Jorge with caliber collision Norco is extremely unprofessional. He will lie and state things are not part of the estimate. State they will be additional costs. Take additional time. He became very aggressive and lunged himself into my face because I had the audacity to question him. He was explained the estimate when my car was first taken in. He explained how the repairs would be done. Day of drop off to fix my car he changed to stating half the work is not covered and not part of the estimate. Insurance company and the estimate from caliber stated he was lying. The manager said "it is what it is" when I told him about his employees actions. read more

I made an appointment through the website got confirmation and a name of the person that was supposed to be inspecting my vehicle. When I showed that day, they couldn't find my appointment were being very rude saying I didn't schedule one even with the proof of the confirmation, then took one look at my car, which just had scratches on the side and basically said that they're not gonna touch the car because I had previous work done to the front door. I understood overall why they possibly didn't wanna touch it. Customer service was overall just horrible. You or insurance pays a lot of money so the experience overall was really important.
