Every time I come here, I have a great car wash experience! There is always someone willing to help when you pull up to the kiosks. They are always willing to offer a membership but I have not decided to get one yet. They have wipes to clean your car and an air freshener that you can grab before your car wash. The vacuum area also holds towels and an air hose to put air in your tires. The wipes given to clean inside your car work well, the towels are perfect for drying your car and the air freshener smells amazing! The vacuums work well and there are many vacuum area spots to choose from. I will continue to come here to wash my car! read more

It's a nice-looking facility, with friendly attendants, but the car wash was terrible. I could have just quickly hosed my car off at home and had better results. I admit that I bought the lowest priced option because I just wanted a quick wash until I had the time to go to my usual hand-wash place. Even so, I still expected the car to be reasonably clean. This car wash just pretty much rinsed off some of the dirt but still left dozens of little dirt particle streaks all over the hood and trunk lid. The blow drier was weak and left a lot of water droplets on the sides and bumpers of the car as well. Oh, and the machinery bent the hell out of my front license plate. Went to Super Star Car Wash . The one in Van Buren Blvd & Jurupa Ave in the Jurupa Valley/Riverside area last week and honestly wasn't impressed. Not even 20 minutes later, my car was dusty again. We got a free wash coupon after signing up for their text message program, so we decided to give them another try today. Unfortunately, the car still came out dusty and not properly cleaned. I brought it up directly to the manager, and they told me there was nothing they could do because it was a free wash. That response made no sense to me. A promotional wash should still reflect the quality of your business and service. If you're trying to get people to come back and sign up for memberships, the experience should still be good regardless of whether the wash was paid or promotional. 1 STAR -- SERIOUS SAFETY CONCERNS I would NOT recommend Super Star Car Wash after the frightening experience I had. While my vehicle was inside the car wash, it was HIT MULTIPLE TIMES between two other vehicles. What was even more concerning was that the equipment did not immediately stop. The situation continued for several minutes before the car wash was finally stopped. My vehicle was damaged, and I submitted a claim expecting the company to take responsibility and thoroughly investigate what happened. Instead, my claim was DENIED. Trying to get answers has been extremely frustrating. There is no easy way to speak directly with a live person regarding the claim, and communication has been primarily through email. How can customers feel safe when multiple vehicles can collide inside an automated car wash and the system continues operating? There should be safety measures in place to immediately stop the equipment when an accident occurs. I left with damage to my vehicle, a denied claim, and serious concerns about their safety procedures and how they handle customer incidents. Please be very careful before bringing your vehicle here. Went here for a free car wash and was very surprised at how nice and clean the car wash is kept. The employees are helpful and available for whatever you need. DAVID assisted me with my car wash and also brought wipes and an air freshener while I was cleaning out my car and asked if there was anything else I needed. GREAT customer service for a self service wash. They have clean towels available and offer complimentary wipes and freshener! Basically, you sign up for a level of service, I picked the $24.95 middle tier, and you are charged every month on the date you first visited. Initially, it's a lower welcome fee. I sometimes use the location on Ramona Expressway in Perris, which is convenient once your license plate is recognized in their system. Fresh clean towels, really good vacuums, clean premises, and a nifty car mat cleaner are your options. Wear out that monthly membership, I go at least once a week, sometimes more. read more

I came here 2 times and never again. Both times a person right next to where you pay gave me attitude just because I did not want a membership. The first time was a girl probably early or mid 20s, she explained to me the membership and in the end I said no thank you and she mad dogged me and said okay and that's it. The second time was an older man and same thing, he explained the membership, I said no thank you, but this guy try to made me feel like I was an idiot saying he didn't understand why I don't get a membership I'm wasting a lot of money on 1 wash, to which he is right but still don't need to get all worked up just cause I don't want a membership. One of the best car washes I have been to. Went for the first time today. Wasn't busy and the few workers they had today were great. Got the highest prices wash which was $22 and worth every penny. Gave us a wipe for inside the car and an air freshener which was all included in the price. The wash got the car perfectly clean. The vacuums are free to use and work great. They also have clean towels to use to get the little bits of extra water off the car. One of the best car washes that Riverside has. Definitely will be back and will likely get the monthly membership that they offer. read more

I purchased a $16 wash, but my truck came out still dirty. After inspecting it, I noticed it was dirty all around. I went back to request a rewash and was approached by what seemed to be a new, poorly trained staff member. He told me that since I chose the cheapest wash, I shouldn't expect better results and that they push for memberships for a reason. He refused to let me go through the wash again. A few minutes later, another team member approached me and said I could go back through, apologizing for the previous staff member's response. Please retrain your staff and maintain your equipment. I've visited your other Riverside location, and they were fantastic--my truck came out sparkling clean. Also, if you advertise tire air pressure services, ensure the stalls actually have working equipment. This location needs serious maintenance, and I'd recommend avoiding it until they get their staff and facilities in order. read more

This is the BEST car wash I've been to. I commute a lot for work, so I've tried MANY! This one has plenty of vacuums, one for the passenger side and driver's side. It has plenty of clean towels to dry your car and lots of stalls available for you to dry your car. NO waiting. Their monthly prices are reasonable compared to other local car washes. She FINALLY comes out, but only because I had to honk my horn to get someone's attention , she saw I had my window down because I know they hand you your air freshener and wipe.
