum hoses was torn off so none of them worked. Ive been a loyal customer for i want to say since 2020. Never had anything bad to say, always recommended them. Well today i met their new manager. This little boys issues must stem from his height or lack of. Extremely rude and wanted make sure i new he was the manager. Hello ive been going there for five yrs. I know the person dressed in the off color is the manager anyways this kid even told me to go get a tissue after i left this review. Its sad because this was a great place i just hope the company rectifies the problem and replaces this jerk. I myself have 5 cars i pay for that ho there that will stop. Plus im from the community in which this shop is located i will spread the news. You know i even have relatives working there along with a daughter of a long time friend, i would never say something that was untrue and jeopardize there employment, but this manager will ruin the company or at least the shop if something isnt said and done. Upper management please do something to show my patronage will not be wasted or unnoticed. Very least a written letter of apology and reprimand for his rudeness would be appreciated. If not well, that will be too bad. I will repost and let the community know the outcome. My apologies i forgot to mention what caused all this. I wanted to pay for my membership. Please don't bring your vehicle to this car wash. On March 19, 2025, I entered as usual- and my car was pushed into another vehicle during our car wash. The machines kept pushing both cars into each other. If it wasn't for me honking continuously to notify the employees they wouldn't have stopped the machines. This establishment has yet to call me about any update upon the incident report. They say they have cameras but no one was actually supervising them when my incident happened. The person whom my car was forced to hit said that this is the second time this has happened to him and the establishment has yet to notify him about his damages. Young kid claiming to be a Manager was laughable last night. Cried because I asked him to put one piece of tape on my back windshield wiper? Turned off the car wash & told me to exit as I was already prepped at entrance-told me to navigate & drive through the tunnel without being on, because he was "going to BAN me"? What a joke. We came here after grabbing burgers from Johnnys, literally across the street. There was no line, and they had a human helping you make a selection and taking payment. You can pay cash-which I fine extremely convenient. At the time I came they had a $5 deal for their top tier wash. The machines are great and are either new or very well maintained. My car was extremely dirty and it removed all of the dirt except a few spots of really hard bird droppings. They have great vacuums and towels for customers to use. Despite being a long time customer, the ongoing safety risks involved from people failing to zipper merge or any attempt to any more mitigate potential incidents, customer satisfaction issues, etc. I had nearly experienced an accident situation where someone was blatantly blocking the exit path, putting three vehicles in a path for collision and the staff while friendly got berated by the elderly 'gentleman' in the wrong. This situation and a few other anecdotal cases are prone to put the staff and other patrons in harms way. I know that space is a premium, but it doesn't seem right to continually gamble on people's safety. I am otherwise a big fan of the very friendly service I get here and wish merely for an opportunity to change the peak time hazards presented. Thank you! read more

I'm confused, because Yelp is saying this location is closed, but I was there today and the joint was jumpin'! Also the other review on this page is not about this car wash! Anyway, I've been to many car washes in this area, and I'm usually left with spots and a wet car. At this place, I paid $19.00, and they gave me a cloth for my dash, an air freshener, and a large cloth to dry off water beads. I went through the wash (which has trippy lights like in "Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory"), and then went to the free vacuum area. Except for a few little bits of water, the car was completely dry and spotless. And the vacuums are phenomenal! So, well done, but I do hope they get the confusion on Yelp sorted out. read more

I had high hopes because the reviews were good. The service was friendly and helpful. I enjoyed watching the wash from inside. BUT, my car was NOT CLEAN! It had been very dusty from recent rains and needed to be completely washed again. I started to used the towels they provided, but knew it would need some cleaning spray. I wished I had gone to the next door gas station and just paid $6 for an external wash. This isn't the place to go if your car is pretty dirty. I was JUST in here at 307pm on 10/5/24 and upon exiting the car wash my passenger side mirror was pushed in so my mom got out of my car to push it back out and when she went to get back into my car my door handle came off. I have NEVER had a problem with my car or the handles before today. This is a major problem now because I don't have the money to fix it. I brought it to the employees attention and he kind of brushed me off and said he "doesn't think it's our fault because everything in the car wash goes over the car not against it to break anything" which isn't how you handle this. You should've apologized and gotten a manager. But no. I told him I'd be waiting for him by my car and he never came to talk to me. I will NEVER come back here. read more

They told me I would hear from them after the review the incident in a couple of days. It's been a month and have not heard from them. This is my regular car wash place. I've been going there for more than a year since the pandemic hit I don't want anybody in my car and this was the best way to get my car clean. Whatever the foams are that they use it keeps the dust off the car for more than a week and it's really great. The staff is friendly and nice.
