I had an issue where some overspray from the sprinklers caused hard water spots on my daughter's car. I was surprised that when I took it for a wash and wax at the local car wash that the water stops didn't come off. I contacted many local car detailers via Yelp asking about water spot removal. Many places didn't respond, some responded but didn't read my request thoroughly. Bumper to Bumper contacted me and knew exactly what I was looking for. Scheduling took some time as I only work from home a few days per week. Bumper to Bumper showed up on the specified date at the specified time and gave the car a mild acid bath, washed, clay barred, polished and waxed. There were two of them so they double-teamed on the job using two buffers on opposite sides. Since there were two of them it didn't take too long like I thought. I posted some before photos but forgot to take some after photos and will do so as a follow-up to my review. I was pleased with the result and will use them again if needed. Five stars! read more

Arrived to my house and got right to work after discussing what was needed and everything was clean above and beyond. Very Detailed work,headlights were very dull and dogged due to age of the truck and the heat of lights but Stephen restored them to new and the paint As well was very dull and lost its lust but he gave it a wash and clay barred it and the paint correction was awesome after the micro swirls were gone after countless drive thru car washes and those horrible brushes. I had a detail on my 2014 Toyota Camry and I needed a detail after all of the sporadic rains and driving wear and tear... So I called and asked about my car and the guys quoted me $125 for car wash, wax, no shampoo on carpets and $175 for carpets to be washed. I told the guy that I was getting my seats reupholstered and that he wouldn't need to worry about it. I asked about a discount because my family deals with a lot of cars.. flipping, selling, personal car etc. and I could use his service much more and he said that he would take care of me. I booked a Saturday and he came over looked at my car and quoted that it would be $175. He washed my car, it looked nice, but he didn't shampoo my carpets... I paid $185 ($175+tip) and found out that the inside carpets weren't shampooed. I told him not to touch the seats, but $175? Okay... I did my due diligence and tipped but I can't help but feel jipped and I have to say that I won't be using his services again... read more

I hate leaving bad reviews...but...sometimes people/services deserve them. So let me say that I was told by 2 really good sources that Bumper to Bumper delivers a great service so I was really happy to reach out. The main reason for my call to Bumper to Bumper was to have my office serviced on a weekly or bi-weekly service agreement. In short, we had anywhere between 10-15 cars to wash and a great parking lot with shade and ample space to do it in. I called and sent messages, and Bumper to Bumper was quick to answer and requested to stop by to see what sort of work they would be looking at. They stopped by our office and took a look at the place. At the end of the visit, the young man who showed up stated that they would be interested in handling our account on a bi-weekly service and that I could expect to see him the following week. I was please with the visit and released an email to the office telling them pricing and scheduling. Everyone was happy. I was told that Bumper to Bumper would show up on every other Thursday from 9 a.m. - 1 p.m. Last Thursday comes around and no one showed. I called and left messages and even messaged Bumper to Bumper on Yelp. Everyone at the office was absolutely pissed with me because they expected a service that didn't happen. Now, usually I wouldn't complain about such a thing, but some of our sales people who needed to entertain clients that day showed up thinking they were going to get a wash and didn't get one. Let's just say I was extremely embarrassed. I finally got a message back from Bumper to Bumper about someone being sick and not being able to make it and that they didn't even realize they had committed to servicing my office. I understand everyone gets sick. I get sick too. The difference is, when I'm not expecting to go into the office, I always give a head's up to my employees and mgmt. In fact I think that a head's up about not being able to work or attend a function is the standard. I would expect such a highly recommended service to follow the same standard. read more
