Travis is great ! He was able to repair the crack the same day ! Great service and great pricing !

I would strongly advise looking elsewhere for your auto glass needs. My experience with Safe Choice Auto Glass was extremely frustrating from start to finish. Unlike their previous operation, where you could easily reach a live person and they would help coordinate directly with your insurance company, everything is now handled through automated text messages. I was never able to get a live representative on the phone despite multiple attempts. After being told to contact my insurance company myself and open a claim (something Safe Choice used to handle for customers), I completed the process and attempted to follow up. Again, no answer--just more automated texts. Eventually, I received a text message to schedule an appointment and booked service for 8:30 AM on Tuesday, 6/2. The problem? Nobody ever showed up. No phone call, no text, no email, and no explanation. I wasted my entire morning waiting for a technician who never arrived. The company advertises itself as "#1 in Windshields," but based on my experience they might be #1 in not showing up to do the work. This level of communication and customer service is extremely unprofessional. Customers shouldn't have to chase down basic information or sit around waiting for appointments that are never honored. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Safe Choice Auto Glass and would encourage others to consider a company that values its customers' time and provides reliable communication. read more

Safe Choice Auto Glass - #1 in wasting customers time and not showing up to do the job! - Auto Glass Services Near Me - Corona, California

Terrible experience. Zero communication. They texted me a quote and I responded with my insurance information. After that, no response for day so I texted them to ask for an appointment. They said they did not have a work order and had to ask owner for work order. Texted them again the next day and got no response. Called but got voice mail. Texted them again the next day and got no response. Texted them again the next day and got no response. Rinse, Repeat... read more

Hi everyone! This is one of those reviews for services you never hope you need. Yesterday, driving down the road on the 91, one of those gravel trucks dropped some decent sized rocks onto the freeway. As such, I was a lucky recipient of one of those star shaped cracks right in the middle of my windshield!. Not wanting for it to get worse, I jumped on Yelp to find a repair place. A couple of spots down the list I spot Safe Choice Auto Glass. They advertise a 10 minute repair and have like a 4.9 rating with 293 reviews! That told me, look no further! I gambled and drive right over without an appointment. Safe choice has a small bay as part of an oil change business. But don't let that disturb you. I was greeted promptly up arriving by the owner. He was neat, polite and very friendly. Told me he could shoot a resin in the windshield to repair the crack for only $89.99. Score! And have me out of the in about 10 minutes! True to his word, about 10 minutes later I was out of there with a freshly repaired windshield for far less than a new one would have cost! Safe Choice definitely earned all those 5 reviews! Good job! read more

I'm honestly surprised by all the positive reviews. I was told the service would take about an hour, but when that time passed and I began asking how much longer it would be, the technician seemed immediately irritated. Despite my repeated attempts, I never received a clear answer about the wait time. I reached out to Travis, the owner, for help, but he responded by saying, "I'm confused why you aren't asking the technician." I'm sorry to bother you. I confused you with an involved owner that cared about his business and customers. I then asked to pay in advance to speed things up, but the technician had me enter my information twice and repeatedly walked away without completing the transaction. After another 20 minutes passed, I followed up again, only to be met with rudeness and told to talk to the owner. In the end, I was late picking up my daughter over an hour late and never even got my car calibrated. I won't be returning due to the poor customer service and complete lack of communication. Update to respond to Travis: I'm genuinely surprised by the inaccuracies in your response. My husband and I have not been to your business six times in the past 14 months. I arrived early--not just on time--for my appointment, and only began asking for an update after the one-hour timeframe you initially quoted had passed. The main issue wasn't the wait itself, but the complete lack of communication about how much longer it would take, and the unnecessarily rude behavior from your technician. As I explained to him, I had a child to pick up and needed to notify their school if I was going to be late. I never said it would take 30 minutes. I said 1 hour. He didn't ask me to reschedule. How would he if my windshield was already removed?? I never said "do it as quick as you can" . Also, I never called your "receptionist" a liar--especially since every time I called, YOU answered the phone. So I'm unsure who you're referring to or why you would misrepresent what happened. Your version of events is oddly inaccurate and frankly, concerning. I would love to see these voice recordings and video footage you have to back up your story. lol No need to worry--my vehicle will be calibrated, just not by your business. Update - I arrived at 1:15 and left at 3:00. It took ONE HOUR AND FORTY FIVE MINUTES to put the new windshield on ONLY without calibration. Your first response said I arrived at 1:30 and left at 3:00 which is an hour and half. Your updated response says I left within 62 mins. Which is it? You can't even keep your lies straight. I never called anyone a liar expect for you right now. You are lying and it's weird. Post the camera footage of me arriving at 1:15 and leaving at 3:00 without you completing the entire service you quoted. Accept the fact you took longer than quoted and didn't even complete the whole service, have a rude technician, zero communication skill, zero customer service skills and lie about really odd things. Update on 6/9/2025 when you randomly added a different response 2 weeks later with more random lies - My husband name isn't Raul and we do not have a Silverado/Colorado. I never said I didn't want my car calibrated. I paid twice what you quoted me to get my car calibrated at reputable business. You should really stop replying. You can't keep up with your own lies. read more

I took our Ford Ranger here after taking a rock to the windshield on the freeway. Getting an estimate was quick and painless over the phone as was setting up an appointment for the following day. The price was fair based on the glass and labor to do the ADAS recalibration in comparison to other companies. Coming in, you're greeted promptly and with good manners. They do a great job explaining the process. The shop is in a car wash so you can hang out in their waiting area or go grab something to eat in the same shopping center. The service took a little over an hour and a half. The glass looks great and surprisingly a whole lot better than the original one. ADAS was calibrated, no warnings on the dash and the vehicle was clean. After service instructions are given to you and you're sent on your way. This is an honest, friendly place to take your car in for glass repairs. I highly recommend coming out to Safe Choice for your Auto Glass repairs. read more

Had a crack on my car windshield and Safe Choice was one of the places in my area that was recommended by my insurance. Travis was very communicative, helpful and informative and I was able to schedule an appointment for today. My windshield was replaced in 1 hour as promised. Employees were awesome as well, and made sure to provide important instructions & information regarding the windshield and coverage. Hopefully wont need to go back to them for service, but in case I do, I will be back. I highly recommended! read more

The coordinator over the phone was super helpful. He cared more about me having all the information to call around than making a sell. This place was the first place I called but I circled back for the customer service. Saved me a lot of money instead of going through insurance or safelight. And the guy who replaced my windshield was quick and courteous! Will recommend this place...in fact I already have! read more

Mark and Zach were exceptionally professional, helpful and honest. Sought service on windshield cracks and rear view adhesive, and these gentlemen knew their stuff 110%. About three months ago, I had my windshield replaced here. I was clearly told the work came with a lifetime warranty. As soon as an issue appeared--water leaking into my car--they completely stopped responding. I contacted them multiple times to fix the problem. No callbacks. No follow-ups. Just silence. This leak is obviously due to poor installation, yet instead of taking responsibility, they chose to ignore the customer. This is some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Promising a lifetime warranty means nothing if you disappear when something goes wrong. I strongly advise others to think twice before trusting this business. Once they have your money, you may be on your own. read more

Safe Choice is literally one of the best and cleanest windshield repairs shops I've ever gone too. This is my third time coming here I managed fleet trucks and my mom recently repaired her windshield her as well. The service is awesome they're super organized with scheduling and sometimes they finish sooner than expected. If gives you an option to get OEM on request, but Aftermarket is the way to go since those are basically the same manufacturers that manufacture it for cars just rebranded. This place is super convenient for me as well and makes me want a crack on my windshield so I can get a new one. Thanks again to Travis and his team. read more

When I say the customer service is off the charts, I truly mean it. Travis, the owner, and his team went above and beyond to take care of me. They installed a brand-new windshield on my vehicle with precision and care. What really stood out was the follow-up--Travis personally reached out a few days later to ensure everything was going smoothly and that I was completely satisfied. That level of attention is rare. I was looking for a place to help replace my cracked windshield and I found this place on yelp and then on google. The reviews looked promising, so I took a chance and sent them my information. Within a couple min, they sent me an email and answered all my questions regarding prices and material. Once I got there, I was greeted by Mark. A knowledgeable young man that explained everything to me before he started. After 1 hour and 30 min, I got a new windshield and windshield calibration was tested and looked good. Honest work is hard to come by nowadays. I will be coming back in the future. read more

My son's car had a rock hit the windshield while on the freeway behind a big truck. The nick eventually turned into a foot-long crack in the windshield. So I had it quoted by several local companies, but Safe Choice came with 2 recommendations from a friend and family member. The quote was competitive but reasonable and the availability was pretty quick with the next day an appointment. Mark was very helpful and addressed all my concerns, the whole process took under an hour in a half. I would highly recommend Safe Choice Auto Glass! read more

This is the kind of service that you dream about but rarely achieve. Travis was super accommodating on the phone, and Zach did an exemplary job with repair. My windshield was obliterated by a rogue basketball while driving through Corona, and these guys accommodated me in a very tight window to get the job done. While in the waiting room I had the chance to read through their reviews, laughing at the rare one star commenters who clearly don't understand business, can't follow instructions, or were stymied trying to pull a fast one on their insurance company. Ignore them. These guys are great. read more

Safe Choice Auto Glass - Moment of impact! - Auto Glass Services Near Me - Corona, California

Came in to get my windshield checked out and was greeted by Zach. He took a close look and explained everything clearly. I had two separate cracks, and he gave me a quote to repair both, noting they would normally be charged separately. I asked him to just repair the major one and leave the surface cracks alone. While I waited in their clean and comfortable waiting area, he got to work. About 15 minutes later, he let me know he went ahead and repaired both cracks--no extra charge. He said he didn't want me leaving knowing there were still cracks that could get worse with the summer heat. That kind of service really stood out. Super kind of him to do that, and the work was excellent. Highly recommend. read more

For anyone getting just a little cheaper quotes anywhere else, DONT DO IT. The quality of service I received was top tier! They replaced my 2025 bmw glass and have the right equipment to do so, whereas other shops will lie and say it's not needed... They offer affordable prices for the glass replacement you are receiving. I even had to use their warranty on glass seal and had no pushback on getting that fixed for free. I do not regret choosing just a tad pricier shop with nice guys working there :) read more

Everything about my experience with Safe Choice was excellent. From initial communication about scheduling and pricing, to the actual repair, this shop demonstrates excellent professionalism and careful, attentive customer service. I had a large crack in my windshield that overnight tripled in size, needless to say I was in a pinch and needed a total replacement ASAP. I contacted Safe Choice and they were able to get me in the next day; on top of the quick scheduling, they were thorough and transparent about pricing, the insurance process, and all other details of the service. Zach and David were my technicians for the day and both could not have been more friendly, professional, and accommodating. The waiting area (shared with the car wash) was spacious, clean, and comfortable which made waiting for my car a painless experience. They performed the windshield repair and necessary calibration in under 2 hours, and since then everything is perfect with the new glass.
