Fred was straightforward, honest, and clearly takes pride in his work. He guarantees the quality and workmanship and told us to bring the car back if anything went wrong with the installation. Had a horrible crack in my front windshield. Called places from Rancho to Pasadena. Had horrible customer service and even worse prices. Then I remembered I passed by All Auto a bunch of times going to my favorite donut shop. Pulled in and not only did I get great customer service but the best price going. Took a hour to install. Came in to All Auto Glass to have a windshield replacement. Check around and the lowest I could find was $395. Fred the owner quoted me $265. Windshield was replaced less than an hour. First and foremost my experience with them was long and I'm sure not everyone will have the same issues that I did. I reached out to all auto glass installation after getting quotes from MANY locations within 20 miles for a cracked windshield. This place was the least costly, had good reviews, was a great location and could get me in right away which was amazing! The person who I was communicating with was great as well and got back to me quickly which I appreciate. Show up for my appointment, they get the car done quickly, I pay and leave. Awesome, thought everything was great until the first issue. Issue number 1: the trim they did on the car looked not great and my windshield wipers were disconnected so I could not use them. - contacted them and they were super accommodating and seeing me when I wanted. Quick and easy fix. Thought everything was great until the next issue. Issue number 2: rain storm came and water started coming pooling up in the mirror part of my car. Called and brought it back a 2nd time. They sealed up the car again and said I should be fine now. Which brings me on to the next issue. Issue number 3: Christmas Eve comes and another big rain storm hits and water is still coming into the car but worst and it's now traveling up to my sun roof. Car isn't drivable because I had to put a cover over it to protect it from getting worse. At this point I'm furious and write an email about getting reimbursed and losing trust because of all the issues I've had. I had NO hope the issue would get fixed and downward spiraling that I would have to come out of pocket a ton more money to get many things fixed that could have been ruined in the car because of the rain. Frank who is the GM personally reached out expressing his apologies and to trust him. I decided to take it back a fourth time but had requirements in place to make sure it gets done correctly and to find the issue. I must say they are very accommodating and never have any issues with seeing you when most other places would. They do stand behind their work and make sure you leave happy. When I brought it back he had 3 workers on the car, they did testing and ended up replacing the windshield. This was the longest I've had to stay there to complete the job. In the end the windshield held up from the big storm we had and no leaks! One thing I didn't care for when I went back was that Frank tried telling me that the found no issues with water coming in through the windshield after testing it but they did see water coming through the sunroof. I called BS because I've NEVER had an issue with water getting in my car prior to bringing it there so it was 100% not an issue with my car. He tried saying that the drains in my car could have been clogged which caused the water getting in. Even brought up photos of Kia cars on Reddit to show that people have had issues like that. I just don't understand if that is what he thought the issue was why did he pay for a new windshield to get replaced and then complain to me in a nice way that I have a very expensive windshield that they had to shell out money for a new one. The whole thing didn't make sense to me and made it seem like he wanted to find another issue to put the blame on so it didn't fall on his workers or the product that was installed. Clearly the issue was with the product because after putting in a new windshield it fixed the issue. The new windshield that was installed also had a pretty decent scratch in it (seen in photos) and a piece inside of my car wasn't attached properly. I'd rather just deal with it than go back a fifth time. Overall, the experience started off great, got concerning with all the issues but finally got resolved. Positives are that they are very friendly, responsive, stand by their work and workers, accommodating, are willing to make it right even if you have to come back a million times. I never felt like they would ghost me after complaining about my issue and would make it right which they have. I still feel like this is a good company and everyone has their own experience which most are good after seeing the reviews. read more

I got a great price on the windshield everything was great and looked nice until I drove off. 1st thing was I noticed my tweeter cover was broken, and also my plastic covering to my rear view mirror was half broken and missing. I end up brushing it off and taking it on the chin because of the good price they charged me. Next when I was driving later that day on the freeway I would start to hear an air leak through my windshield on the passenger. I go back a couple of days later and address it to the main guy about my issue telling them that I hear air going in through the top of the windshield. They take off my rubber liner to check and say everything looks fine so I drive off and keep hearing it . I leave out of the state for work and it's raining over here. Water starts dripping from my windshield into my head liner and I knew I wasn't tripping because I hear the air come through the windshield in that exact spot every time I drive. I hope they can do something about this issue when I get back to Fontana because I can't have a water leak when I never had one before I got my windshield replaced. read more

I researched several auto glass shops to get the best price to replace the back glass on my 2016 Kia Optima. This company by far had the lowest price and fast availability of the replacement glass. I had to go to their shop since they have discontinued mobile service since the cost of gas is prohibitable. However, once I arrived at the shop my car was serviced right away and it only took about 40 minutes to complete the work. I am very happy with the quality and expediency of the job and I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs any kind of auto glass work. My windshield was hit by a flying rock on the freeway. The chip was good size. I even thought I might need to replace my windshield. I called Fred at All Auto Glass and he told me to bring it in so he could look at it. He told me he would repair it but it would be noticeable and that it would not disappear completely. (It already had a few spreading cracks). He was finished within 15 min. and it looked better than I expected. You have to look for it to see it. I have had other windshields repaired with less damage and they didn't look as good as this one! I would recommend All Auto Glass all day long! This place got the job done fast and efficient. I found them through Yelp and placed the call. Fred, who is the owner answered the phone. I gave him my vehicle information (make, model, year), but he also asked me if my front windshield had a "rain sensor" on it. I told him I didn't know what that was, so he presumed I didn't have the sensor and quoted me a price. It was way less than what I was expecting to pay (under $200) for 2012 Lexus IS. I brought the car in about 2 hours before closing. It's not the best looking place, but don't be frightened. The main office is towards the back. I had to ask someone cause I couldn't find the front door with all the stuff outside. The owner greeted me right away, took the keys and my car was ready in one hour. Last time I had to wait about 2 weeks for my glass to be ordered and come in, so I initially went to Safelite for a quote this time around, but it was $430+!! At Affordable Auto Glass it was $170 for my Hyundai Elantra and they had the glass already, so no need to wait. I called for a replacement windshield on a 2005 Mazda 3 and the owner quoted me $130 if I go in person. I had my son take the car in to have the windshield replaced and they told him it Would be $148, because they had to charge for parts and sealant.
