Eddy was very helpful. Perfect location. Vacuums weren't broken and the carwash was amazing!!!!

I have been to this location again today after my Wife notified me that they are still pulling money out of my account. They were out of busines for about two months and continued to charge. My son is having the same experiance. I think he finally had to cancel his card. I beleive today was the 5 time attempting to cancel. I know I am not the only one dealing with them on this matter.I am with Star car was and it is cheaper and better. read more

Apparently this place shutdown without giving any notice to its customers.. very unprofessional. I ended up going through my bank to place a block on them from charging my card. I suggest other members do the same. Ended up signing up with Superstar car wash on Hole and California-- staff was attentive and friendly, the wash was really good, my car was pretty clean! They have good sized towels (bigger than Ultras) and they have them fully stocked so you don't have to worry whether there's going to be any towels or not. Only downside is the parking spots for vacuums is narrow and it's hard to have your doors fully opened during cleaning if there another car next to you with their doors open, but it's not terrible. Hope this review helps ~ read more

This location is still listed on Apple maps as "Elite Express Car Wash". As a business owner, take it upon yourself to report that problem to Apple Maps and get the website changed. I came here with a coupon code for a free wash just to be meant with "we can't honor that it's from the previous owners". That is solely the reason I went out of my way to this wash. Instead I was not offered a discount or anything for the inconvenience. I purchased my wash, it was good. The place is clean, they offer towels for use at the vacuums. The vacuum space I used did not have a mat hanger present for me to use like the other slots. My vacuum came apart and sucked my hair up... this wash has potential. I just didn't have an amazing time. read more

This place seems to be closed for business. I attempted to cancel my membership, all phone calls unanswered then I received a response to an email I sent that stated they could not help me cancel and I need to go through my bank. read more

WOW! What a bunch of crooks!!! I've been a member since it open the doors. I went today and it's closed. I called to find out what's going on and the phone lines are dead. They charged me this week for the membership. read more

24$ for a single, top tier wash...not the worst price I've ever seen. Paying for the convenience right? Drove in dirty and drove out dirty, car still covered with water, vacuums seem to have okay suction but overall, I would recommend going somewhere else. It feels wrong leaving a car wash still needing my car washed. read more

they can cancel their phone number but not cancel automatic payments for memberships? if you had a membership make sure you call your bank they are still charging cards every month read more

I had to cancel my card and get a new one so I don't get charged from this business anymore. They charged me for March and I was never able to use it in March because they closed within days of charging me. Unfortunately, the card I use does not have the option to stop payment or give credit back so I had to literally cancel the card I had and now I'm waiting for my new card. read more

this place hasn't been open for 4-5 days it's 3/17/26 and i want to cancel my membership and when i call the phone number its a recording that says the number doesn't have voicemail setup and that's it, and they changed the hours and close at 7pm now, i dont want to be charged for membership and want to cancel. im gonna try to call my bank and block them read more

Something has changed within the past three months. I don't know if it's the product, the ownership, or the settings for this location. But I can tell you without a doubt that now I'm finding myself having to get out and dry off my car 100%. Four or five months ago, I would've never had to get out because the dryers literally worked well and the product did its job. Recently I even had to drive through the car wash twice because the wash was terrible. Unfortunately I'm a member so it didn't cost me any more money. I have three other friends come to this place and I asked them about the same issues I'm having. Each of them actually said "oh yeah I'm having to do a lot more when I go there now somethings different" I don't know what's happening but this car wash is not the same at all and you will have to work twice as hard to get a car wash at this location. If it's under new ownership, I will tell you, you're making a big mistake. If it continues, you're going to lose a good customer. I can tell you there are three other people who are also talking about canceling their membership, what a shame. read more

This used to be my favorite spot to wash my cars, sadly it's over all service has gone down. Starting with the actual wash sometimes it misses cycles at the end like the last rinse/wash leaving the back of your car not clean like it was supposed too even if you lay the EXPENSIVE WASH. This happens more during busy hours. The vacuuming section has poor maintenance leaving them with none to little suction which makes it hard to clean your car. I'm sure that most of the 5 stars they get is due to the fact that they give you a free small Kit upon completing the review. You have to actually show them you have them a good review before getting the free kit. read more

I purchased two Ultra Detail packages. . One for my wifes car and one for mine. Scheduled to have the cars done on back-to-back days. The detailing was done by the same young woman on both days, I won't list her name because that violates Yelp's terms of service. But I will say that she knocked both the interior and exterior detail right out of the park. My almost 10 year old car looks like new, and my wife's much newer car looked show room fresh. I will be a repeat customer, especially at such a great price!! read more

Don't go here management is rude! Went to that one because it has big signs now that say "Free towels" I paid with the assistance of a Team Member. Went through the wash and headed to vacuum and use the towels to find they had no towels the washer hard broke. I understand things happen but why wouldn't the Team Member tell me? I then text the number posted to give feedback and met by a rude response that they don't care and that they are bankrupt any way. Sounds like no one cares any more. What a waste of money should have gone to the one that actually provides what they post. read more

It's a new car wash, well maintained and staff on stand by. Big for lots of cars, just avoid the weekends because it gets packed. I usually go during the weekdays. There's a vending machine for drinks and another one for towels and car scents. read more

Why do you bring your car to a car wash? Because it's dirty! My car went through the car wash and is was still very dirty. The manager refused to rewash to make it right. I texted the customer support number and they said "Just Show Text" and they would rewash car. The Mgr. once again refused to re-wash car AND LIED to customer support saying that I was abusing the system. Also customer support told me the best way to get a clean car was to PRE-WASH the car before bringing it to the car wash. There are a lot of car washes around me. You would think ULTRA would try to keep their customers returning and happy with the service. Choose another car wash and avoid ULTRA like the plague. read more

The owner Mark is great! I had an issue and he was very helpful in communicating with me. He set me up for a detail. The staff is great and the car came out very nice. They do a great job deatailing here! He even threw in a goodie bag with some supplies ( air freshener, armor all, microfiber towels and protectant ) I would recommend going with a full detail. I will be coming back once a month from now on rather than weekly for a quick wash. Thank you Mark and Staff for your attention to detail and great customer service! read more

Quick and easy clean... love the attendees at the start. I'm short so I don't have to open my door.

Only reason this place deserves 1 star is because they let me go through the car wash an addition 2 times when my car wasn't washed properly the first time, and after going through the car wash a total of 3 TIMES I went inside to tell them and they just agreeed to tell the manager didn't offer refund or anything further so I said forget it and walked out 42 minutes at a drive through car wash was enough for me Edit to add my car was dirty from the Rain and dirt we just had but definitely not that dirty to not be able to remove after 3 washes !!
