I had a great experience at quick quack Car Wash! The staff was friendly, professional, and made the entire process quick and easy. My car came out looking spotless inside and out, with attention to the little details that really make a difference. The facility was clean, the service was efficient, and the pricing was fair for the quality of work. It's refreshing to find a car wash that consistently delivers great results and excellent customer service. I'll definitely be coming back and would highly recommend quick quack Car Wash to anyone looking to keep their vehicle looking its best! read more

DO NOT GO!!! Worst wash ever! Left my car dirty and soap spots all over my car. I would have gone back I'd the wait wasn't so long. Waited 20min to get in. read more

Quick Quack destroyed the front grill on my car during a wash. The grill came out cracked and partially detached, damage that was not there before I pulled in. When I brought it to their attention, they refused to take any responsibility. Their reasoning? They told me my car was "too old" (over 5 years) and used that as an excuse to deny the claim entirely, as if a car's age means their equipment gets a free pass to break parts on it. When I pushed back, the response I got felt like straight-up gaslighting. Instead of acknowledging what their equipment did, I was made to feel like I was overreacting or that this was somehow expected wear and tear, not damage their wash caused. No real inspection, no accountability, just a scripted excuse to close the ticket. If you have a car you actually care about, especially anything not brand new, think twice before driving it through here. I wouldn't trust them near my vehicle again, and I wouldn't recommend anyone else risk it either. read more

I've been coming to this Quick Quack for a while now and currently have memberships for 2 vehicles - Ceramic Duck, so this is definitely my go-to car wash. Overall, the staff is friendly, the towels are usually well stocked, and they do a good job trying to keep things running smoothly. That said, there are a few ongoing issues that can make the experience frustrating, especially during peak hours in the mornings before work and around lunchtime when it gets extremely busy. One of the biggest problems is the limited number of vacuum and drying spaces. If it's crowded, you'll likely end up waiting or having to leave because there are no spots available. I've also had issues in the past with soap and water not dispensing properly during the wash. To their credit, I reported it to the service line and their team they did take action to address it, and it seems much better now. Just something to keep an eye on. Another odd issue is the pause in the wash line at the end. If the car ahead doesn't move immediately when the "GO" light comes on, the entire wash stop every few seconds. It really interrupts the flow and becomes noticeable when the line is long. Perhaps there is a way to calibrate the system, but could be out of their control for safety reasons. The vacuums and air nozzles can sometimes be hit or miss, and I've noticed damaged vacuum hoses here and there including some that don't work. However, whenever I've reported the issues, they've been pretty responsive about getting things repaired or fixed, which I appreciate. Overall, still a solid membership value and convenient location, but there's definitely room for improvement with maintenance and traffic flow during busy times. read more

Smooth experience, clean and swift. Employees are kind and respectful. This one is better than the corona one.

My car was extremely dirty and I kept telling myself that I would get a car wash. It's been quite a while since I came back to this car wash after my last not so great experience. The cashier helping this time was friendly and helpful, my car was cleaned beautifully (never had an issue with that before but I was reminded of how good it can be!) and the towels were well stocked and swapped out while I was there. read more

The staff is very friendly. They're quick to respond to you and definitely go out of their way to help.

The employees are nice and helpful, but my car Never came out completely clean. I had a membership for 3 months, went at least once a week and I went to multiple locations. read more

Quick Quack Car Wash - Car Wash Near Me - Mira Loma, California

By far, this is my favorite car wash places in Southern California. Quick quack car wash has done wonderful job. Once subscribe their service, very easy check-in. They scan your license plate, and let you in. 100% self-service. Simple, no questions ask. This is the level of simplicity I look for. During Halloween time, they even decorate Halloween theme while your car passing through their rainbow carwash tunnel. Very creative. They open early & close late. Many vaccum station. I come here many times, but never seen any vaccum station having issues or down. They keep this place pretty well. Hey, love their Towels service. It's included in your carwash. Not many car wash places have this towel service. Very unique. I use their clean towels to wipe down my car from top to bottom, front to back. This make sure my car would not leave any water spots! Always drive clean. If you are in the area, make sure give them a try. You will like this place. I also have a Youtube Video showing their carwash tunnels Find me on Youtube @ hktiger read more

Quick Quack Car Wash - Proof of email and incident. - Car Wash Near Me - Mira Loma, California

I went to this car wash sunday. Got the car washed and after i parked to dry my car and vacuum: i found that my right front bumper was damage the plastic trimming by the headlight came off lucky i was able to put it back. I reported it to one of the worker. They did an incident report. After fee days i got a denial email about the damage. They said it was pre-existing damage. Well my car is in mint condition no scratches or dings what so ever except the hood due to rock chips other than that will never find any dings, dents or any type of scratches in the whole car. I've been going to this car wash since i purchased the car august 2023 and it's a 2024 model. Now i requested a copy of the investigation and the footage. They said unfortunately once the claim is denied we will no longer assist you any further. I went to the location where my car got damage and have them check they pretty told me we don't handle that here.... The long story short i know for sure that they have got a lot of complaints with the same result. The way they handle the situation was unfair. You cannot even talk to them on the phone only email!!! Service here is hit or miss, there was a point that their ratings was so bad they workers there are going around asking/bribing members if they leave them a good review on yelp and google they get a free towels or air fresheners..:: i did not agree to that part! But any way i will never ever comeback to this car wash ever again!!!! read more

I joined membership for a month on a promotion, over all I like this car wash but it does has its bad points like equipment malfunction, long lines and no restroom. Vacuums system is great and they have great promotions. I'm debating on my membership. It's always good to have local car wash, especially that summer is coming. read more

I have been coming here since it opened. Always fast, easy and clean place to get your car washed.

Very busy location. Friendly staff. My washes are good. Need more locations to dry off the car and vacuum.

I paid 22.99 for the one time wash and the guy didn't even spray my car down correctly. I'm left with all these pollen and dust stains still on not even to mention where it left watermarks and how my windshield is not even remotely close to clean let alone the back of my windshield I've been here before with similar experiences when paying for the one time wash of 1299, but when you think that you're getting a better price for better quality, it would do better clearly not and it seems as if if you're not a member, they don't properly spray your car down because the car in front of me got lathered like no tomorrow the only good thing about this place is the vacuums and self service. I think I will stick to washing my car myself from now on. read more

I had such a great experience at Quick Quack Car Wash! Michelle and Jazmin went above and beyond with their customer service. I was here that morning it was congested, per review below. Honestly it wasn't the place fault. It was sunny and everyone wanted a damn car wash!! Quick quack always has excellent service.. which is why they got congested and backed up! They handled everything with care. I live around the area and this has always been my favorite. I don't get the membership but I come here monthly- for the cheapest one which seems to get the job done on my little old car. The staff are some of the nicest people I have encountered, hence why I always return! They value customer service a lot in my opinion and I have never had a bad encounter with any of the staff! read more

Not enough stalls, wet and/or dirty towels, and damaged my plate. If I could give ZERO stars I would. We had a month subscription, and we couldn't cancel it fast enough. Too bad there are not more carwashes in the area. read more

So I gave them a chance, and honestly, the rubber rotating brushes are just scratching the living soul out of my car's paint and I just feel like the wash is definitely not worth it at all. I feel like I should have settled for the dust instead I've only had my car for around a year and the scratches are just horrible. I'll give them a two star for the reason that the vacuums are available but honestly, this definitely took the cake. I'm judging based off the wash. Like I've written in the Past I don't think they offer touchless washes but if and when they do, I'll consider coming back but at the moment I think I'm done read more

Hi! I joined the monthly service for Quick Quack Car Wash about a month ago. I wanted to give it a few times through before I reviewed. I got the middle monthly option. I think it is $32.00 a month. It includes unlimited washes, undercarriage wash and wheel and tire wash. Free use of vacuums and drying area. So far, I am mostly pleased with the results. My car comes out generally clean. The vacuums are excellent and there are always plenty of towels in the drying area. There is even compressed air at each drying station to blow excess water out of the cracks before you dry. I wish the cleaning part of the car wash was longer, to get a better result. But, I suppose you can always go through twice. The car was itself Is clean. It is busy if you go at peak times, but I suppose that is to be expected. I have even just chose to go through and skip the self dry on occasion and got reasonable results. Overall, I'm happy with Quick Quack car was and will keep my monthly subscription here. Jim read more
