I had previously scheduled an appointment but unfortunately missed it due to working a night shift. I later stopped by in person & mentioned I missed an appointment. Instead of addressing my question directly, he began providing an extended explanation about a "Busy Day" & "Appointments", which was not relevant to my inquiry. I politely indicated that I would call back to schedule an appointment, but he continued speaking and stated that he was "not finished" with his ted talk. At that point, I chose to leave, as the interaction was useless. I decided to take my vehicles to a trusted tint guy in Orange County, where both cars were completed without issue.
