Very happy with the service and convenience. Its location is by my work so I can use it regularly.

Do NOT use this location! Their shit equipment broken my windshield and when an incident was reported with their staff no One knew what to do, their lazy manager refused to Come out and address the incident. Their customer service team got back to me stating " due to my car being more than 5 years old, and normal wear and tear. They were sorry but were denying my claim!" Excuse me? Wear and tear on a windshield gtfho!!! So be warned! read more

This experience here was one of the most bizarre first and last time I will ever go to a quick quack car wash. The value itself was not worth 1299 for just using the one time wash, so I understand why they have membership programs. However, the customer service alone would make me choose never to have this type of membership. I was asked if I wanted the front roller to come down. I was very confused by this question because the representative then told me that it is not their liability if something were to happen. He was whispering and I couldn't really make out what he was saying to begin with. So I said excuse me I'm sorry what was that? And then he repeated the same exact thing "do you want the front roller to come down" and I was wondering, what does that even mean so I asked him I'm really not sure what that means so is there a reason that you give this type of disclosure then he said yes because if the front roller comes down and since you have a rack, there is a possibility that our equipment can ruin your car and we have to ask you so that we're not liable for it. And I said oh no, of course I would not want the front roller to come down if there's any chance that it could mess up my car. Needless to say, the car did look fairly cleaner however I do not believe that it was worth the value for 1299 for what I had to deal with in the moment! No thank you! read more

My first visit to this location. The service was not as inviting as other locations. The area to dty off your vechile is smaller than other locations. And if they are busy you may have to wait for a spot to dry off and ise the vacuum. read more

Quick Quack Car Wash - Inside wash - Car Wash Near Me - Riverside, California

This carwash DAMAGED MY CAR and they are ignoring me! The manager Chris is impossible to reach. The number on his "business card" goes straight to voicemail. I go in person and a bunch of teenagers working there just quickly try to dismiss me by asking me to write my name down on a sticky note and they'll personally put it on the managers desk. This happened multiple times. Either the manager hasn't come into work in 3.5 weeks or he is deliberately ignoring me to avoid responsibility for damaging my car. From the looks of this yelp page, this seems to be a common occurrence. This car wash will damage your car and do nothing about it. Stay away! read more

Oscar provided great customer service. Vacuums worked amazing and everyone is super kind. Love the animation also.

This is a very disappointing location. They had no towels, it was early in the morning and no spaces to dry your car, and one of the service vans for quick quack took up one of the spaces to dry your car. The problem with this company is they oversell memberships, and then they operate bad locations that are tiny. If you go to ultra express I think they have like 25 spaces to dry your car while quick quack has 10. It's great that you try to sell stuff that's cute, but when you offer no service that's bad for business. Con's: 1. Tiny location with only 10 spaces to dry your car. 2. No towels and absent manager 3. Employee driving a company van took up a space leaving just 9 spaces for customers. 4. QQ oversells memberships making 99% of its locations impossible. 5. The wash quality is horrible. 6. The membership prices are outrageous. Shame on this company for doing a horrible job. read more

Great customer service every time I come here. The best place for a wash. I would recommend to everyone

I have an account with Quick Quack. Which means I can go to any location. As long as I pay my dues. This was my first time here at this location. It did not disappoint. My car was crazy dirty and came out clean. Much cleaner than it was. That is a win in my book. Customer service was good. I asked for a car wipe and they had it ready. Awesome! read more

If you value your vehicle don't go here and especially this location. Team members aren't properly trained and rude. I had a team member hit the wrong button and ripped the spoiler off my trunk and all I got was a fill out this report and someone in management will get a hold of you. When I tried reaching out for any update I got different answers, I finally tried getting ahold of a manager there isn't one at this location. Over a month later I haven't heard a thing from anyone and good luck trying to call customer service. If you get through to customer service all thy can do is send an email to a manager who isn't there and a district manager who can't be bothered . But I canceled my membership and within the hour they are reaching out trying to get me to come back. If you go here I wish you luck to not go through what I have. read more

Always great service and my car comes out clean at this quick quack - I am a member and they always have the amenities I need!

Thank you for the clarification. In the denial email, it was pretty straightforward that my claim was denied due to this "gap" that you are not liable for. Your response was a lot more detailed and informative than the email I received. I don't agree with you not being able to release footage, but that's how you guys run business and that's the end of it. I have just decided to move on and leave my review for those who are doing their research on whether to come to this carwash or not. I wish I would've done my research first, but after reading through other reviews, I'm glad I'm not the only one who this has happened to. Good luck to the rest of you and your over 5 year old vehicles going into this wash, as apparently that's all it takes to void concern here. read more

I just came here because my usual car wash was closed today. I was actually very hopeful, and saw they offered a membership. I signed up for the membership thinking it was a good idea since it's really close to my house. We went through, and as we exited I noticed all four corners of my front window looked like they hadn't been touched. I had my husband go back to the young man at the front and cancel the membership (The young man was very nice and helpful) I just got home 2 minutes away from this car wash and looked at my tires and I have tire shine squirted on one part of each tire, I tried to wipe it into the rest of the tire but it's stained on there and now my tires look like crap. I'll never use another quick quack. I'll take the longer drive to my usual spot rather than come back here. read more
