Wasn't the place I was suppose to get my windows tinted at, but Alberto could be a little persuasive. Took my car in to get front window and sunroof tinted a week ago. My fault for not checking the correct shop because this tint installation is horrible and lazy! I'm no expert at window tint but I've gotten my car windows tinted a few times before and I've never seen work done like this. Extra tint material was left hanging around, edges were a mess. I couldn't capture the lint bubbles in my front window tint but they're there! I took it back, pointed out the mess, just takes a box cutter and cuts off excess material then messes up the edges even more. Proceeds to tell me everything looks good. Like buddy! No it's not! This is rushed, lazy work! I overpaid for this crap that's for sure. Don't bother with this shop!

These guys are professional, straight forward, and transparent. All the things you want when something is going on with your car. We went over the packages they had to offer, the differences between each of them, why some are better than others, and that there is a life time guarantee on the work. When California sun is bearing down on yo ur car; you want something to keep it cool. These guys nailed it on my car and my only complaint is that the work took longer than expected. But if you want it done right, you'll allow for whatever time is needed. Thanks gents

I had the front end of the car (hood, bumper, grill) protected with PPF at GG Window tinting. Paul did a wonderful job. He is very detailed in his work. The car looks amazing, it's shiny, easy to clean off sap, dead bugs etc., most importantly offers protection. You can really feel the difference. It's worth every cent. Both Luis Alberto and Paul offered great customer care.

The tint itself came out beautiful however, the rubber guards on my windows were burnt off. I didn't have window tint before and that isn't normal wear and tear- it's melted. Even though the tint came out nice, I now have to replace all my windows rubber guards which is going to run about $94 just for parts.

I recently bought a car and needed to get my front windows tinted so it won't be a fishbowl. I got quotes and GGs original quote was a low price. They had availability right away so I was able to quickly arrive. You pull into a large warehouse where the car is protected from shade and heat. After talking he informed me that was the lowest price and they also have other higher quality options. After I made my final selection, they got started right away and finished in 20 minutes. May 7, 2026 There is definitely a language barrier Of misinterpretation WHY would I want to change the back to the same color when the factory tint was just fine!? WHY!? I had asked for blue all around Now they are saying that was miscommunicated ! ?? ! How do I know if they really did the job!? ? And they just did the front windshield? ! Wtf the sides doesn't even look blue they said ooh let it dry the color will pop out BS Was that $ $ spent as a SCAM read more

I just bought a new car and was not happy with the tint job I received from another shop. Unfortunately I went to a previous tint shop twice before and was very disappointed with their work. I came across GG Window Tint and decided to try them out. Not only did GG Window tint strip all the previous tint, they re-tinted my whole car including my windshield. I called a few hours before closing requesting a quote, they were able to get my car in & finish the same day in a few hours. I left the tint shop very happy. Definately check this place out if you're considering PPF. They beat every other shops quotes and was able to get it all done in a day, ask for Paul, he's really a perfectionalist and is great at what he does. I see most of these reviews are for tint but they also do PPF so if you're even considering if stop by and ask for Paul he was very generous with my quote on a difficult front end ppf since I have a widebody kit and did an amazing job. I'd recommend this shop to anyone considering ppf they'll not only give you the best quote but get it done asap and Paul is really experienced with this and it shows he loves what he does! read more

How this place has 4.5 stars is puzzling to me to say the least. I was looking for a tint shop that was open on a Sunday and I found this place and I wish the heck I had waited! First off let me say that I have been back there 3 times and my tint looks like crap, all 7 pieces of glass have bubbles everywhere, edges don't look right, the two windows he replaced the tint on the bubbles are now in a different spot. He tried to tell me it is the glass? WTH. I have had at least 20 cars of mine tinted, I also was a head painter at a collision shop for years so I am very familiar with cars of all makes and models and I never heard that one before! (I guess the glass causes shifting bubble locations) SMH!! Oh and I guess the glass is also bad on my wife's Grand Caravan R/T he did her 2 windows right after mine..and yeah bubbles there as well.. Also when he worked in the back seat of my BMW he scuffed the finish off of the center console with what I assume was his shoe, broke the headrest clip on back seat. I would have not even bothered mentioning the scuffs and broken clip if the tint job was good, even after 3 times in. In closing I am going to have to take this to an actual professional because I don't want him near my car again. Have all the tint removed and replaced. That for sure wont be cheap. Save yourself the headache. Take my advice and look elsewhere, Wish I did!! read more

I was referred from one of colleague at work as I was impressed of tint on his vehicle. I just picked up my new Rivian and needed to get this vehicle tinted as it's basically a fishbowl. I messaged the shop and Jorge replied back immediately. I texted him what I wanted and he quoted me a great price. The best thing about this shop is that they work on the weekend as it's hard for me to take off time from work to drop off the Rivian. Jorge and the team worked with my drop off schedule and had it done at the time promised even with the issue they had to redo the windshield. They kept me posted on the timeframe and professional. Me being the biggest OCD found my vehicle to be cleaner than I first brought it in that morning. I'm super impressed with the service they delivered and the excellent communication that I'll be taking my vehicles and providing referral to my friends and customers to this shop.

I had a system installed in my Polaris Slingshot about a year and a half ago, and since then I've had to return to the shop at least 6 times for ongoing issues with the equipment. I don't live nearby, so every visit meant arranging and paying for an Uber after dropping off my vehicle, which has been extremely inconvenient. I also want to be clear--I spent a lot of money here. Not just a small amount, but a few thousand dollars. For that kind of investment, I expected quality and reliability. Instead, I'm now being told my equipment is basically no good anymore. So what does that mean--I'm supposed to spend thousands of dollars every year and a half just to keep a working system? That's unacceptable. The biggest issue is the quality of the equipment. I was told I was getting aqua/marine-grade products, but that clearly hasn't been the case. The system has not held up the way it should, especially for what was promised. Customer service was also disappointing. When I asked to speak with the owner/manager, I was given multiple excuses before I was finally able to speak with him in person--and even then, it was excuse after excuse. Instead of solutions, I got no real accountability. On top of that, the initial inspection and diagnosis were not thorough. I was told over the phone that they would "call me back again after doing a more thorough inspection," which raised concerns about how carefully things were being handled in the first place. Lastly, the warranty they promote doesn't seem to actually exist in practice. When issues came up, there was no real support or accountability. Overall, I'm very frustrated. What started as a good experience turned into repeated problems, wasted time, and added expenses. I would not recommend this shop based on my experience.

The first time I walked in, I noticed there are multiple awards for Tint competitions that Dan has won. They also only carry Solar Guard and are one of the bigger manufacturers of Tint Film and offers a warranty that A-1 stands behinds the film and his installation. Warning: Yes, you might find a cheaper Tint quote at the local swapmeet or some car wash that does tint also, but they might use some inferior Film brand to save a few bucks and the installation could bubble up, discolor or peel after time. To me I rather pay a little more to get a quality film and award winning skilled installation. Better to pay one time for quality than to pay 2x for a crappy tint! Just go with A-1! This place is amazing! Did a wonderful job on my husband's car windows, very clean work with good quality tint, no bubbles or any deformities. Alberto is the owner and so friendly. The shop is very clean, and nicely kept, TV on the wall playing soccer, nice clean couches to sit on and a huge table with plenty of chairs. You can sit and watch TV or watch them place the tint on your car. Alberto even placed a sticker over the window buttons to prevent an accidental roll down!
