I went to get my tire checked out for a nail and asked them if they could do it and they told me they couldn't due to the fact my tires were practically bald. I had heard that from another place as well. Had just been putting this off for too long. I got a few different quotes, which ranged from places nearby that were exclusively used tires, to other places that had new tires as well. The prices here were a little bit higher, but still competitive. The reason I chose this one was because of the warranty, one from the manufacturer- one from the shop. I didn't opt in for the shop one because I don't expect to off-road my vehicle or get crazy. But also the guy, I think his name was Stephen, he informed me that the quote I got for used tires was low for a reason So I chose to get new tires They told me they would take an hour to an hour and a half. I walked across the street to the library to sit in the air-conditioning and answer some work emails and I came back in an hour and a half and it was done exactly. Before coming here, Costco inspected the tire and told me that because I had driven on it, the inside lining of the tire had been damaged. They warned me that continuing to drive on it could be dangerous and that hitting something like a pothole could potentially cause the tire to fail. I brought the tire here because I had a warranty on it and specifically explained what Costco had told me. I was told there was nothing wrong with the tire. I questioned it because I was concerned about the internal damage, and I was told that another technician had checked it as well and that the tire was fine. The very next day, my tire pressure light came back on. I took the vehicle to the Riverside location, where they inspected it and told me that the tire was in fact damaged on the inside and that there was also a nail in the tire. This was extremely frustrating and concerning. I relied on the first location to properly inspect my tire and give me accurate information, especially when it involved something that could affect my safety. Instead, I was reassured that there was nothing wrong, only to have another location confirm the exact issue I had originally brought to their attention. I understand that mistakes can happen, but when it comes to tires and vehicle safety, an incorrect inspection can have serious consequences. I'm very disappointed with the quality of service and the inaccurate information I received, especially after I specifically asked them to double-check the tire.

When I got back, I brought it to America's Tire in Norco. They checked it out, were able to safely repair the tire, and didn't charge me anything for the repair. I really appreciate the honesty and great customer service, especially after being told elsewhere that my only option was buying a new tire. Fast, helpful, and trustworthy service.
