I had an appointment time window from 9-10a on Monday, 6/22. I even got a message on yelp, "Hey John, a very good morning! Rosie here again, just wanted to let you know that our team is excited to detail your Honda CRV today. We will be there around 9-10 am as our time window, and benny will update you with the eta. I am giving a one star review, unfortunately. I used Yelp to generate some quotes for car detailing. They were very responsive in the conversation about pricing. They answered all of my questions and their Customer Service was excellent. We scheduled for a day to clean my interior. I got confirmation text messages from both the technician that was going to clean my car and the business owner (s). Honestly couldn't have asked for better, Customer Service. But then the technician never showed up for the appointment time. I followed up with the owners and they got in contact with me right away explain the situation. They were very understanding and apologetic and offered to make it right. And shared with me how they planned for this not to happen again. I shared my concerns, of course and they totally understood and I decided I would give them another try. But then the conversation just went silent for about two days. I followed up a few times both on Yelp and through the text messaging, but I never heard anything back. Honestly, I was really looking forward to having my car interior, detailed and I felt really cared for during all of the communication but then for them to just go to zero communication after not showing up it's just not acceptable. At the time of leaving this review, I still haven't heard anything from them. And of course, it was a significant inconvenience for me. Just because of the preparation that it took for me to have my car ready for them to detail it. And just managing my day around anticipating my appointment took time and effort out of my day. Both Benny, the owner, and Rosie, his assistant were very nice, helpful, and accommodating. I was a little hesitant about coming back after my first visit because I noticed a few small spots that had been missed, as well as some product residue that wasn't fully cleaned up. I tend to pay more attention to details than I'd like, so I wasn't sure what to expect this time around. That being said, I'm glad I decided to come back. Just like my first visit, they were both personable, took the time to explain the process, and were happy to answer any questions I had. Nothing inspires confidence like a scheduling message that can't settle on a time. First it was "We're excited and ready to service your Kia tomorrow around 11 to 12," then hours later asking to move it earlier to 9 to 10. I agreed and rearranged my schedule, but they never showed up. No service, no follow-through, just a missed appointment and another reschedule. I work in a field where lives are at stake and I rearranged my appointment at a premium. If the time wasn't actually set, they should have said so instead of asking me to adjust my day and then failing to appear. "Excited and ready" apparently meant nothing, and professionalism clearly requires more than sending messages. It requires showing up. read more

Benny ensured it was vacuumed and cleaned. Benny has a very good eye for detail and has a great knowledge of car detailing. Next time I get my car detailed I'm going to ask for the clay bar treatment and wax. Since my car was smaller it was a bit cheaper than other cars.
