Pulled up this morning and surprise surprise, it closed Again! This place has a hard time staying open Steadily! That being said I cancelled my membership! Driving over there just to waste gas!

Something has changed within the past three months. I don't know if it's the product, the ownership, or the settings for this location. But I can tell you without a doubt that now I'm finding myself having to get out and dry off my car 100%. Four or five months ago, I would've never had to get out because the dryers literally worked well and the product did its job. Recently I even had to drive through the car wash twice because the wash was terrible. Unfortunately I'm a member so it didn't cost me any more money. I have three other friends come to this place and I asked them about the same issues I'm having. Each of them actually said "oh yeah I'm having to do a lot more when I go there now somethings different" I don't know what's happening but this car wash is not the same at all and you will have to work twice as hard to get a car wash at this location. If it's under new ownership, I will tell you, you're making a big mistake. If it continues, you're going to lose a good customer. I can tell you there are three other people who are also talking about canceling their membership, what a shame.

took my truck to wash and it got scratched. they been giving me the run around since November. now mid December they finally tell me they won't repair the scratch because I noticed it when I got home and not at the carwash. it's a brand new truck first time I ever washed it. like wtf. horrible business practices. don't come here !!!

I purchased two Ultra Detail packages. . One for my wifes car and one for mine. Scheduled to have the cars done on back-to-back days. The detailing was done by the same young woman on both days, I won't list her name because that violates Yelp's terms of service. But I will say that she knocked both the interior and exterior detail right out of the park. My almost 10 year old car looks like new, and my wife's much newer car looked show room fresh. I will be a repeat customer, especially at such a great price!! read more

Apparently this place shutdown without giving any notice to its customers.. very unprofessional. I ended up going through my bank to place a block on them from charging my card. I suggest other members do the same. Ended up signing up with Superstar car wash on Hole and California-- staff was attentive and friendly, the wash was really good, my car was pretty clean! They have good sized towels (bigger than Ultras) and they have them fully stocked so you don't have to worry whether there's going to be any towels or not. Only downside is the parking spots for vacuums is narrow and it's hard to have your doors fully opened during cleaning if there another car next to you with their doors open, but it's not terrible. I had to cancel my card and get a new one so I don't get charged from this business anymore. They charged me for March and I was never able to use it in March because they closed within days of charging me. Unfortunately, the card I use does not have the option to stop payment or give credit back so I had to literally cancel the card I had and now I'm waiting for my new card. read more

this place hasn't been open for 4-5 days it's 3/17/26 and i want to cancel my membership and when i call the phone number its a recording that says the number doesn't have voicemail setup and that's it, and they changed the hours and close at 7pm now, i dont want to be charged for membership and want to cancel. im gonna try to call my bank and block them read more

24$ for a single, top tier wash...not the worst price I've ever seen. Paying for the convenience right? Drove in dirty and drove out dirty, car still covered with water, vacuums seem to have okay suction but overall, I would recommend going somewhere else. It feels wrong leaving a car wash still needing my car washed. read more

Something has changed within the past three months. I don't know if it's the product, the ownership, or the settings for this location. Don't go here management is rude! Went to that one because it has big signs now that say "Free towels" I paid with the assistance of a Team Member. Went through the wash and headed to vacuum and use the towels to find they had no towels the washer hard broke. I understand things happen but why wouldn't the Team Member tell me? I then text the number posted to give feedback and met by a rude response that they don't care and that they are bankrupt any way. Sounds like no one cares any more. What a waste of money should have gone to the one that actually provides what they post. read more

This used to be my favorite spot to wash my cars, sadly it's over all service has gone down. Starting with the actual wash sometimes it misses cycles at the end like the last rinse/wash leaving the back of your car not clean like it was supposed too even if you lay the EXPENSIVE WASH. This happens more during busy hours. The vacuuming section has poor maintenance leaving them with none to little suction which makes it hard to clean your car. I'm sure that most of the 5 stars they get is due to the fact that they give you a free small Kit upon completing the review. You have to actually show them you have them a good review before getting the free kit. read more

Why do you bring your car to a car wash? Because it's dirty! My car went through the car wash and is was still very dirty. The manager refused to rewash to make it right. I texted the customer support number and they said "Just Show Text" and they would rewash car. The Mgr. once again refused to re-wash car AND LIED to customer support saying that I was abusing the system. Also customer support told me the best way to get a clean car was to PRE-WASH the car before bringing it to the car wash. There are a lot of car washes around me. You would think ULTRA would try to keep their customers returning and happy with the service. Choose another car wash and avoid ULTRA like the plague. read more

Prices keep going up while their customer service is sub par. I have had a membership since it opened, hoping they'd work out the kinks. Ive actually left after passing through the gate twice as no one came out to begin the wash. On two other occasions there have been some issues with the card on file and service. When i call, Im always told that there is no manager available and that ill need to come in. When trying to cancel my membership over the phone this week due to yet another increase in price....i was told the same thing, even though I've told them its difficult due to my disabilities. Needless to say....i cancelled service through my credit card company. I will not spend my money where there is poor customer service. read more

It's a new car wash, well maintained and staff on stand by. Big for lots of cars, just avoid the weekends because it gets packed. I usually go during the weekdays. There's a vending machine for drinks and another one for towels and car scents. read more

The owner Mark is great! I had an issue and he was very helpful in communicating with me. He set me up for a detail. The staff is great and the car came out very nice. They do a great job deatailing here! He even threw in a goodie bag with some supplies ( air freshener, armor all, microfiber towels and protectant ) I would recommend going with a full detail. I will be coming back once a month from now on rather than weekly for a quick wash. Thank you Mark and Staff for your attention to detail and great customer service! read more

I used to LOVE this car wash but honestly with all the competition around them in the area I see why they're having a a hard time staying open, I paid $22 for a car wash and the car didn't dry at all when going through the fans, the car wash inside itself smelled like rotten eggs the smell went inside to my car, half the vacuum stations are missing their vacuums and there's no attendant to assist you anymore it's literally such terrible quality I see it shutting down soon read more

Only reason this place deserves 1 star is because they let me go through the car wash an addition 2 times when my car wasn't washed properly the first time, and after going through the car wash a total of 3 TIMES I went inside to tell them and they just agreeed to tell the manager didn't offer refund or anything further so I said forget it and walked out 42 minutes at a drive through car wash was enough for me Edit to add my car was dirty from the Rain and dirt we just had but definitely not that dirty to not be able to remove after 3 washes !! First time here and I Don't recommend read more

However, the customer service alone would make me choose never to have this type of membership. I was asked if I wanted the front roller to come down. I was very confused by this question because the representative then told me that it is not their liability if something were to happen. He was whispering and I couldn't really make out what he was saying to begin with. So I said excuse me I'm sorry what was that? And then he repeated the same exact thing "do you want the front roller to come down" and I was wondering, what does that even mean so I asked him I'm really not sure what that means so is there a reason that you give this type of disclosure then he said yes because if the front roller comes down and since you have a rack, there is a possibility that our equipment can ruin your car and we have to ask you so that we're not liable for it. And I said oh no, of course I would not want the front roller to come down if there's any chance that it could mess up my car. Needless to say, the car did look fairly cleaner however I do not believe that it was worth the value for 1299 for what I had to deal with in the moment! No thank you!

Appears to say $2 TUESDAYS but it really says $2 OFF ON TUESDAYS. So the usually $6 Basic wash is $4 on Tuesdays and sometimes the self service screen won't honor discount so you have to go inside the little Mart on the right in that case. Second issue is that 9 times out of ten, the dryer will not dry anywhere near the full drying time, even if the countdown screen appears to be working. This means you may get a decent run on dry time but you also may not even get 30 secs before it shuts off. Be prepared with some microfiber towels on-hand if you know you're going to the wash. Otherwise you may be out of luck on a spontaneous trip and have to drip dry on the road.

Arturo and his wife came out spent around 5-6 hours on my 2016 Toyota 4Runner that has never been washed outside myself or a drive thru in the 7 years we've owned it. They did a fantastic job , the inside looks new , outside paint is like looking at ice , it's so clean I see off color touch up paint spots from the dealer I had forgotten about or never noticed. Roof of the car has black dots I couldn't remove for the life of me , now it's pure white and they added a coating. Every thing was smooth from first communication to finish. Price seemed fair from what I hear others pay and the fact the inside deals with a toddler daily and hadn't been cleaned like that in 7 years. Highly recommend this business!

if i can give this place a 0 star review i would. i wanted to like it so bad but it doesn't do the job right. soap still on my car. car still dirty after running it through the wash twice even three times. came out with a big scratch on the top of my car and when i went to go report the scratch they didn't even bother to take a look at it or nothing assuming that it was already there. every time i go there's always 2 employees working and sometimes there's just 1. i've to be honking for someone to come help out. they used to have a members only lane and one day they took that out only leaving 1 lane open with no employees to help out customers. employees always look mad and have the worse customer service. let's not talk about the vacuums because even tho they are free to the public they never work!!!! they have plenty of rows for vacuums but only decide to put two rows up and they never work!!! when asking staff about the wash they just say they are understaffed and budget cuts. that is saying a lot because this place used to be my favorite car wash and i had to cancel my membership because of wash not cleaning my car good, poor customer service, budget cuts, poor vacuums, etc. this place just keeps getting worse by the minute!! i will start taking my business to another car wash since there is 2 different ones on the same street. i don't recommend to anyone!!!! read more

This place has become very disappointing since they've opened. As Full-price member and a business manager, I would expect to be treated as a member. The four visits I have taken my company vehicles to be washed and all 4 times the tire shine application doesn't work. Time is money for me and each time I have to ask the attendant on duty to Armor All my tires (which we pay for) is just more time wasted. Long story short, last visit I had to yet again ask for the girl on duty to do my tires. She was completely annoyed when I asked the name of the manager and stated, "I cannot give his name". This is absolutely absurd and quite frankly stupid. If this girl, with her attitude and poor people skills worked for me, she'd be unemployed with her nasty attitude. So, as soon as Quack Car Wash opens across the street, I'll take my business there. read more

Naaaa, All of the pretty girls are gone. Now pretty guys with earrings and necklaces. Guys sit on their asses and not knowing what to do you're the truck in front of me I didn't check the back and a bunch of debris flying all over the place and lowers all over my car. They do not have any experience. I went by there during the week and they were already home down at 7 pm and they were closing. Ring back and cheerleaders.... Under new ownership. We'll have to se what's happens. read more

I would give it 0 stars if I could. This business is ran basically by kids. You can never get a hold of higher management they run away from the true issues do not know how this place is up & running. My car has gotten serious damage here.I have seen on Facebook several videos people posting warning about this place didn't believe it till it happened to me. If you want to come here I would NOT RECOMMEND IT. They do not take ownership when they mess up your car. HORRIBLE !!! read more

Yelp is a criminal organization. They have suppresed the good reviews on here of this wash and then called us up to extort money to "make the bad reviews go away" if you are seeking TRUTH about this wash I recommend you see google reviews. are we perfect ? No. But the reviews on google are all there and let me tell you the majority are 4/5 star reviews . Criminal organizations like yelp will have there day in court. read more

I had time to vacuum before washing because there was just one car in front of me. I adore that they accept credit cards, and all the machines functioned well. The only thing I would change is that my car's bottom sides had stains. But that's probably because it needed a second soap brush and was quite unclean. great location Driving to get to this location is worthwhile. read more

The wash was mediocre at best. Bought their $18 wash just to have a car barely cleaned. Simple dirt was not removed. Employees looked very unmotivated and were busy looking at their phones and having headphones in. Lots of OSHA violations. Do not trust other reviews here, they bribe you to leave a 5-star review with a "free" detail kit. Heading home to rewash my car now. read more

So I will post a picture of the monthly recurring charge to prove I indeed was a customer of your poorly ran business. Instead of taking accountability you try to deny I was ever a customer. have a monthly membership here at Ultra Express Car Wash and their service is amazing. It's a newer facility and they have plenty of people keeping up on the cleanliness and supplies. My I take my car and van here and the vacuums work great. A quick and easy way to have a great, clean looking vehicle and with a membership you can come as often as you like! read more

This is my first time using Ultra Express Car Wash and I'm delighted to say I love this place! It's easy to get in and out with a clean car in under 10 minutes and the customer service is amazing! Great car wash great service we love their monthly Membership we don't even need to type in anything it recognizes our car license plate and we can come in and do as many washes as we need to. I've been bringing my van here for the past 3 months and have been having nothing but a great experience. I pay the 29.99 membership and it's amazing. I get to come any day, as many days in a row (if I wanted). The wash gets my vehicle clean every time. Don't see myself going anywhere else. Good price & bigger than other car washes. There's several parking spaces to vacuum your car here (included with car wash), plenty of space unlike other car washes. The workers are friendly here as well, and I have had a good experience here every time. My family and I have been bringing our cars here & I recommend. read more

Since this car wash opened, this has been my go to place. The service is always friendly and kind, they are always willing to help you, especially since I drive a big car they always guide me into the rails. I would recommend this to anybody for a really good clean for their car or SUV whatever they may be driving. read more

My car was so dirty so I decided to try this place out. My daughter that was with me really loves drive-through car washes. She thought that this was the coolest one she had been to with all the colors and I was happy with the wash. I also love the fact that they have trash cans and free vacuum service. read more

I've been using this car wash for a few years now and I always am in and out in just a few minutes, even with vacuuming the inside myself. I bought the monthly package so I dont have to pay each time I visit. the vacuums always work with great suction and never any issues here. great carwash! read more

Best place in riverside to do a quick wash and clean the inside of your car with the free vacuuming hoses they have on the side of the car wash terminal! I come at least twice a month to do single washes but they also offer memberships as well. I definitely recommend this spot! read more

Very friendly quick and effecient! Granted I went in the middle of a weekday, the service was friendly and willing to help! Vaccums work great, vending machines work and well stocked and most of all the bathroom and areas are CLEAN! THANK YOU! I reccomend this place for sure! read more
