His shop and waiting area are basic ,don't expect much. But his savings in these areas are passed along to the customer. Based on the reviews I read, I took my car here last week for an alignment. Upon completion when I drove off the lot, the car still pulls to the right and there was zero improvement. The handling was the same. I told the guy over the phone, but he says to bring the car back in the morning time only. This makes it inconvenient as they are very limited on the time you can come in. I work during the days, so I find this hard to work around their schedule. Not worth the time and money wasted here. Frustrating to say the least. read more

Excellent job at a great price. Have an older pilot, the front end feels like butter now. He told me it was way off... If you put in new front struts , lower control arms and sway bars like I did you have to get your front end aligned right away. I waited too long and had to replace two front tires. Anyways it's a little hard to find it's back away from 6th Street. Again it's a great place. read more

Horrible experience , stopped by this morning (7/7/25) along with my toddler to get breaks fixed and the person who "helped" me was extremely rude. No customer service etiquette whatsoever and turned me away. His words were "as you can see I'm busy" "what do you need" why have a business if you're going to speak to customers with such rude language. I don't understand the positive reviews, my experience was very unfortunate. I only stopped by because of the good reviews and was treated poorly. Long story short, it took about 50 minutes, and considerably cheaper than any other place ive been at for my last 4 alignments, car drives 10 times better and the employees were nice and professional . I got referred by a shop and looked at the reviews and was very confident this shop was capable of doing the service I needed. I had a very unpleasant experience here at circle city brake. When I picked up my car I come to my front lip cracked that I had just installed 3 days ago, David gave me a discount on the alignment and it kind of made up for it even though it did make me furious. Next as I drive off I kept hearing squeaking in the back, I had sway bars installed on my car and thought maybe the bushings needed grease. I stoped by an autozone for grease come home and lift the car to find out the rear sway bar is missing a bolt!!! How is this even safe?? I call the place and he tells "me bring it in tomorrow I'll see what I can do" are u kidding me?? Not even a sorry or anything of the sort. I wish I never brought my car here, u shouldn't have all those referrals when your work is dishonest and half assed. I had a bad feeling about it should've listened to my gut. UPDATE: I ordered the new bolt from the dealership and picked it up (2 days without a car). I lifted the car and the new bolt wouldn't go in. I found out the stupid technician that installed the sway bar over torqued the bolt and snapped it inside the subframe. This shop doesn't take accountability for shit the owner and his fake ass mechanic say the car came in like that, if it did why would they even bothered touching it. I showed up and my car was taken on the spot, they were able to perform the alignment within 15 minutes and was back on the road in no time at all. Pretty cool because I arrived with only about 30 minutes before they closed. Truly wanted to take my business to a local repair shop. Unfortunately after several attempts ( 3 times) at trying to be fair and allowing the owner of this establishment to correct the poor brake job, they failed. Never once admitting to not having the rotors resurfaced or using non- Honda brake pads as promised using. Then claiming the grinding noise I clearly heard in the front was actually coming from the rear brakes which are perfectly fine.
