I came across Mike's business trying to find a place closer to me in Ontario that was still open and able to take my car for detailing randomly on a Sunday afternoon. Mike answered when I called and was responsive and friendly so I decided to bring it in. There was plenty of parking around the building in a good location not too far off the freeway. He also does tinting and other services but since my windows were already tinted I just got the wash/detail done. I am going to be a regular whenever I need detailing services because they did a great job on my car! The shop was able to take me right away and I sat outside on a chair and waited - took a couple hours but they cleaned and polished it meticulously inside and out - carpets, vacuuming, the works, even washed under the hood and made it look sparkling clean and brand new. I just had a great experience with Mike Shahzad, the owner/operator. His 20+ years experience and customer service really shows through. I happened to drive by his shop and saw his ad first $199 complete car (or $149 all legal windows; see attached photo of his flyer). I only needed one window replaced. Rather than upsell me to replace all 4 window tints, he took the time to measure the current tint and match it with his products. I opted to pay a little extra for the 3M tint. But even that cost was more than reasonable ($60 instead of $40 for the basic tint). He was patient to explain the process. He never pressured me to buy what I don't need. I observed him work carefully and efficiently. Done in less than 30 minutes. Mike is sincere and meticulous. I will bring all my vehicles to Mike. I found my go-to tint shop in the Norco area. I haven't gotten my car detailed (interior/exterior) in 2 years since purchasing it, and Mike gave the car a much needed spruce up! My dog isn't a big fan of car rides and has thrown up in the car a few times; I couldn't get the smell out and Mike gave it a really good clean and even hit it with the Ozone to help with any bacteria that may have been hiding. He also gave me tips on how often to get the car waxed and the importance of up keeping it to prevent any unwanted wear and tear. Took my CT6 Cadillac there today and distinctly asked to get smudges and/or water spots removed. Micheal the new owner of 11 months said he can remove with clay bar and then add paint sealant for $200. Needless to say, my car looked the same as when I took it in. Looks like all he did was wash it.. . I have taken my cars there twice before Micheal took over and was very pleased, hence me coming again.
