He is a really nice guy! I was in desperate need to get my car detailed asap; I was putting a brand new heavy duty car seat in. I needed a deep clean after taking out the old one. You realize how messy kids can be when you remove a car seat. He was busy but made time to squeeze me in the same day I contacted him. He is very meticulous and spent 3 hours on my small SUV. I even had some type of asphalt buildup on my hood that he was able to remove. His hard work showed! He cleaned things I didn't even know existed. I understand why the price of his detailing costs what it does, he puts in all the effort! Caleb detailed our Ford expedition. We have young children (and teenagers) and the interior had gotten out of hand with all the road-trips and allowing food in the car. He was quick to respond, asked for my vehicle information and exactly what I wanted. He even provided his Instagram account to look at his work. When I initially messaged Caleb about an expensive 2 step paint correction for my truck he would respond to me quickly, probably because he knew he was going to make a lot of money from me. He came over and did the paint correction and it came out great, but there was a couple spots where the paint is dull and he said he would come back and wet sand them. He also did a correction on my parents camry but he said he would come back and fix a few spots that didn't come as well as he had hoped. Long story short, when he knew how much money he would be making from us he had no problem responding quickly. However, I scheduled an appointment with him to come back and fix those places in our vehicles and detail my interior and he flaked out on me the last minute. Basically I rescheduled about 4 times and he flaked out at the last minute every time. I also have friends who he did this too as well and he did this to two of my friends family members. Obviously he doesn't know we know each other and I caught him in a lie. He kept telling me he wasn't working because of his physical therapy but that is a HUGE LIE. During that time that "he wasn't working", he posted a video on Instagram if him detailing my friends car! Again he doesn't know that we know each other. I confronted him several times and he just gives excuses and lies. Also his last 3 reviews prove that he's ca liar because they were all about a month ago. Also he ignored about 99.9% off my messages and texts everytime I tried to schedule an appointment for him to come back. He literally made over $2k on us in 2 visits. We were going to give him tons of business because we have several vehicles but he lost us as customers. He's amazing at what he does, but he's young, immature and has horrible customer service skills. When you own a business, you don't ignore and flake out on customers. I'm not sure what his problem is but I gave up trying. Then he gave me a lame excuse saying that if he wet sands my paint, he might damage it because of the age. Funny because HE was the one who said he needed to come back and wet sand it! I'm also pretty pissed that my dad and I paid a lot for ceramic coating that has a "warranty", it's actually a waste of money. Since I can't get him to come back and fix those spots I'll have to either buff out my paint myself or pay someone else. Buffing will probably take off the ceramic coating so the warranty is useless because he ignores customers and cancels his appointments. If he had come back to finish the job I wouldn't have to worry about the ceramic coating coming off. I have since found another company that does everything he does, and they actually respond very quickly. I do not recommend him. He'll come 1 time if he knows he's making a ton of money and then flake on you after that. read more

When he was done I was BLOWN AWAY with how amazing the car looks now. He also took the time remove some paint transfer from a minor fender bender I was in.
