Unlike their previous operation, where you could easily reach a live person and they would help coordinate directly with your insurance company, everything is now handled through automated text messages. I was never able to get a live representative on the phone despite multiple attempts. After being told to contact my insurance company myself and open a claim (something Safe Choice used to handle for customers), I completed the process and attempted to follow up. Again, no answer--just more automated texts. Eventually, I received a text message to schedule an appointment and booked service for 8:30 AM on Tuesday, 6/2. The problem? Nobody ever showed up. No phone call, no text, no email, and no explanation. I wasted my entire morning waiting for a technician who never arrived. The company advertises itself as "#1 in Windshields," but based on my experience they might be #1 in not showing up to do the work. This level of communication and customer service is extremely unprofessional. Customers shouldn't have to chase down basic information or sit around waiting for appointments that are never honored. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Safe Choice Auto Glass and would encourage others to consider a company that values its customers' time and provides reliable communication.
