They did a fantastic job , the inside looks new , outside paint is like looking at ice , it's so clean I see off color touch up paint spots from the dealer I had forgotten about or never noticed. Roof of the car has black dots I couldn't remove for the life of me , now it's pure white and they added a coating. Every thing was smooth from first communication to finish. It's very disappointing when a company won't stand behind their own equipment or support their customers after admitting fault at the local level. I trusted this business with my car and ended up with damage and no resolution. Based on this experience, I would be very cautious about using this car wash.

I suggest other members do the same. Ended up signing up with Superstar car wash on Hole and California-- staff was attentive and friendly, the wash was really good, my car was pretty clean! They have good sized towels (bigger than Ultras) and they have them fully stocked so you don't have to worry whether there's going to be any towels or not. Only downside is the parking spots for vacuums is narrow and it's hard to have your doors fully opened during cleaning if there another car next to you with their doors open, but it's not terrible.
