This is about the most incompetent place you can take your vehicle!!! I would definitely not waste my time or money dealing with these people ever again. I cannot express how disappointed I am in this so-called business. Not only have they had my car for more than four weeks but they have given me a runaround stating it was my insurance they were waiting for when week after week it's been then we've been waiting on. I received a phone call two days ago stating my vehicle would be finished for the third time in 10 days yet my vehicle is still not done. I received a text message stating my vehicle was finished and I go to get it this morning and they're telling me they're waiting on another two parts. I'm beyond frustrated and I will be spreading the word on how UNRELIABLE AND COSTLY their services will cost your pocket. I have had to rent a car for the last almost 5 weeks and it's $300 every single week. So each week they play their game they're costing me more money when it could have just been finished in 2 MAYBBBBE 3 weeks!! not 4 to 5- Friday (tomorrow) will be 5 weeks the cars been in the shop! He admitted that it was because of the collision, he even told me he can go wherever i am to fix it. then he changed his narrative saying whoever tried to drop it down didnt do it correctly. Then he ended up saying i was calling them non stop - i have only called them TWICE today and it was civilized. He told me he's gonna call back after 20 mins. My insurance called me and told me Alex was complaining and told them he was being harassed. This is FRAUD. He shouldve fix it the first time, he didnt. Now hes saying everything to get away w it. Took my VW Jetta to Classic Collision, chose them only because I used to take it there when it was Morrisey's. Alex and team did the repairs, well, most of them but there were a few loose ends. The headliner was not tucked in, there were greasy fingerprints all over the headliner where they worked on it and they broke the plastic molding that runs from the dash to the roof and helps hold the headliner in place. When we picked up the car Alex said he'd send one of his team out to our home once the molding (they had to order) was received. Two months later no follow up and all I get is obfuscation and deflection, Alex won't answer my call. This is a dishonest way of doing business, Alex is unethical and is not someone you can trust. Additionally, a few weeks ago, I had my local VW Dealership do some work and while there they looked up the part that Alex still owes me and stated; "the part could be delivered in 2-days". I would advise taking your business to someone other than Alex !!! read more

Walked in to see what they could do to repair left rear flap that came undone while driving and hitting something on the road. I was greeted very nicely and quickly front desk called someone from the back believe it was Alex to take a look at the problem. He looked at the issue compared to other side then asked if he could take my car to the back to see what he could do. Within 5-10 min he's back and the flap is put together! I was worried it would take long and cost me $$$ to repair I now sigh of relief and I'm so happy it's fixed! Wow! The unprofessional treatment of customers is unacceptable. Will not fixed their mistakes, which would of never happened if they would do the job correctly from the start! Not a shop I would recommend for anyone. These guys only made the problem worse and will not correct it now! Rear end damages and only fixed the obvious to the eye instead of doing a professional thorough inspection and fixed the damage that was caused by the initial incident. Two days after picking up car, flat tire, lost work day money because the spare mechanism is broken from the rear end accident. Do not trust these guys! read more

I can't thank classic collision enough for all that they did for me. They fixed classic collision corona's mistakes and took great care of us. My husband was in an accident and had extensive damage done to the back of his car (trunk, bumper, taillights, etc). We took the car to classic collision corona to get the repairs done. They had the car for 2 months, 10 days and the car had several issues when we picked it up. It was Incomplete. I called Classic Collision Norco to look at the car so I could request a supplemental claim through my insurance. They got us in right away. Alex, the store manager immediately found all of the issues we noticed. He took the car in and told me not to worry about insurance. He explained that he would fix the work from their sister location and make it right. Not only did he fix everything, but he did it in a matter of a few days. My Truck was damaged do to a fallen wire. My whole experience with the staff was amazing. The office staff was absolutely attentive and supportive. from Cheryl to Alex just fantastic. When I first went there Cheryl was on the phone for quiet some time, me not having the best day was impatient, until I realized why she was on the phone for so long. I took my car to the Norco location after getting in an accident. I have a corvette, and they said they were certified to work on them. They seemed to fix the issues, but soon after picking it up I noticed the hood wasn't aligned. They were very accommodating at first and said to bring it back, and they would make the necessary adjustments. I left it there for another week. When I picked it up, things were not fixed. They took it to the back to adjust it while I waited. They seemed to make things better so I jumped in and drove home. When I got home I noticed my door was now catching. They simply fixed one problem and created another. They were less friendly when I called right back, saying they didn't do anything to the door but to bring it in again, and they would look at it. Again, I left it for a week. They did fix the door and ended up ordering new hinges for the hood through my insurance. I took my car back once again. After another week, I picked up my car, thinking we were finished, because they called and said so, but when I arrived, my car was missing a part of the grill and the front spoiler. They said they would fix the grill but that I didn't have a spoiler. After arguing about it, they said they would put one on for me. In the end, they fixed the grill and put on the wrong spoiler. Alex, the manager, said he would call his regional manager and get back to me. He never did. He also said perhaps they aren't the shop for me. It's the only thing we agree on. I've since gone to the Chevy dealer and fixed the problem but it cost me out of pocket. The pictures are hard to see because the car is low but the picture with the gap is what they gave me.
