I am very impressed with this business. Mainly with the customer service, which I truly feel is lacking these days. My mom needed her windshield repaired. They came to the house. It was all done, but my mentioned that the weather stripping or whatever it's called around her window, was missing. The tech told her a few things and it didn't make sense, but she figured he knew what he was talking about. I came home and she told me what he said about it and showed me. What he said, made zero sense. One thing was, give it 6 months the window will settle... what???! . Anyway, I called them and a manager called me back. They manager was so professional. I was shocked with how he spoke. He said the tech will come back within the week and take care of it. He apologized and it was taken care of. I will ALWAYS use this business for my windshield. This place is an absolute mess. Save yourself and dont take your car here. My car has been there for weeks and I have to keep calling them for an update. First, why do I have to call them? They NEVER call me to tell me what the status is. For the 3rd week in a row I was told its going to paint on Tuesday and should be available by Wednesday or Thursday. The quality of service by Caliber collision at 3860 Buchanan St goes above and beyond excellent customer service practices! Simply look at the pictures of how CLEAN my 2017 Taco TRD pro came out! Compare to the last 3 from the damage. Taco was at this location for about 1 month as its parts are quite rare. Customer service and advisor Manuel kept me consistently updated all the way through the repair! This location has been amazing! It's actually my 2nd time having a vehicle repaired here last year was our Camry with superb work both times. This repair they even waited on me a whole week, long enough for me to come up with the necessary amount to cover deductible. Brought my car in for repairs through State Farm. My son had a fender bender. I called them 3 times. No calls back. I get email from State Farm stating they have approved my estimate. So I was assuming Caliber would do the repairs. Talked to Jesse twice. Last call he said another guy Justin was handling my car. Never a call back from anyone. A few days later, State Farm calls me and says Caliber refuses to repair the car. I'm dumb founded at this point. No returning calls to a customer from a business is truly a disservice. Suffice it to say I took the advice of State Farm and had the car towed to another shop. This is the second time I have dealt with Caliber Collision. The other one was in Norco. I believe in second chances. NEVER again would I go or recommend Caliber Collision!! read more

I worked in the Auto Dealership Business for almost 15 years. As a parts manager I dealt directly with body shops and know very well the ins and outs. That being said, I had a minor damage caused by someone else. Her insurance covered everything so I am grateful The process from beginning to end with Caliber was excellent. Once I literally got off the phone with the Insurance Co, I received a phone call from Caliber getting the ball rolling. I got my appt and show up and by the time I was checked in, they had Enterprise there to drop off a car already for me! I didn't have to go and sit for and hour at their offices! I just saw the worst customer service ever. The lady or rude receptionist came out to start rudely talking to the tow truck driver abt where he was parking the vehicle he brought in. He was trying to explain to her with all the tows he's ever brought in no one has ever told him where to drop off the vehicle so he parks it where he was at , being out of the way of other cars. He then kindly told her he would move his truck then move the car where it needed to go. As moving his truck she came out yelling at him aren't you gonna give me the keys , which he did, then stormed off mumbling " stupid ass " the tow truck driver heard her and said I'm sorry I didn't hear you. She just kept walking. This employee had no right to treat this tow truck driver the way she did. He was only doing his job without any verbal instruction, sounds like none ever. The receptionist needs more training or be retrained on how you treat others because I'm sure if the shoes were on the other foot, she would be throwing a tantrum if she was to be talked and treated the way she talked to that hard working driver. I damaged the rear passenger back door window, of my 2016 Audi etron which is titled out. I went to Arlington CC for fixing. Rick Diaz, Service Advisor, to ask me explained how the window got titlted. After listening my story, he opened the back door of passenger side, lowered the window. He has used his hands to adjust and bent the window frame in seconds, just like Doctor treates patient with shoulder dislocation.
