    I found this shop on Teslas website listed as a Tesla Preferred auto body shop and decided to bring our Tesla Model 3 here for repairs after a small accident. We were greeted by Sam who did a phenomenal job of explaining the repair process and insurance details. He handled everything for us, keeping us in the loop of the progress, with texts and pictures throughout the entire process. They even finished the work ahead of schedule. The repairs were top tier. Paint match is perfect and the car looks brand new. To top it off they even cleaned our interior of the car! I expected the outside to be washed, due to the external repair but was pleasantly surprised by the clean interior. Also, the repairs are backed by a lifetime warranty. I highly recommend Picasso!     Like she was never broken Gio took the absolute utmost care of my car and brought my girl back to life Took about the exact estimated time he had told me from the get go and even had her cleaned inside and out before giving her back to me He had mentioned to me making sure I got the best products and made sure they weren't used.     Update: My car ended up being ready sooner than expected, and boy does she look beautiful. From intake to pickup, it was 5 complete business days to finish the job (dropped off 4/22, picked up 4/30). Everything looks fantastic, and I cannot say enough about the staff at Picasso Auto Body.     Excellent experience! Above and beyond! Had our Tesla Model 3 repaired at Picasso Auto Body Shop (rear bumper repaired after being rear-ended). The experience was outstanding in every aspect. From the quality of repairs to the exceptional customer service, to Picasso's flawless and smooth integrations with my Insurance company (Tesla Insurance). Picasso surpassed my expectations in every single area. Firstly, the quality of the repairs was superb. The bumper looks factory brand new. Attached are before and after photos, but I don't think the photos do it justice. Impeccable workmanship, this autobody shop is in my eyes just the same as going to Tesla Service Centers, but in some ways, more personalized. Will explain more on this below. Despite having the option to choose Tesla's own service center in Aliso Viejo or to go with another nearby shop that was literally 2 mins from my house, I decided to go with Picasso which was 20 mins from my house... the X factor for me was their phenomenal customer service experience when I first made calls to different repair shops. Tesla Insurance (which I also had a GREAT experience with) gave me the option to go with their own Tesla Service Center or to go with one of their Certified Partners (Picasso and others on their list of approved partners). When initially reaching out to service centers Picasso answered my phone calls almost immediately, was patient, and extremely thorough in answering my multitude of questions... and I got a gut feeling this is the type of auto body repair that is RESPONSIVE and cares about their customer service just as much as they care about the repairs. Their quality of repairs is in my estimation just as good as Tesla Service Centers, but with the added benefit of personalized customer care, responsive customer care. Additionally, was impressed by the cleanliness and organization of the service center. This is a highly professional and organized company. They have systems and processes in place that likely ensure a certain level of consistency in how they treat everyone. Picasso operates with the utmost professionalism and has seamlessly integrated systems with Tesla and Tesla Insurance. I was a little worried about the integration going into it, but it was such a SMOOTH experience. My rep at Tesla Insurance would literally call me with an update on the Insurance side, release a payment to the Auto Body shop from their side, and in a few seconds Picasso's systems already had the payment and update. Just a smooth, very smooth experience. Communication between various parties was excellent. Couldn't have been better. Lastly, while I initially brought my car in for only a back bumper repair, I was pleasantly surprised to find that they had gone the extra mile by cleaning and vacuuming the interior of my car. That's the character of the people who run Picasso. We had ZERO expectation on this. It was an unexpected and generous gesture that demonstrated their commitment to excellence and attention to detail. That was really cool. Overall, my experience at Picasso was exceptional, and I wholeheartedly would recommend them to friends, family, and fellow Tesla owners. The bumper looks like a factory-like repair, and the personalized customer service is what I most appreciated. I was initially when calling around, on the fence, "Do I go with Tesla's own service center or one of their certified auto repair shops?" I would personally go with Picasso again and again. Simply because, in my estimation the quality of their repairs is on equal footing with Tesla Service Centers but I also got a personalized, consistent (with the same people), and thorough customer service experience. Personalized care matters to me. If you're big on communication in addition to quality/excellence of repair, like I am, this is the X factor in my eyes when it comes to Picasso. My gratitude and appreciation to everyone at Picasso Auto Body Shop for their professionalism, factory-like repair, and the exceptional care and communication they provided throughout the process.

We agreed to proceed. However, compared to Walters Mercedes-Benz of Riverside, which frequently offers complimentary diagnostic coupons and service promotions, the overall value was not as attractive. I am not certain whether this shop uses genuine Mercedes-Benz OEM parts. In my opinion, aftermarket parts or parts represented as "OEM equivalent" do not match the quality and reliability of genuine Mercedes-Benz dealership parts. I recommend that customers verify exactly what parts are being installed and compare pricing with the dealership before authorizing repairs. The biggest issue that caused this shop to lose my business involved my son's vehicle being diagnosed by Jojo as having flood damage. We filed an insurance claim, and after speaking with the insurance adjuster, I learned that a request had been made for the insurance company to send payment directly to the shop. Because the vehicle was fully paid off, I expected any insurance payment arrangements to be discussed with me first. I was upset because I never authorized direct payment to the shop. After arranging for the insurance payment to be sent directly to me instead, I later contacted Anita regarding repairs to my vehicle. The repair quote I received was significantly higher than I expected, which caused me concern about the overall cost of the repairs. Another issue that negatively affected my experience was a comment Anita made to me: "You are lucky you got part of the adjuster money; you would have gotten NOTHING elsewhere lol." I found that statement unprofessional, inappropriate, and disrespectful. Overall, I strongly encourage customers to compare repair estimates directly with the dealership before authorizing work. In my experience, independent shops are not always less expensive than dealerships. While some shops advertise lower hourly labor rates, the final estimate may increase through additional labor hours or other charges. Customers should also consider transportation costs. Unlike Walters Mercedes-Benz, which provided transportation assistance and a loaner vehicle, Prestige Automotive did not offer me a ride, rideshare service, or a loaner vehicle. As a result, customers may need to pay for rental vehicles or arrange their own transportation, which can significantly increase the overall cost and inconvenience of the repair. You will end up paying more than a dealership for less quality than a dealership . Based on my experience, careful comparison shopping is essential before deciding where to service your vehicle.

    I had such a great experience with King of Hybrid Auto Repair and I honestly can't recommend them…read moreenough. Their knowledge and attention to detail really stood out to me. In some ways, I feel like the quality of work was even better than what I've experienced at a Tesla service center. They fixed the AC blower motor on my 2017 Tesla Model S and it made a huge difference right away. Everything was done efficiently and professionally, and they kept me informed the entire time. I also really appreciated that they use OEM Tesla parts because it gave me peace of mind knowing the repair was done the right way. What I loved most was how transparent they are. They use a system that texts you updates and actually shows you the parts that need attention, so you can see exactly what's going on with your car. It made me feel comfortable and confident that they were being honest and not trying to get over on me. On top of that, they took the time to provide me with a maintenance plan so I can keep my car in the best shape possible. That meant a lot because it shows they really care about helping you take care of your vehicle long term. If you have a Tesla or hybrid, I definitely recommend going to King of Hybrid Auto Repair.
