I hit a cone that someone just left in the middle of the freeway. I couldn't swerve without risking an accident, so I had to take it. Took me a while to get around to this review so I apologize! However, Rey Is Mobile was one of 7 of my options for a detail service I wanted for a Valentine's gift. He was the first to respond to my inquiry and answered all of my questions within the first 3 messages. There was no redundancy and best of all very very soon availability especially for being 2 days before Valentine's Day. I was 100% satisfied with the service and client service we got from this team. I am long overdue on this review. I had my car detailed earlier this year. Abery quoted me a fair price. He was on time and did a great job. He asked if I wanted him to clean my trunk. I really didn't care, but he said it was included in the price and I got the feeling he wanted to do my trunk, which is nice. He wasn't trying to get out of extra work lol. Amazing service. The two gentlemen came to do a full detail of my Tacoma, additionally they waxed and polished per my request. They were very punctual, the price was unbeatable and they were very thorough and took their time to clean absolutely EVERYTHING, I mean everything! My truck felt and looked brand spanking new. These guys came to wash our SUV car and their power washer triggered an electric shutdown of our car. We had to get it to shop. We complained and told them that we weren't in for the refund. Just wanted to let them know that they made that mistake. Instead of saying "I am sorry" they denied it. Then, after my partner left a review, they went there and blamed our 11 years old kid who washed our car a WEEK before. Any mothers will empathize with us. How dare they? Then they said for us to contact them directly in their comment to our review. My partner did, but they ghosted us anyway. Shameful. "I am sorry" would have gone a long way. At first, it seemed as if I got a good bang for its buck, but ahem... Granted, they cleaned well. Immediately on the next day, the car electronic system malfunctioned on us. We had to have our car towed only to be asked if we used power water pressure washer. Doesn't take a genius to figure out the connection. They said they had footage of them doing my work, offered it. I said thank you, but literally not even full 24 hours before I had the car malfunction with question being asked if I did anything with water. Luckily, seems like a system reset was all I needed to get it back running, but full day of hassle wasn't fun. Wish I paid more for someone who would know spots to not hit especially if they've powerful washer. read more

service was substandard , after he said he was done I went out to inspect the vehicle and was disappointed when I noticed that the chrome trim wasn't cleaned, also the vehicle itself was still hazy and had bug spots that I was able to remove with just a little elbow grease and some water, the interior was also a disappointment with sever area still needing to be cleaned , my wife uses spf and sometimes it comes off on the ins of the door and leaves a slight white spot, I cleaned these of with just a small amount of leather cleaner/conditioner. wish I had taken photo prior to cleaning the vehicle myself. read more
