Arturo and his wife came out spent around 5-6 hours on my 2016 Toyota 4Runner that has never been washed outside myself or a drive thru in the 7 years we've owned it. They did a fantastic job , the inside looks new , outside paint is like looking at ice , it's so clean I see off color touch up paint spots from the dealer I had forgotten about or never noticed. Roof of the car has black dots I couldn't remove for the life of me , now it's pure white and they added a coating. Every thing was smooth from first communication to finish. The vacuums barely work properly, several of the sprayers don't work, and one of the rotary scrubbers has been out of service for quite a while. It also seems like they've reduced the amount of soap being used because the wash feels much more watered down than it used to. Overall, the entire property looks and feels neglected, and the equipment clearly isn't being maintained the way it should be. For what customers are paying, everything should be working properly. Hopefully management starts investing back into this location and gets it back into decent condition.

Because of this experience, I will only be using touchless car washes going forward to avoid this type of damage. I've also requested cancellation of my membership due to the unresolved issue and lack of customer service.
