The privacy upgrade is a game changer,you can barely see inside from the outside now, which makes the car feel way more secure and comfortable. What I didn't expect was how much cooler the car stays. Even after sitting in the sun, it's noticeably less hot when I get in, and the AC doesn't have to work as hard. Driving during the day is also easier on the eyes since the tint cuts down glare a lot. We contacted the shop expecting it to be covered under warranty, but they did not want to fix it. Saw a video trying to get this shop cancelled over some tiny bubbles in their tinted window. I'd like to say for 165$ that was a damn good tint job especially for 165 dollars. They even offered to fix it but she is being insanely reasonable. If you see this review come to this shop they're affordable and if they mess something up they offer to take care of it read more

They are very unprofessional and rude. My car was damaged while in their hands during the window tinting. When I tried to get them to fix the damage, the owner over the phone made an excuse saying my car is old and the glass was going to fall off anyways therefore not wanting to fix the damage. His proposal was to have me go to an upholstery shop & have them glue the glass to the vinyl to hold it in place. I've spoken to 4 upholstery places & they all said the proper way is to replace the whole top. The glue way is a temporary fix and neither the 2 places that the owner recommended for me to get it fix would warranty their work. The owner is very rude & unprofessional. He has a very bad business ethic. He even hung up on me while talking to him. Please stop making excuses for the problems your shop created & just take care of it like acreal responsible business. I'll never recommend this place. Beware and take your chances. It's all good if nothing goes wrong, but if it does, do you really want a company to make excuses to cover up their responsibilities? They even wanted me to pay the extra $70 that the Groupon voucher never mentioned for the $199 package as their least amount basic tint job goes for $250 plus tax. Wow, my car is damaged & will cost over $2k to fix and your only thinking about your $70 I owe you? Is this the company you want working on your vehicle? read more
