Great car wash, clean and everything works. Pretty crowded as it's newer and not much on this side of Jurupa. The charging stations make it difficult to get in and out as those people can be challenging to maneuver around. They run out of towels , as they are busy, not a terrible thing but can be an issue with spots etc... when it's hot. read more

Misleading Advertising and Terrible Customer Service FREE CAR WASHES TODAY... sike I had an extremely disappointing experience at the Quick Quack Car Wash on Mission Blvd. in Jurupa Valley 10/7/26. While driving by, I noticed approximately FIVE OR SIX signs prominently advertising "FREE CAR WASHES TODAY." Since I was out and about, I went out of my way and pulled into the line, and waited for what was clearly being advertised. When I finally reached the front, an employee named Edwin informed me that I could NOT receive a free car wash unless I paid for a monthly membership. Excuse me? Then what exactly is FREE about it? If you're advertising free car washes all over your property, customers should reasonably expect a FREE car wash. Not a sales pitch. Not a membership requirement. And certainly not a surprise charge once they've already committed to waiting in line. The entire experience was frustrating and honestly embarrassing. I was made to feel foolish for asking for the very thing their signs were advertising. To make matters worse, I emailed Quick Quack about this experience a WEEK AGO, and I have STILL received absolutely no response, hence prompting the yelp post. Not an apology, not an explanation, not even an acknowledgment of my complaint. Apparently, customer service is just as disappointing as their advertising. If the promotion requires purchasing a monthly membership, then SAY THAT on your signs! Don't lure customers in with giant "FREE CAR WASHES TODAY" advertisements only to tell them something completely different once they're at the front of the line. This felt like a classic bait-and-switch, followed by a complete lack of accountability. I wasn't asking for special treatment. I was simply expecting a business to honor what it was advertising. I have family members with memberships with quick quack, and they promptly canceled all membership for 3 of their vehicles. Quick Quack and Edwin, you are dishonest and shady. read more

So I was driving past QQW when I saw people on the street holding signs that read "Free Car Wash" . In a should I or shouldn't I moment I went with I should and pulled in to the wash. The first employee that I encountered, of course tried to point out that my car was dirty -so he was doing his job. It was dirty!Hence the reason for my stop. I went through the car wash with a little bit of guidance from the person at the first stop. My windshield wipers started to go off so I hesitated a bit going in. The attendant was still trying to wave me through, but I just took my time and paused . Didn't need any wipers snapping off in the wash. This was my first experience with Quick Quack and it was interesting how in the middle of the wash their image logo pops up. I also noticed that you could smell the soap that they were using coming through the car and it smelled good . After the wash was complete I rolled out into the vacuum bay. There were attendants that were nearby, but they were pretty hands off. I selected one of the nozzles and got to work vacuuming the interior of my car. One of the vacuum attachments had a really strong pull and sucked up something from my front seat. When I went to put the attachment back, one of the attendants noticed it was missing a front piece and fixed the attachment. They should've been checking the attachments while people were using them. I did use the cloths to wipe off any water that was left. They were running a special for $9.99 for the first month and then regular price thereafter. I didn't sign up. I'm not thoroughly convinced. I still like having a hands-on experience and having somebody else do my windows and vacuum. read more

Quick Quack Car Wash - Car Wash Near Me - Jurupa Valley, California

DAMAGE! DAMAGE! DAMAGE! I've been a monthly Quick Quack member for over three years, but the way a recent incident was handled has really changed my opinion of the company. While drying my car with one of their provided towels, I suddenly felt burning on my hand and noticed tiny fiberglass-like particles in my skin. Later that night, I found fine scratching across the plastic surfaces I had wiped. I returned a few days later primarily because I thought they should know about it. The employee at the location was helpful, photographed the damage himself, submitted a report, and said the manager would be in touch. No manager ever contacted me. I was later told they inspected the towel area days after the incident, found nothing, and had no similar complaints, so they denied liability. When I explained that my bigger concern was whether a potentially contaminated towel had actually been investigated, I was simply told the person responding was the "final decision maker" and their position hadn't changed. There was no explanation of how inspecting a rag bin days later could possibly verify what was in the towel I actually used, and no further conversation beyond essentially, "trust me bro, we investigated it." The Risk Advisor was incredibly short and dismissive throughout the process but I guess customer service is not a part of Risk Management unfortunately. I'm not upset simply because they wouldn't pay for damage. I'm disappointed by how dismissively a legitimate safety/quality concern was handled. After more than three years as a paying member, I expected better. Be careful out there, folks. read more

Great wash quality great service fast friendly great place they have tire shine great music

Brand new quick quack car wash here for Jurupa Valley. This location is in the busy brand new Target shopping center. This location seems to get pretty busy and the vacuums are limited on Saturdays As always, the employees here are friendly, welcoming and provide great service . I do wish they quick quack car wash would judge a location and have vacuums according to what business they project they will have . I feel this location will be very busy and it'll be tough to get a vacuum on certain days . read more

The wash broke down while cars were inside, so there was a wait to get inside of the tunnel. It was less than 5 minutes and they got it up and running g again. The exterior needed to be maintained a little more. Lots of trash from lazy customers just dumping the trash from their cars onto the ground, Instead of taking g it to the trash. One of the cubes was broken on the vacuum, but an associate came out and fixed it. Other than that, ot was a decent experience. read more

I know this place has only been open for a short time now. I decided to give it a try today. When you drive up, you are greeted by someone who gives you a one minute spiel about their options and memberships. I was there just for one time to try it out. I paid for the good one time wash. As you go through the wash, the brushes are really loud on the car. As I exited and pulled over to the area to vacuum the car. I noticed it didn't wash the back of my car. I drive a five-year-old Toyota Camry. I was impressed with the vacuum area as you have a couple of choices of vacuum nozzles. There are towels there to wipe off the wet areas of the car. There was even a nozzle to blow off any extra water. I wasn't that impressed with how it cleaned my car on the outside but was impressed with the vacuum area. I don't feel I got my value when it comes to the wash. I probably will not return as I paid $12 for a wash that didn't even wash all of my car. Sorry, quick quack I was not impressed. Thank you. read more

Terrible service. Their conveyor belt messed up and my car got smashed between two cars and kept getting smashed. Honked a bunch of times and the guy was just standing there not doing anything. Took forever to stop the system and then they started it back up without making sure it's safe and I got smashed a bunch of times again. I had to honk and manually drive out. My back is now hurting from the whiplash of getting rear ended several times, my daughter was crying and distraught and has been crying since. Now we have to wait for corporate to do something about it. read more

Anthony helped me he was great. He was very friendly. He was very positive .............................

They open promptly at 7am, bring out towels, and spray the car a little bit. Problem: the towels are always moist. I arrive at 7am, and the towels are never dry. Those towels leave an odor when I wipe the inside of the car. I'm going to have to cancel my membership. read more

Now I don't have to worry about paying each time I go wash my vehicle. I just go, get my car washed and everyone there is so exceptionally helpful and willing to help in anything I need. I went to this place for the first time and I've been going to their places and establishments for over five years and I went to this one and their pressure washers peeled my paint and they don't want to fix it. I put in the complaint and they said they'll get back to me within five days and they never have and when I was having a conversation with the man that was working there, he said That my car is older than 2010 they might not fix it most likely this made me extremely unhappy and unsatisfied with their service and also never going there again and I canceled my membership with them after being with them for over five years also I wish I could give them zero stars, but I can't read more

I made a spreadsheet of the car washes in the Riverside area (chains and local) and this is the best deal for the level of the wash. Just taking 1 car twice a month saves money on what would be two carwashes separately. So we take our two cars at least once a week each and get the most out of it. It really comes in handy adding a bit of fun when kids are in the car, especially since you can go to any Quick Quack. read more

The car wash itself was ok, but when I tried to cancel the 9.99 membership on the day Michael the guy who sold it to me (he said I had until 8/22), the agent on the phone rudely told me it was too late. So I was charged 57.00 which seems EXTREMELY HIGH for one month. I should have paid better attention to the small print, but I hope others don't make this mistake. Update- Yes I understand the contract had a lot of small print and terms and conditions that I thought were a bit unreasonable, but I was told by an employee named Michael a few days earlier that I just needed to cancel by the 22nd which was incorrect. I am not asking for any refund now, I would just like others to know my experience so they are more aware. read more

I am a member and have tried going at 7 am before work many times they are not open. Today there were lines of cars and no employees were opening the lines. Very frustrating to pay a membership for something that is not available at a posted time.
