After taking a look, he explained that the ding had actually already been repaired by the previous owner of my vehicle. I had just purchased the car from a dealership about a month ago and never noticed it. What really impressed me was his honesty. He could have easily told me he repaired it and charged me the $89, but instead, he was completely upfront with me and didn't charge me anything for coming out, inspecting the windshield, or explaining the situation. He even took the time to show me how you can tell when a windshield ding has already been repaired. He showed me that when you tap on the repaired area, it sounds dull compared to the brighter sound around it. I really appreciated him taking the time to educate me instead of just trying to make a sale. That kind of honesty and integrity is hard to find these days. I'm definitely keeping his number and will be giving him my business in the future. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers and doing the right thing. Thank you for being honest and taking the time to come out! Highly recommend!

What really impressed me, though, was that they went above and beyond the work I originally scheduled. For the past couple of years, I've been dealing with excessive wind noise coming from the driver's side vent glass due to a botched installation by another windshield company. When I mentioned the issue, these technicians offered to take a look. Not only did they identify and fix the problem, but they did so at no additional charge! It's rare to find a company that combines excellent workmanship, fair pricing, and such outstanding customer service. I truly can't recommend them highly enough. They've absolutely earned my future business, and I won't hesitate to recommend them to friends and family. Great people, great prices, and an all-around fantastic experience!

Don't Get Your Windshield Chip Repaired Here…read more Don't let the lower price fool you. Spend a little more and get your windshield chip repaired professionally. My initial quote was $65 for a repair that would take approximately 30 minutes. I agreed to the price and brought my vehicle to the shop. An assistant started the repair, and although I'm no expert, I noticed there was no attempt to wipe down the area or remove any dust around the chip. I figured maybe that was normal, so I let him proceed. He drilled into the chip, which I understand is a standard part of the process. However, when he attached the injector bridge with the suction cup, it was clearly not adhering properly to the windshield. Throughout the process, I watched the suction cup repeatedly come loose and move around, making me question whether it was maintaining a proper seal. He also used a lighter to heat the glass from underneath, assuring me that this was normal procedure. He eventually applied the filler resin, covered it with clear curing film, and scraped it off after about a minute. The entire repair took approximately six minutes, excluding the curing time. The result? Absolutely no visible improvement. The star-shaped crack looked exactly the same as it did when I arrived. I talked to the owner afterwards to express my concerns. He told me that sometimes a chip repair looks the same even after the repair is completed. I'm not a professional, but I would expect the work area to be cleaned properly and reasonable precautions to be taken to prevent contamination during the repair. To his credit, the owner offered me a refund, which was appreciated. Looking back, I probably should have accepted it. However, I wanted the chip repaired, so I gave him an opportunity to fix it himself. While he worked on it, I researched whether a failed resin repair could be corrected. I learned that once resin has cured inside a chip, attempting another repair can be difficult because the existing resin may prevent additional resin from properly penetrating the damaged area. After approximately 12 minutes, including about eight minutes of curing time, the second attempt actually made the windshield look worse. The additional drilling left what now looks like a tiny, pen-tip-sized white hole in the glass. This entire experience was frustrating and a waste of both time and money. Although the owner initially offered a refund, I believe he should have carefully assessed the damage before attempting a second repair, especially after the first attempt had failed to produce any visible improvement. UPDATE: reached out to Jay and he refused to provide me with a refund on his botched repair.

He has by far the best pricing for auto glass replacement I've ever seen. I even asked if the low price meant cheaper glass, and he explained that it's not--they use quality glass, buy wholesale, and simply pass the savings on to customers. This place is a true hidden gem. We dropped the car off, left the keys with him, and everything was completed in under two hours from drop-off. The price included removal, replacement, disposal, the new windshield, and sales tax--no surprises. They've been in business since 1999, and it shows. Fred was straightforward, honest, and clearly takes pride in his work. He guarantees the quality and workmanship and told us to bring the car back if anything went wrong with the installation. They also offer mobile auto glass repair across 18 surrounding cities, which is a huge plus. Between the pricing and the service, it's actually cheaper than repairing a crack or filing an insurance claim. We'll absolutely be coming back for any future windshield or window replacements.
