I've been taking my car to Corona Auto Body for the past year, and they've made my car look brand new every time. The first time, I hit the left side of my car while leaving my garage, and they fixed it perfectly it looked brand new. The second time, my car was hit in a parking lot and my left taillight was damaged. I brought it in, and they repaired it quickly, and again, it looked brand new. I took my 2024 Toyota GR Corolla to Corona Auto Body multiple times to have the front bumper installed properly, and after THREE attempts they still failed to align and secure it correctly. The very first time they supposedly completed the repair, the paint on the bumper literally started peeling and flaking off. The bumper gaps were obvious, and instead of repairing it properly, they actually glued sections of the front bumper together without notifying me. On top of that, the front-end wiring harness was damaged while the vehicle was in their possession. I inspected the condition of the harness with them prior to installation, and they were the only shop to work on the front end afterward, yet they completely denied liability and refused to help cover the repair. I ended up replacing the damaged harness out of pocket myself. I tried to handle the situation reasonably and only asked them to correct the damage they caused, but they refused to take responsibility. Extremely disappointing experience, poor workmanship, and terrible customer service. The customer relations manager is also a joke, the shop seems out of date and out of touch with standard practices. read more

My insurance referred me to Corona Auto Body after an accident. Originally, I wanted to use Tesla, but doing so was a hassle due to the process my insurance made me follow. As such, I decided allow Corona Auto to do the repair and I was pleasantly surprised. Not only are they Tesla certified, but they were kind, communicative, and responsive. The results in the picture attached speak for themselves, and frankly, they may have done a better job then Tesla would have. While my insurance covered the cost of repairs, I did get to see the quote and compared it to Tesla. They were very close overall. read more

I have been going to Corona Auto Body for over 10 years. I live in Rancho Mirage and drive to Corona for any auto body work, that's how good they are. They are the official body shop for several local Car Dealers, which is a strong indication how good their work is. They are also the "Go To" body shop when an "insured" takes their car to non-recommended body shop and the insured is not happy, Corona Auto Body is where the insurance companies send their insured to get the job done right. See my previous review for more details. After I called again, they said they texted me 5 times, but it was probably the wrong phone number they texted. I gave them my phone number twice, and I'm usually very careful when I spell it out, so I'm not sure what that was all about. However, after about 10 mins of wait, they told me the piece they ordered for my car was already there, and I just had to go pick it up. I asked them to update my phone number and they were a bit rude and said it didn't matter if I just come fix my car. When I came, they fixed the piece onto my car very quickly with a car part worker who was very friendly, although it seems the office people there aren't too friendly in general when I called. For that reason I give 4 stars instead of 5. read more

I went in to Corona Auto Body to get an estimate to replace the headlights on my car. I knew it would be expensive but I have been a customer in the past and trust them to do a good job. Instead, he told me that I didn't want to spend that kind of money and saved me the $1,000 plus by having the headlights treated and polished to look new. What a difference! I had to double check I wasn't driving tonight with my brights on. I hope I don't require any auto body repairs anytime soon but I am going to return regularly to get my headlights treated. I sincerely appreciate the honesty and talking me out of spending the $$$$ (and time) that replacing the headlights would have cost me. Thank you!!! read more

Well, this might be wordy. But 2 Stars, is for the fact the original turnaround from drop off to getting my car back was quick. But as for Reassembly of parts and, issues with damage on car wasnt good at all. My vehicle was involved in a slight rearend with a civic. Had the rear bumper replaced, and received the car. Everything seemed great, I get to work with the car the next day and a buddy of mine asked why my car had a bunch of overspray on the rear from bumber to top of car on the passanger side, I take very good care of my car and watch what happens.. I didnt have a clue what he was talking about and low and behold there was overspray, so I contacted Corona Autobody, and made an appointment to speak to someone. The result of the conversation is that between getting my car and the following day having driven my car to work and home I got overspray somewhere, and " it is industrial overspray" cause his hand could tell the difference, is what I heard from the apprasier i spoke to and basically telling me to pound sand. Welp its something I can fix , and basically said i was going to write a review and let people know. Well a few weeks passed and now a sensor on the bumper they fixed fell out. I take it to a shop I have taken my car to previously, and they basically said they reused parts of the old bumper that secure the sensors, and basically cut costs. I wont ever take any of my vehicles here again and would suggest that if you do take it here.. do a very thorough walk around the vehicle to look for damage. As they will basically tell you that it was there prior. When infact it wasnt. Just want to let everyone know to make sure your getting what you or your insurance is paying for. Damage and some cut corners lead to other headaches. Wouldn't recommend. read more

Went in for an estimate. Ted wrote the estimate and told my insurance some of the damage to my vehicle was not caused by the accident. Ted wasn't at the scene of the accident and had ever seen my car before the incident. How does he know what happened and how it happened? I don't care if you are in the auto body business and how long you have been at it. You can't make assumptions when you were not there. Go where they will write the estimate and keep rheir opinions to themselves. read more

Excellent service from Corona Auto Body! I had damage to my fender and bumper. I dropped my car off and it looked perfect when I picked it up. It was like I never hit the trash can ! The paint color and texture matched perfectly. I use my car my own small business and really needed it on the estimated completion date. Steve went over everything with me and it was done on the day it was estimated to be completed. I know things can get in the way sometimes like parts availability, volume of cars being repaired, Ect.
