This was an extremely frustrating experience. The car wash damaged my vehicle and took paint off my car while it was going through their equipment. What made the situation even worse is how it was handled afterward. The management at the car wash location actually admitted that their equipment caused the damage, but when the claim was sent to corporate, they refused to take any responsibility or help resolve the issue. Despite the location acknowledging what happened, corporate still denied the claim and did nothing to make the situation right. It's very disappointing when a company won't stand behind their own equipment or support their customers after admitting fault at the local level. I trusted this business with my car and ended up with damage and no resolution. Based on this experience, I would be very cautious about using this car wash. read more

DO NOT COME HERE IF YIU HAVE A TRUCK OR SUV. I went twice and it still left hood dusty, tires dirty and hay have damaged my Jeep Gladiator. I asked to go 3x and they couldn't I asked for a refund and I have to email. As more Super-Star locations open around Riverside, the easier it is to exploit my monthly plan. If only they'll open downtown to be even more convenient. Hint: there's lots of available land on Main St between Second and First Street. Smaller than the locations on Jurupa or Ramona Expressway, this is also the busiest location. It's tightly coiled but offers the same convenience as elsewhere, especially the free vacuum options. I appreciate their clean towels, too. I go up the middle for wash options, and after a discount the first month, it's $29. Basically, I try to go 2-3 times per week to keep the car shiny. read more

When they first opened it was nice. They haven't been open very long so it should still be a top notch experience. However, the towels they supply almost always stink. Half of the vacuums barely work. I only have memberships there because it's on my way to my kids school but I would rather use quick quack. I have three memberships there so I'm there several times each week and half the time I can't seem to get decent vacuum or towels. Also, other car wash places give better prices for multi-car memberships but not this place. Each is a separate membership so it costs more. Now that quick quack has opened a closer location, I'm ready to switch over again read more

Super disappointed in my most recent experience with this car wash. My husband and I have been members for almost a year and wash our cars frequently. One day I noticed a piece of our car got taken off at the car wash. I went directly to the car wash afterwards, asking them if they could please just give me the piece so I could take it to the dealership to have it put back on. No one even bother to look. No one would help me. I had to ask several times if someone could look for it. There's no phone number to call them directly. The online customer service is a joke. He doesn't get back to you. Came here once in June, paid for the "cheapest car wash" according to the attendant, was excited to receive a dash wipe and that they had towels to use by the vacuums. Didn't care for the air freshener, it was way too strong. Went back again yesterday, again paid for the "cheapest car wash" according to the Jorge, and this time when I was starting to go through the car wash, already in neutral with my car moving, I was waiting for Jesse in the car wash to hand me the wipe and air freshener and he was ignoring me. I told him what about my dash wipe, and he said it doesn't come with the $12 wash, I said "I got it last time"... Jesse repeated himself, and my car was moving with my window down talking to him and soap starting to spray into my vehicle! I was horrified and disgusted at how dismissive Jesse was. I tried to speak to a manager to explain the situation but ended up talking to Jorge who just seemed confused and avoidant, and then Jesse walked up and I started arguing with him. The fact that he was made aware that due to his negligence soap sprayed into my vehicle and actually created even MORE need for a dash wipe, and he STILL refused me one was completely disturbing. I made it clear I would continue to stand there and film them until they gave me a dash wipe. These employees are clearly not receiving consistent training, since they offer different car washes as the "cheapest" one, and they clearly have no understanding of customer service. It's insane they refused to give me a dash wipe this time. I stood there for over 40 minutes, waiting for the cops to show up because Jesse told me he was going to call them since I was filming on private property. I finally got my dash wipe and I left. :) I will obviously never be back to this location or any others of this brand. The ONLY reason I came back a second time was for the dash wipe, and it should be included in EVERY car wash, OR it should be clearly posted AND communicated at the time you purchase that the $12 wash does not include it. Jesse said it's the attendant's responsibility to tell the customer when they purchase the car wash; Jorge did not inform me of this. Both of these incompetent employees need to do better. Also, my car did not even come out clean at all either times I used this car wash. Like I said, I literally only came back because they had towels to use and for the dash wipe. My paint is old and chipping so the outside doesn't matter much to me. But for most people this would also be a serious concern coming out of a car wash with a car that's still very dirty. read more

BEWARE!! Terrible customer service! Don't let them fool you in believing they will take of any damage that may occur to your car. Our truck received damage to right side mirror and blinker light from the wrap knocking our mirror arm back and then the air blower hitting the arm of the mirror and knocking our mirror off and chipping the blinker light. Video footage was verified by the worker on duty and the site manager. They agreed it was damaged by the wash but the claims department still denied our clam twice. So they may say they will review any damage but nothing will be done! There are plenty of review saying the same thing. Cancelled all my memberships with them. They need to accept and pay for damages caused by their equipment!! read more

I've really enjoyed using this service up until today. Unfortunately, I had a concerning experience that left me feeling dismissed and disappointed. Toward the end of my wash, the car in front of me suddenly braked, even though there are clear signs instructing drivers not to. My car continued moving forward, and if I hadn't hit my brakes, there would have been a collision. I immediately brought this up to a staff member with blue hair, letting her know that the other driver was still parked on-site and even described the car so they could address the issue directly. Despite that, I was told, "Oh, it would've been on her," and was advised that I could go speak to her myself. I felt like my concern was brushed off and not taken seriously. Because of this lack of accountability and customer care, I've decided to cancel my membership. I hope this feedback encourages better communication and support for future customers. read more

On 7/31/25 this was my first time in this car wash. And sad to say that I was very disappointed knowing that this happened to my vehicle. While I was in the mild of the car wash, I felt a violent shake. Once my wash was over I went and inspected my truck and saw two deep scratches on the passenger side. Did reported it to the manager who was on site. They just didn't seem concerned about the situation, like if this happens on regular bases. He did asked me to write down my information and a state to what happened, he said that they will let me know more about this within 3 days business days, via email. This place has gone down in the dumpster! Used to be great when they opened but these employees just stand around and chat instead of doing their job. I came this am and no towels in ANY of the bins. A bunch of us were walking the whole property looking for them. One lady went to the guy standing by the entry and let him know and she said he had an attitude. I had to come back at 4pm cause some birds pooped all over my windshield. After you pass the gate, there were a long of cars not moving at all because nobody was there to direct their tires. The dryer doesn't dry anymore and the cleaning is awful! Not to mention scratches all over my car. Going to cancel my unlimited membership. read more

The wash: was spot free and easy to dry. It always leaves my car feeling fresh although the brushes do scratch a little. (There is no such thing as scratch free brush tunnel wash). Cool added amenities: free air for tires, air to blow off hard to reach water in between crevices. Free vacuums and microfiber cloths are always a plus. Yikes. What a mistake. We got the wash membership. Had about 4 washes on a brand new car before it came out of there covered in scratches from their brushes. After contacting them, all I got was a link to their support website to put in a claim. No actual response, like this is a daily occurance. Don't trust this name or location. The wash broke something on my brand new vehicle and 2 months later there has been 0 help to reconcile the claim. Even with all documents etc. Sleezy company. Several weeks ago, I went to Super Star Car wash. As I mentioned in a previous review after trying several times to pay for a car wash, to no avail, I backed out and left. My wife then noticed a charge for the car wash I never received! To make a long story short, for the last few weeks Super Star car wash continues to send me the same, EXACT, email regarding an apology but nothing is getting done about it. I've decided to leave a very poor review on Yelp, each and every time they send me the same, EXACT, email. Their customer service is NON-EXISTENT. Going through the wash scratched and chipped my Rims. When they first opened this place was much better managed, now everything is going downhill fast. Trying to cancel membership is very hard. Zero customer service, or phone number with humans answering, even when you go in to deal with cancelling, you get the run around. read more

2nd Attempt Beware! The damage to our new truck caused by your car wash was $3,800!!! They sold us this car wash membership 2 months ago, with the promise that our lifted truck will get washed safely. The first time, it did. The second time (08/11/24) we did the same thing, informed lady with pink hair at the kiosk that we have a truck that needs some of the brushes to be turned off (as instructed by Mike, the Manager) and she opened the gates and gave us a safe passage. We again informed Esmeralda (before entering the machine) that they need to adjust the brushes as Mike instructed. Esmeralda apparently pressed the buttons too late, and the brushes broke our window, water was leaking in, damaged our light, roof paint... damage to our new truck totaled $3,800. Here is the worst part. After filling the report with Mike, the Manager, we received no help and he actually lied about the date and the details of the incident (we have proof in writing). Dear car wash owner - we have sent the repair estimate to you as you instructed us. We are yet to hear from you. We are awaiting your reply within the next 10 days.
