Very responsive, and really quick. I had to get my front windshield replaced. Cheaper costs than others and great work!

my windshield cracked over 12 inches overnight and it was unrepairable so i looked everywhere for someone who would fix it quick and not for 900$+. Francisco was great and replied to my message super quick. everywhere was trying to charge me an arm and a leg for my windshield since my car needed to be recalibrated afterwards. this company was the best deal i found with the best service & final product! would 100% recommend to anyone who needs their car window fixed. they came to my apartment and were done in under 40 minutes and even put my stickers and fastrack back on! if i ever need my window fixed again i will be going through Option Auto Glass!! read more

Service inquired, quote given so fast, cheap price quote given that they come to you and at a very soon availability. 10/10 service done and did within 30 minutes and done great! Very easy to talk to and friendly as well. Thank you for the service! read more

Francisco was amazing. We needed our front windshield replaced on our car because it caught a rock. We called the company that advertises big time on radio and tv. We were ok with the price quoted then offended to find out the price quoted was a three installment price making it 3X the original price we had seen. We started looking around and found Option Auto Glass. All contact was quick and his price was more than half the price quoted by the large advertiser. His price included home install at no additional cost and Francisco was very friendly and efficient. Another bonus was that I have a transponder for the 91 expressway and he replaced the Velcro strips and attached the transponder to the new windshield. I have had many windshields replaced over the years because I traveled a lot in my working days. This is the first time that someone was thoughtful enough to replace the Velcro strips. I can't say enough good things about this company. I waited to write my review until I had a chance to run the car through the car wash. The seal on the window is solid. Option Auto Glass is my new go too for windshield replacements. Thanks Francisco. read more

I asked around for quotes on a windshield replacement for my 2019 Lexus nx 300h. Option Auto Glass gave me the best price and had prompt communication with me. I messaged them one day and they came and replaced my windshield the very next day. They told me they had the 10-12pm time slot available and for some reason I thought they'd be here at 10 and it'd take 2 hours but the 10-12pm time was the range that they were coming so I was pleasantly surprised when everything took 30 minutes total. They accept a wide variety of payment options. It sucked that I had to get my windshield replaced, but I'm glad I went with Option Auto Glass. I loved that they came to me so that I could be in the comfort of my own home instead of having to wait in a waiting area. read more

Our car initially had a quarter-sized chip from a rock on the road, which quickly developed into a large streak across the middle of the windshield within only a couple of days and would therefore need a full windshield replacement.
