Had a good experience here. From the first day I showed up for a no charge quote. Even though the damage was small and I was paying out of pocket they treated me well. The job was completed when they said it would be. They did "detail" the truck after the repair and I would say if you're picky and you can. Avoid that. It looked like my child has washed it. Maybe it was normal. But just not up to the usual standard I expect for a detail. But this was a third party, not the repair place. So not going to drop any stars for that. The people here are all so nice. I was very confused with how to go through insurance and had so many questions for them. The lady at the front desk was nice and helpful. She patiently answered so many questions and had an amazing understanding of everything. My car was pretty messed up and when I picked it up it looked brand new. I had no idea where to even begin with the process of recovering from a vehicle theft, as I've never been through anything like this before. Their connection with Enterprise Rental and limited hours for Enterprise and M&L only being opened on Saturday weekends for half a day was a The fact that my collision happened down in SOCAL and I live in NORCAL was a big factor in choosing them as my designated Mercury Insurance Repair Facility. The owner Bill tried his best to help us out giving me his personal cell phone, attempting and finally getting me into a rental on his dime, and personally taking over the repair of our Subaru. I hit something on the freeway that cracked my front bumper. I went to several body shops to get estimates. I decided to go with M&L. After comparing the estimates, I noticed M&L didn't include a couple of items that other places were saying I needed to get done. I showed M&L the estimates and they said my car didn't need those things done to fix the damage. It was probably extra things that the other places were trying to upsale the cost. So I went with M&L. They said it would take 3 days to fix. They did it in 2. Which is great because I had rented a car. Also after they removed the bumper they noticed the damage was not as bad and could reuse some of the same hardware. So they returned some of the parts they had ordered which saved me more money. They fixed my car and it looks as good as new. Color match of the paint is perfect. Overall it was a good experience. Everyone was friendly and answered all my questions.
