Great service and quality ceramic tint. The price was VERY reasonable, I would definitely recommend Monster Tint and will be sending my other cars over to them.
Tint Monsters Norco did an amazing job tinting my windows. Highly recommend you will not be disappointed. Pricing was also good too.
**AVOID, AVOID, AVOID*** I received a quote via text and decided to book an appointment for the ceramic option of $379. When it came time to pay, he charged me $408.00, stating the reason for the additional charge was because the $379 was a cash only price. Why would you wait until it's time to mention this? You can see, their quote mentions nothing about cash, or cash only price. If this would have been mentioned PRIOR to the start of work, I would have had cash.
Took my Tesla Model Y to get tinted and the lady that helped me was very knowledgeable on what I needed to accomplish what I wanted. Also not to mention very friendly! I could feel the heat difference almost immediately! If you are new to tinting I would highly recommend it!
I had my Tesla Model Y tinted at Tint Monsters at their Norco location. The complete process was very easy from start to finish. Drop off, went to work, came back and the car was all done. I never had any concerns with the safety of my vehicle at this location. When I walked in to pick up and pay, the shop was clean and very well organized. The window film installed was a Ceramic film all around including the windshield. 50% Windshield & 20% Sides & rear Windshield
If I could rate solely on customer service, I would give this place 5 stars because the owner Adriana is very kind and helpful! However, I took my brand new car here to be tinted. The first time, there was a bunch of bubbles in the back. I reached out and Adriana was more than happy to fix it! Awesome, right? I took it back, got it fixed free of charge. I let the tint cure , and again, there were white bubbles all over the back. I was told it's because my car had imperfections. However, the bubbles were in different spots than the first time. I was also told they couldn't fix it again because it could possibly damage the defroster lines. I got some of my money back, which I appreciated. But now I'm in a brand new car with tint that's messed up everywhere. It's embarrassing and I'm just really upset about it because I was excited about my new car. I'd say if you are into your car and want perfection, do NOT go here.
5 stars for Tint Monster's. Moving to Riverside County from OC, my car retains a lot of heat so I wanted to get tint on my windows. Did some research on yelp for some local shops. After getting a few quotes, decided to hire Tint Monster's to do the job and I'm happy I did. First, Adriana was very friendly and great to work with, she offered some suggestions and showed me some options. While Tint Monster's wasn't the cheapest option available, the service provided and quality of workmanship was well worth the amount paid. Still competitive compared to other shops that quoted me for ceramic tint. Still need to let the tint settle as I just brought my car in, however, I'm happy with the service and results so far. I can already feel the difference in temperature when driving my car. Highly recommended. lm bringing my wife's car next. Thank you, Adriana.
Had my Camry tinted here at Tint Monsters Norco on 5/18/24. Wanted to wait till Tint Cured making sure everything was fine before leaving a review. I must say I am very pleased with the job well done at Tint Monsters Norco. I was greeted and helped by Adrianna, very nice and friendly person, She definitely will take the time and undivided attention to personally answer any questions and suggest any recommendations to your inquiries. Setting up a appointment with her was a breeze. Dropped off the car at my appointment time around 9:45am and was pretty much done around 11:45. Not too long of a wait, Had one car ahead of me, pretty sure I would've waited much less if I wasn't waiting for the other car. But needless to say, the wait is worth it for the end results. Film is computer cut for precise fitting to your vehicle, which is a plus! There is a Chevron station right next door with a nice lobby if your willing to wait around, or you can grab a bit to eat at Fantastic Cafe which is pretty much next door. Many thanks again to Adrianna and staff at Tint Monsters Norco. Highly Recommended! Film Installation: Ceramic IR 20% Rear 50% Front Windows

My girlfriend's Dad recommended me this place since he got his tints here, I was not disappointed, far from it! I came in as a walk in and they got me started right away, this place is conveniently located near a pretty good spot to wait and eat nearby at! Everyone is nice, friendly and knowledgeable. Service was pretty quick and easy, prices are reasonable and fair. I would gladly go back here for my future tints, shoutouts to Adriana for helping me out my first visit! read more

I Would NOT recommend this place. My husband and I recently purchased a new car and wanted to tint the windows. After some research, with no luck, friends of ours recommended this place and raved about how amazing they were. After hearing their positive review we decided to go ahead and book our appointment. We called and spoke with a lady who quoted us $300.00 with the $100 deposit that would go towards our service. We promptly made an appointment for Saturday 10/5/24. Well come Friday 10/4 my husband kept getting a phone call from a number he didn't recognize. After a few more calls he decided to answer to a gentlemen asking us if we could reschedule our appointment because the shop had been broken into and that we would be given a 30% discount for the inconvenience. Being understanding of the situation we rescheduled for Saturday 10/12. As we neared the date for our appointment we hadn't heard from anyone from the shop confirming our appointment, so we started getting concerned. My husband tried reaching out to the number provided on their website with no luck. We continued to try over and over again, and left messages, but still couldn't reach anyone. Finally, we got a call back saying that our appointment was never rescheduled for the 10/12 but for 10/19. My husband and I were confused and frustrated because we clearly said the 12th. After this we were becoming more and more upset at the unprofessionalism of this company but decided to give them a second chance and wait until the 19th. Well, after no confirmation of our appointment all week long, AGAIN, and numerous times trying to call, leaving messages to see if we were still scheduled in for the 19th we FINALLY got a call back today 10/18 from the lady saying that we were now going to be charged $600.00 for the tint instead of the $300.00 we initially got quoted. She also said that that initial quote we got was just that, "a quote" and that she could not provide us with the 30% discount because the gentlemen that called us to reschedule our appointment had no authority giving those discounts. We canceled!! Not only are we getting the runaround but are now being told that the quote we initially got would no longer be valid. After my husband asked for his deposit back the lady got all weird about it and said that she would have to call us back in a few hours to see if that's something she can do. This place is so unprofessional and it's extremely hard to get ahold of anyone. I think that if you give a quote to your customers, it should be honored. We waited three damn weeks for our window tint for them to tell us that the price would be even more. Horrible service and lack of communication with their customers. Make is easier for your customers to get in contact with your staff and make sure that whomever you have calling your customers is authorized to!! Now I'm just hoping we get our deposit back. Such a shame that this had to be our experience as the reviews I had initially read were great. I won't be recommending this place to anyone. Thanks for nothing. UPDATE: The owner of the shop keeps messaging me saying I have the wrong shop and it wasn't her shop. That I'm confusing her shop with another. She keeps saying she doesn't have record of her speaking to my husband or have any record of our car. Well, she wouldn't have that information because I didn't give my husbands name ( who she was in direct contact with) or did I give the make and model of our car in my initial review. So it's obvious she wouldn't know that information. As far as me being "confused" I'm not and will post the photos from her company that I received. I feel that this woman is being deceitful and mad that she got a bad review and is trying anything she can to get me to take it down. Photos show it is very much her shop. read more

My 5 star experience began when I called in for a quote. After discussing a few details which were handled with the outmost patience and courtesy by Adriana. I then decided to show up for the service. Adriana was also the installer and her price was the same on the phone as in person. No gimmicks or tricks / hidden cost. She provided a clean environment, fast service and the beautiful end result was the icing on the cake" I would strongly recommend This place for your tint needs. read more

I called a bunch of places before I came across this one. They are super friendly and welcoming. Good, affordable prices and I'm really content with the job that they did with my tint. It was terrible before hand--the bubbles, peeling all smeared in the rear window but now I can see much, much better--practically brand new! They were also super accommodating with me since I wasn't able to pick up my car the day that I was supposed to and they offer to store my car away in order for me to pick it up the following day. Overall, a pleasant and wonderful experience! Would recommend to any body looking to get their windows tinted, check them out!! read more

After looking at local tint shops in my area on Yelp I decided to go to Tint Monster's. Once I got there I was greeted by Adriana and she gave me a quick consultation on the different types of tints they have and showed me a demo/example of how each tint works against keeping heat out. I'm glad she did because I decided to go with the ceramic tint which turned out to be a great choice. They did a phenomenal job and it only took about two hours on a Saturday. Super happy with the results and our car looks great! read more
