They are close to home so I decided to stop by for a quote. Their shop was easy to find as they had signs pointing to their location once I turned on Doherty. When I walked into the office I was greeted by Michael. I told him the issue and we went out to look at my car for an estimate. I was given a fair estimate and I dropped my car off a couple days later. The repair process took only a few hours. The bodywork looked excellent as well as the paint touch up. I was truly surprised that a place like this existed...not simply a body shop (tons of those exist) but it felt like I was driving up to a valet at a resort in terms of the service quality. They treated me like they truly cared about my car and cared for me being without a car for a while. Michael was waiting for me to arrive (like a valet) and gave me a ride to get a rental car. I brought my Evo9 here after getting into an accident from recommendations from a couple car guy friends. This will be the last body shop I look for...PERIOD! There are not many clean Evo's on the road anymore so bringing my Evo to Highspeed was the best thing I could have done. Highspeed fixed the trash repairs from another body shop I had gone to previously from another accident. It's so hard to find a good body shop that will do quality work, and explain everything being done (good customer service). I had a golf ball-sized burn on my hood paint due to sanding down too much with a buffer. I brought my 2021 Miata to Highspeed and Michael gave me the rundown of cost and timeframe of the job. Jason is the painter and he assessed the damage. He said he would repaint just the affected area first and see how I like it. If I didn't like it, he said he would blend the paint with the fender. I went over when I got the call that the car was done and I was in shock. They did a phenomenal job blending the new and original paint. The metallic flakes blended perfectly, which is extremely hard to do on Mazda paint due to its multi-stage process. It was a sunny day so I looked at the painted area at every angle and I couldn't find any kind of blemish or inconsistency in the paint. We didn't have to blend the hood with the fender since the job was immaculate the first time. Jason is a true artist and a master of his craft. Michael answered all of my questions and concerns in a timely manner. A shop with great customer service and quality work usually comes at a high price, but I felt like their cost was competitive and reflective of their great work. They really turned a bad situation into an awesome one and I am grateful to have been referred to them. read more

I went through an awful experience recently with another body shop that couldn't paint match my rear bumper to the rest of the car. They resprayed my rear bumper twice and the results were slightly better. I understand paint will dry differently on plastic vs metal but the color matching was way off. I started to give up hope until I was referred to Jason. I called up Jason the day after I was referred to him and explained my situation. Right away I could tell painting was his passion and he knew his stuff. I dropped my car off the same day we spoke and he went through the process how he was going to paint my rear bumper and get it to match the rest of the car. He set expectations with me and gave me updates throughout the process. Super cool down to earth guy. About a week later I get a text with a photo of my finished car that it's ready. So far it looked amazing but I still had my reservations about the initial quality based on my previous experience with the last body shop. I get to his shop and right away Jason apologized about the minor flaw in the paint. While he's telling me this, I had a huge smile on my face under my mask. I couldn't believe it, it was perfect! He was being way too hard on himself. I couldn't find ANY flaws. It looked factory. It just goes to show how much of a perfectionist he is and the attention to detail he puts in his work. He even gave me a small canister of the leftover paint just in case we need to repaint a section of the car in the future. Jason is the best at what he does. These guys are great! Took my custom 2008 BMW 135i to these guys and they did an amazing job with finding the custom parts and paint matching afterwards. The car actually looks better than it did prior to the accident and it already looked pretty darn amazing. The true value in their service aside from repairs is their knowledge of how the auto insurance claims industry works. Trust me, the way estimates are written and submitted could cost you or save you thousands of dollars. Mike and Jason truly understand their business and are extremely cool people too. My son's car was rear ended and had to be totaled due to frame damage while my car was being repaired by Highspeed. They battled with his insurance company that tried their best to fight against totaling the vehicle and not only got him the highest valuation for his car, but also had us submit recent repair and upgrade receipts that enabled him to get thousands more than what his insurance company originally offered!
