My appointment was confirmed quickly after the request. They texted to confirm and again on the morning of the appointment. They arrived on time and did a great job. On the reservation I told them about a stain in the back and he asked about it at the beginning of the appointment - and managed to remove it. Martin and his team do an excellent job at home car wash/detail service. We have a Rav 4 so it's a type of suv and they clean it so well in just under a hour or so. They also add a sealant that prevents water marks after it rains so the car looks shiny for a while. They will set up bi-weekly or monthly appointments so we can schedule in advance. Great team, they do everything and you just walk out to clean car! Love them! read more

I contacted Martin about a car to clean. I let him know that the job would entail cleaning up vomit. I explicitly asked if this is a job he would be able to take on, to which he assured me he could. Martin was fast to respond and very flexible. I paid him extra for being accommodating given the logistical pitfalls he was encountering. (Not being able to access an outlet, nobody being home, etc.) He charged me a reasonable $150, I gave him $170 for his troubles. I did this in good faith assuming he had done the job appropriately.The exterior was fine and clean but the sole reason I hired him was to clean up the vomit in the passenger side seat. I was throughly disappointed when I saw remnants of the vomit I had asked him to clean. While Martin was fast, reasonably priced, and exterior was fine, I cannot recommend him because he simply did not clean the vomit in a satisfactory manner. He assured me he could, and he didn't. When asked about it, he said sorry he thought he had cleaned it all. If you want to hire Martin for something fast, he's great. If you want someone who is thorough, I'm not sure he would be the best person to contract. read more

Waste of $80. Didn't vacuum thoroughly, didn't even get the drink i spilled off my interior it was still sticky, didn't get the water spots off. These guys rush and act like they know what they're doing when they don't. I could have just ran my car through an automatic car wash and vacuumed it out myself. Totally not worth the price Disappointed in the service all together. Can't believe i paid and tipped them. They have got to be paying people for these 5 star reviews because the job was truly unacceptable. Give your money to someone else please, and to someone who actually cares about your car. Martin and his guy made our old beater look brand new again. Best detail we have ever gotten on our car plus we got a regular wash on our other car and it also looked amazing.
