In a day and age where it seems like customer service is non-existent and no one knows what they're talking about, Jerry is absolute breath of fresh air. From our first phone call, he was so kind and took time to answer all of my questions after I'd been in an accident and it was unclear if insurance was going to be involved or not. My son recently had a fender bender requiring repair to the front bumper of his 2020 Ranger. I haven't needed an auto body shop in a lot of years. I called several local shops to get a feel for the process and was less than pleased. One was too busy to take my job. One didn't answer. One didn't want to work with my insurance. Then I called Fields. I spoke with Jerry and from the start, he was extremely nice, knowledgeable and helpful. He had no issue with the insurance piece, knew just what needed to be done and made me feel welcome in his shop. He also pre-ordered the parts he knew I would need and we set an appointment for the work. During the repair time, it was determined that additional parts would be needed (not Fields fault). That delayed the repairs a few days but Jerry went out of his way to make sure I was kept up to speed on everything with frequent text messages. The total time was a little over a week to completion. We picked up the truck today and we were extremely satisfied with the quality of the repair. They even washed the truck and had it showroom ready when we arrived. I cannot say enough about the service and quality of the repairs done. Jerry is an old school guy that believes in communication and doing the job right. Fields auto body was nothing but a good experience, they kept me informed every step of the way without me ever even meeting them, i had my car towed there and we did everything over the phone and they helped me to the best of their ability, i took my car in because it was struck on the fwy. Upon removing a few parts, they informed me that i had 2 choices to either repair what was damaged or completely total the car, they assured me that if i went with fixing the car that they would leave it brand new again, but it turned out that the car was severely damaged after they had removed several more parts, so i ended up having to total the car, Field's took care of all necessary procedures with my insurance and i was able to acquire an offer for the car and now i am able to buy me a replacement, i do not necessarily leave reviews, nor is this fake, but i strongly recommend that if you ever get into an accident and your car needs repairs then take it to fields and they will take care of you, they are extremely nice people stress free and trustworthy. read more

I had the option of going with a chosen shop through my insurance company and I'm certainly glad I didn't. Jerry and his team went far and above on every thing they did for me and my vehicle. Even when obstacles were in the way they took the time to take care of it correctly. The insurance company took its time to get the proper evaluation on the damage and when my Rental Reimbursement coverage ran out because of time constraints Jerry said no problem we will cover the difference even though the insurance company should have done so. I would first like to say I apologize to owners of the company for not writing this sooner. I told them about 2 years ago i would write them. Well I had some punk kids key my wife's 2010 Cadillac CTS. There was thousands of dollars in damages to the car. I was pissed off. I sent my wife down to them they got her set up in a rental car and they even dropped her off. I had a co-pay- this is the best part - I was tight on cash and they helped out with copay! who does that? They car was done on time time and blended in so well it looked better then before. I was already aggravated and frustrated with the whole situation partly because i had never been through anything like this. Fields Auto Body was the first place I called and I immediately felt at ease. I spoke to Jerry who was in constant communication with me through the whole process. He explained the appraisers report and educated me on the difference between original and after market parts and the pros and cons to each. Driving home from work in our brand new Subaru Outback, I was hit broadside by a driver who ran a stop sign. The salesperson who sold us the car told me that the only body shop that would be able to restore the car to like new new condition was Field's Auto body. Even though they were located 70 miles from our home we had the car towed there. It was the best decision we could have made. Jerry and his crew are the absolute best. Jerry said the first paint job did not look right in the sun and he sanded it down, rematched the paint and made sure it was perfect before sending it back to us. Frankly, this is the way Mom and Pop stores used to be like.
