He did an overall decent job on my interior detail, there was a large coffee stain in the back seat that i mainly needed to be professionally removed but he wasn't able to get it out fully unfortunately, and there were soap spots in random places, but the carpets were well cleaned otherwise! read more

The company responded to my request for a complete detail quickly and answered all of my questions (first time getting a professional detail). Was on time, and flexible with a last minute location change. But the work was not great. I wanted to give 4 stars because he was 25 minutes late without notice but the work he did was superb! It was better than a work I got done in SC for $125 and they had 3 people working on it!! I got a simple car wash but it looks like I got a detail!! At first I was a little nervous cause he only had 6 reviews with 5 stars but I decided to give him a try and I'm glad I did. Very disappointing. So I booked an appt with them on today April 24 a week prior to this date. The guy Rey books my appointment and confirms for the 24 at 7:30 am. Mind you, I skipped my gym class and held back on errands to get the auto detailing done. Rey was a no call no show. I waited 10- 15 minutes no response. Around 8:50 that morning another guy calls which I missed, so I called back, he says that he think Rey got in accident?? and apologizes. No one called to inform me of this or ask if I could reschedule my appointment. This is very unprofessional . I wonder if this was a scam. Complete waste of my time read more

The man did what was promised. Came out early, detailed my wife's car inside and out. Did it in about 2 hours as well. She has a side business that requires a lot of wear and tear on the car, not to mention littles ones that leave their mark as well. He took the interior from a ragged and disheveled appearance to a gorgeous, fresh smelling, and shiny interior. Communicates well, and I will 100% be back to have my own car done! Super responsive. Immediately got in contact with me within a few hours and by the end of our conversation I had an appointment scheduled for the next morning. Pricing was worth the value of what was done on my car. I had the typical baby and toddler messes on my cars seats so it needed a good interior scrubbing and that was absolutely delivered. Next time I will ask for seat belt cleaning as I totally forgot to mention that but other than that he even got a good deal of my sisters huskies hair out of the back of my car. I have been trying for years to slowly get that hair out of the trunk space but it's been a nightmare. I don't have before and after pictures but the next time I will absolutely post some.
