The rock chip touch-ups, which accounted for over $200 of the invoice, were applied very sloppily and unprofessionally, as seen in the attached photos. To make matters worse, while the fresh paint was drying on the other side of the car, an insect landed on the door and became stuck in the finish. I pointed it out shortly after he left, and the technician assured me he would return within a few weeks to remove the insect and fix the affected area. He never returned, never followed up, and completely ignored the issue. I ultimately had to hire another company to completely redo the work. Save your money and look elsewhere for auto paint repairs.

Told me to send pictures of the damage and they provided an estimate of $695 -$795. Took my car to two AutoBody shops and the lowest was $1,395.00 bumper buddies came in at $600.00 Less which was within my budget. Made an appointment for two days later and the technician was an hour and 1/2 early but offered to come later. Since my vehicle was at work I told him No Problem. Manny my techician was very nice and Friendly. Took around 2 hours -2 1/2 Hours to do the work. It looks very good to me. There was one imperfection that really wasn't their fault, a panel came out and like a dumbbell I jammed it back in but a tab was sticking out so the panel was ever so slightly gapped. This warped the side panel It's not really noticeable. I don't blame bumper buddies for this. If you look at my bumper it's almost perfect. Final summation: I'm happy with the job that Bumper Buddies did and my Bumper Looks as good as new and side look as good as it can be without a complete replacement. I would use Bumper Buddies Again

I'm only reviewing the automatic drive through touchless car wash as I've not used the vacuums or…read morethe self service car wash (where you still handwash it yourselves with their tools). I will rate this high for the fact it is a touchless car wash, which is pretty hard to find. When you are lazy to clean it yourself but you don't want the car washes with the spinners to damage your car, this is a great option. Now of course, the downside to every touchless is that it isn't going to be perfect at cleaning. Your car has baked in dirt/bird poop on it for who knows how long - is any car wash really going to remove it in 10 minutes or less without significant scrubbing? No - these are honestly best hand washed. If you have trouble removing it yourself, don't expect a drive through car wash to do it for you. Now for expectations met: I drive an SUV and ir does appear that they are able to reach all parts of my car. I don't see any soap residue and the spot free rinse really does help with not having marks everywhere. I also see it take off a decent % of the dirt off of my car and cars in front of me. I once saw a completely dusty brown car turn shiny clean even with only paying for the lowest package. The wax and seal does help a little with protection against getting dirty again and overall look, but not significant enough for most people, in my opinion, to buy the package. I do opt for it because I park under trees a lot, so it makes future car washes easier. Now of course I should mention the cons that could be improved. The dryer is only 1 minute, assuming you are fast about putting your car in drive and driving forward. The slower you are (I.e. not paying attention), the less time you get to use the dryer. I wish they would either give more time or start the timer when you are closer. However, this is somewhat common so it's just what the industry does (just wish they didn't follow suit). Also I wish that the vacuum was at least discounted if you used this wash. If all you used was the vacuum - charge full price. If someone paid for the self-service or this wash, at least discount it a little for having paid for the full package. Otherwise, the cost is not better than quick quack or similar that has a membership and unlimited cleaning.

The value itself was not worth 1299 for just using the one time wash, so I understand why they have membership programs. However, the customer service alone would make me choose never to have this type of membership. I was asked if I wanted the front roller to come down. I was very confused by this question because the representative then told me that it is not their liability if something were to happen. He was whispering and I couldn't really make out what he was saying to begin with. So I said excuse me I'm sorry what was that? And then he repeated the same exact thing "do you want the front roller to come down" and I was wondering, what does that even mean so I asked him I'm really not sure what that means so is there a reason that you give this type of disclosure then he said yes because if the front roller comes down and since you have a rack, there is a possibility that our equipment can ruin your car and we have to ask you so that we're not liable for it. And I said oh no, of course I would not want the front roller to come down if there's any chance that it could mess up my car. Needless to say, the car did look fairly cleaner however I do not believe that it was worth the value for 1299 for what I had to deal with in the moment! No thank you!

I don't remember how I found Caleb's instagram page but I'm forever grateful I did! I have been following him and his work for about 2 years now and I'm always mesmerized by his videos of the before and after and how he can make any car look brand new especially older cars. I finally gave myself the best bday present and got the C package and am so happy with how the results came out. I have a 2008 ford edge that needed a TON of TLC to fix what 2 kids, an 80lb godlen doodle and my hiking adventures had destroyed over the years and he did just that. I had no doubt that he would do an incredible job. He left the back window with lots of dirt that I easily cleaned up. The blue tape they use when you get a new windshield , left a bit of residue and he did not have any type of cleaner to take it off , so I had to lend him some goo gone. He did not even touch the headliner that had all kinds of stuff all over and I had to spend one hour cleaning up after his detail. All the little Chrome pieces in the infotainment screen were not wiped down.I had to do it. The car did a look a lot better but i'm think he is relatively new at this and does not have the experience. Maybe I'm being a bit harsh, but I've had details before.Where I do not have to spend an hour after the guy left. Especially after paying over three hundred dollars.
