I can't give this place a good review, and it's a shame. While I'm sure the quality of their work is excellent, the customer service is absolutely abysmal. Jerry, the original estimator, told me my $6,000 repair would take 10 days, not the 5 I had hoped for, telling me he liked to "under promise and overdeliver." Today is Thursday, and my car has been there for a month. The communication has been a disaster. Last Tuesday, Jerry told me my car was in the paint booth. That Friday, he called again and said it was scheduled to go into the booth. Then I was told it would be ready by this Wednesday. Today is Thursday, and a different person called me and said it might be done tomorrow. When I mentioned I was leaving for two weeks, he told me they wouldn't charge me for storage. How sweet. My car didn't have extensive damage, but they can't seem to get it done on time. It's clear they have serious issues with communication and keeping their promises. read more

I had a woman clip the rear end of my car in Los Angeles, thinking I needed to get my car repaired I checked all the reviews for auto repair in the Norco area. After reading the reviews from several repair shops, I chose to go to the All Magic Paint & Body in Norco. I was met by Miguel and he walked me through the options for my repair. After some discussion he suggested that he might be able to buff out the marks on the bumper and asked if I wanted to try that. One hour later my car looked great and I asked what he wanted and he said it's "all good". He didn't charge me as I stood in shock, that type of service you don't seem to find anymore in todays society. He could have made up a large list of items and charged me but he was thinking more about (me) his customer. I had a little accident with my Tesla. When I called Tesla, they told me that it would be faster and cheaper to go to a body shop, and this one was close by with good reviews. My experience here was very good. The front desk ladies are very nice. The car techs are really nice too. They ordered the parts and said they would call me when they arrive. That process did take months. I think that may be more on Tesla than on this body shop. They called me regularly with updates. Once the parts arrived I brought the car in and it was done in a few hours. I had a minor other issue too and they fixed that for free. The front office is clean and organized. They also have snacks and coffee! They always offer me a bottle of water when I'm here. Overall it's a great experience and I really recommend this body shop for your Tesla. read more
